The house has been stylishly renovated to make the most of the sun drenched northerly aspect and lovingly nurtures the mature Pohutakawa tree that casts a dappled shade across the lawn. The Modern Timber framing allows fresh sea breezes in, while large deck with an outdoor fireplace, and veranda overlooking the sea, encourage relaxation in the stunning spacious garden surrounds.

The Master King and Queen bedrooms in the upper level of the house open out onto a gorgeous open plan living and dining room; and, on the lower level, you have a second huge living area (come fourth bedroom space with single bed) which connects through via a large cavity slider to the 4 double bunks bedroom, whilst outside there is a further Queen sleep out room which opens onto the huge lawn area. The downstairs rooms are serviced by the second bathroom and there is a further separate toilet in the Laundry area. So there are multiple sleeping options for large family groups.

The covered Spa and outdoor shower are connected via a large open window to the huge lawn area. The entire property has been beautifully-styled and every part of the house works for family entertainment from spacious sun drenched decks to multiple play areas with basketball , ping pong, Sky sports & smart TV, expansive lawn and beach front access. There is a fully-equipped kitchen and indoor and outdoor dining areas.
Each stay incurs a one off exit clean and linen hire fee of $ 350
