Questa è sicuramente la posizione migliore per iniziare la tua avventura ad Austin! Puoi facilmente raggiungere a piedi Barton Springs Pool e Zilker Park per tutti i fantastici festival come ACL, Blues on the Green, Kite Festival o semplicemente uscire e rilassarti con lo skyline di Austin come sfondo. Great apartment in Austin!

Definitely recommend this apartment! It had all the amenities I needed and was in a super convenient location close to the hiking trail and restaurants/food trucks.

Clean, comfortable and convenient!

I would definitely stay there the next time I'm in Austin. You couldn't beat the location - right on the path to Barton Springs, Umlauf Sculpture Museum and all the food and fun Barton Springs Rd has to offer! The pool was quiet and pleasant. We slept in every morning. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area!

Location, location, location!

This is an older apartment, very clean, and a block away from Zilker Park. Full kitchen, sharp knives! This was a perfect place to stay while my son was recuperating after surgery. Nice and quiet neighborhood. The coin operated laundry was conveniently located around the corner and was a must for our 2-week stay. The host was very responsive to our needs. Would stay here again!

Great Getaway

We loved this unit! It was a quick getaway and so close to the bike trials and Barton Springs. Bed was comfy!!! Loved the fact they had shampoo/conditioner... felt so cozy! We even watched a movie!!!!

Overall A+

Everything about this apartment was as described. It was clean. The water pressure in shower was very weak and the code to get in the door was changed. It took awhile to get ahold of someone for the new code. But otherwise it was great.

Great place to stay in Austin - Close to everything!

The apartment is decorated very cutely and is close to almost everything you could want to do! The kitchen has all the appliances/utensils you need to cook with while in town as well. The check-in and check-out process were both very easy, and the host checked in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything. The wifi was also very fast! I am only doing 4 stars instead of 5 because 1) parking can be hard even though there is a designated lot for residents and 2) the bathroom is very dated and kind of grungy when compared to the rest of the apartment. The showerhead is really low so if you are tall you have to squat to rinse your hair. A little pricy for the bathroom to be this way. Other than that it was great for a quick weekend trip!

Zilker apartment rental

I think this place could be quite a bit better with very little effort. I have towels I use in the garage as rags that are in better condition. That’s easy to fix for the price you charge to stay there. How about some towel racks and hooks? That’s easy to fix and inexpensive. How about a simple and inexpensive shelf unit above toilet so there is someplace to set your bathroom things down. And the bathroom facet leaks which means if you have found a tiny spot to set your thing down they’ll get wet! The location is wonderful. You could make this place better! I won’t stay there again and wouldn’t recommend it.

Stress-free Austin

Simple getting there and into the apartment. Free parking in a safe area. I felt comfortable walking solo in the evening and early morning to the park. Great location for those wishing to enjoy Zilker Park, it’s less than 1/4 mile away taking the path almost from the apartment. Inside is cool (A/C) and clean. The kitchen has essentials for simple cooking. The bathroom plumbing works well; shower head height is low for anyone 5’8” or taller but water pressure and temperature good so no complaints. The bed is comfortable and clean feeling. We went in the pool. It gave us a feeling of the old TV show Melrose Place as we watched the residents coming and going since the pool is surrounded by the apartments. Communication with the host was simple and responses were quick. I’d return here.

Bed Bugs

Found a bed Bug crawling across the sheets not knowing at the time it was actual bed bug. I woke up the next morning to find a trail of bite down both of my arms, and the top side of my face. I reached out to the host and did not hear from the back after one response asking if I had a photo of the bug or if I had a Dr confirm. I do not recommend staying here, the fact that I was ignored on behalf of a very unsanitary subject is just completely negligent and unprofessional.

