About the property

Condo 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Unit, Sleeps 8

You don't need to look any further--we are truly the best ski-in and ski-out location in Breckenridge. Our condos are located right on the slopes of Peak 8, just above the base of the Colorado and Rocky Mountain high-speed quad-chairs. It is so easy to make 'first tracks' in the fresh powder since you're already staying right on the main slopes. Skiing in for lunch or a quick break or meeting up with the rest of your group couldn't be more convenient. Our location and spacious accommodations will spoil you. We're sure that you will come back year after year as do so many of our previous renters.

Our 2 bedroom unit has 1 King bed in the master bedroom. The second bedroom also has 2 queen beds. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. There are 2 full baths.

In the condos, each living room has a beautiful stone gas-log fireplace that is easy to turn on whenever you want some cozy atmosphere. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a microwave, stove, dishwasher, fridge, and all the utensils and dishes that you may need to feed your group. Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner are no problem. We have added a secure wireless high-speed cable internet network to the building.

If you decide to visit us during our economy season (the months of the year when skiing is not available), you can take advantage of being right where mountain biking, hiking, and the Peak 8 Fun Park are located If you want to experience the hustle and bustle of downtown, it is just a mile away. When you come back to the condo, you'll truly appreciate the quiet mountain setting.

Skiwatch has two large slope-side hot tubs. You can actually relax in the hot tubs and watch the skiers ski by in the winter! There is a sauna located in the building. We provide a parking garage that will accommodate 2 vehicles per condo. There are laundry facilities in the building. For your convenience, there is an elevator in the building, so you can choose whether or not you want to 'master the stairs' at our altitude. The complex is small and private but does provide onsite building management. If you should have any issues, we are available at a moment's notice.

We have been living in and around the mountains of Summit County for almost 20 years having moved here in 1996. We started a family 8 years later and still love all that the mountains have to offer. Having started our own cleaning business in 1996, we have now evolved into property management are loving every second of it. We are a family owned and operated business with close ties to the community. As a family we enjoy the outdoors, both winter and summer mountain activities and live life to the fullest at this high altitude. Great price and location!

The building is a little older but clean and in a great location! Never a problem with parking and very walkable to Robbie's Tavern (highly recommend), Peak 7 and Peak 8, and the Gondola into town.

As expected and very convenient to Peak 8

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. All the logistics were well taken care of and easy. Convenient garage parking in the building. The unit has lots of dishes, etc. and had the essentials we needed. Nice den/kitchen combo area with fireplace. Older condo building, design, furnishings overall but fine for our purposes. Very convenient and close to peak 8 (and really peak 7 too). Good value.

As advertised

Loved our stay at Ski Watch. Just have a couple of minor complaints,, we only had one key which for 4 people was not very convenient, the toilet bowls are stained which should be taken care of. Otherwise everything was as described.

Not your fault but we hope the construction down the road will be completed soon, it is a hassle drink the week to drive thru there.

Cleaning Fee $110

Shorter stays may be accommodated if there is a gap to be filled in between reservations. Give us a call if you would like to inquire about this. All reservations are non-refundable unless the unit can be rented out for the same amount of time, in which case, we will refund 100% minus a $100 cancellation fee. If you cancel outside of 30 days you lose your deposit.
