Set on four levels enough room for family to spread out, 2 car heated garage, brand new Artic Spas private hot tub on back deck in woods. Features 2 new large flat screen TVs and DVD players in living spaces. Laundry room with washer/dryer on garage level. Property is 3.3 miles up Baldy Mtn. overlooking Breckenridge. Home on shuttle route, a AWD vehicle is recommended for driveway, full kitchen with gas stove fully equipped.

Great Stay!

We were provided with everything we needed and checkin/out was a breeze! Plenty of space and very close to Breckinridge resort! Definitely recommend!

Breckenridge Stay

Great place to stay. It is a duplex for clarification. Had a great time staying here and the property owner was very nice and helpful.

Absolutely loved it!!!!!!

Such a great stay!!! Had 3 families, 6 adults/6 kids. Plenty of room, awesome hot tub and interior looks much better than the pics on the listing! We had no trouble getting up the snowy/steep driveway with an AWD Explorer/Mach-E Mustang, but our friends had trouble with a new AWD Expedition (Just didn’t send it hard enough up the hill ;) 2wd might be a no-go up that hill in the snow if you don’t have snow tires. The bus comes once per hour so make sure you factor that in. We parked the Expedition/Mach E in the apartment lot across the street near the bus stop (plenty of open spaces/4-minute walk). You could keep 2 smaller cars parked in the driveway, but it might block in the neighbor if you’re not careful. Highly recommend. Host was very pleasant to deal with. Thanks SO much!!! Chris

Our family has owned property in Breckenridge for 13 years. We just recently purchased this property in July that has never been on rental market.

Why they chose this property

We chose this layout because it sets up perfectly for 2 families or allows our kids to bring their friends. We were very selective regarding the location to make sure we had the best views of the mountain that we used to enjoy in town.