Austin Eclipse

Location is unbeatable. Neighbors in the unit have clearly had bad experiences with other short-term renters here, judging by the looks we received coming and going. We were quiet as a mouse so I know the looks weren't meant to address our behavior. We live in a tourist town, too, so we understand. Only complaint is that the management doesn't print out the house manual containing the wifi information or checkout procedures, and the cell service in the unit is bad, so unless you ensure access to the manual ahead of your trip, you have to try harder than you should need to acquire pertinent info. We're always running around like mad ahead of our vacations and adding this to the to-do list seems superfluous. Messages in the app don't hyperlink, so you have to manually enter the web address to get to the google doc with the information you need. Possible? Yes. Annoying and Avoidable? Also yes. Also the shower head in the bathroom was hung comically low. I'm *not tall* and needed to crouch a bit to rinse my hair. Could be remedied with a detachable shower head.

Leaking sewage!! DO NOT STAY!

We had a few issues with the listing. At first it appeared to be someone renting out their place which is always great to find, but unfortunately it was run tightly by a management company. We asked for some wiggle room with checkin and were told everything has an upcharge. Not really a great start but it's ok. We were in Austin for my little brothers wedding and just needed the place for the night. We spent 7 or 8 hours at the apartment total. In that time we discovered an unpleasent smell in the apartment (we opened all the windows to let it airout), dirty linings with dog hair and actual granuals of dirty in them, broken counter edges that were a bit too sharp to make one comfortable (glad my kids were at my in-laws), and worst of all the toilet was unsealed at the base and wiggled around with you sat on it. There was an obviously leak of sewage around the base and back of the toilet that was disgusting and quite disturbing. Now I am not saying it looked like Amber Hurd had stayed there before we did, just that there was discolored water and obvious watermarks where it has leaked previously as well as what seemed to be a very poor attempt to fix the toilet using caulk. So we reached out to the host a day or two after our stay to complain about the issues and asked for a modest partial refund for the issues. They were not please and said we should have let us know earlier so they could have fixed it. I let them know I was there one night and circumstances were such that I was not able to contact them while in the apartment. They let me know in no uncertain terms that they were unwilling to give me a refund. I let them know that I would be leaving this review. I also don't think it's fair to future customers to have to stay in that kind of filth so I am working with Airbnb and with the City of Austin to make sure the issue with the toilet is addressed at the very least.

Perfect ACL Festival Headquarters

We booked ACL Festival tickets late in the game and I was super happy to find this very nice property located so close to Zilker park. It was everything we needed and the perfect home base for our weekend. We parked the car and did not need to use it again as everything we needed was just minutes away. This was huge and driving and parking were crazy during the festival. After making breakfast our first morning we just had a short walk to get to the festival gates. We enjoyed the music and were able to quickly walk back for breaks as needed. The nice little swimming pool was just out the front door, super cute. We took a plunge each morning to recharge and fend of the 100 degree heat :) In addition to the pool, it was just a short walk to Barton Springs which we really enjoyed. At the end of each night the super conformtable King bed and surpsisingly comfortable pull out sofa bed were just what we needed. Check in and out was super easy and the needed tasks for checkout were super easy and minimal. The host was very responsive to questions. Great place for ACL or any other visit to Austin.

Nice Little Place!

GREAT Location next to Zilker park and activity spots. Clean. We had a transformer blow in the neighborhood and the communication was great!

Everything you need, but only the bare minimum

This place has everything that you need, but just the bare minimum. Great if you won't be spending a lot of time in the apartment. It was pretty run-down, with lots of nicks/dings and rust spots all throughout the apartment. I didn't really think it was worth the price it charged. Cleaning up all the dings/scratches on the walls, adding more pillows, a water filter and some live plants to the property would help it out a lot! Pros: The bed was very comfy. The heating/thermostat worked well and kept me warm during a very cold night. It was in a good location, about 10-15 mins from everything! Overall, I would not recommend this place for someone who cares to have a cozy, clean + inviting space when traveling the ATX area.

Very well located place to stay in South Austin

I would have given a five-star review if... there had been a few supplies like coffee, maybe some milk. Also it would have been nice to do a load of laundry. On our last morning there we found a pizza, liter of coke and some other items that had been delivered mistakenly to our unit. We had to dispose of that as we didn't want to be blamed for a mess!
