I am pleased to introduce my HomeStay to you.

Laxmi Niwas HomeStay is in my bungalow in Chembur, Mumbai and is approved by India Tourism and MTDC (only one in Mumbai).

Rates, booking and cancellation rules:
1. NORMAL RATE OF Rs.8000 per day for up to 4 guests. Rs. 1000 for each additional guest. Minimum stay of three days.
2. Concessional Stay for family who are in Mumbai for their relative’s medical condition. Minimum 7 days: stay @ Rs. 6000 per day for up to 4 guests. Rs. 1000 extra for each additional guest.
3. Family get together for occasions like marriages, family ceremony tetc. Accommodation on beds and mattresses for 20 guests will be provided. Cost is Rs. 20000 per day. Minimum stay is for THREE days.

Facilities offered:
1. Power, water and gas 24 hours.
2. All rooms have ACs. TV in bed rooms for long stay non-marriage guests.
3. Kitchen has 280 liter refrigerator, 3 burner gas stove, microwave oven and water purifier in kitchen with assorted vessels and gadgets.
4. Tea, sugar, coffee, milk for initial stay will be provided.
5. Each of three bathroom have geyser, mirror, and basic toiletries.
6. Private parking for four guest cars and garden.
7. Utensils, mixer, juicer, toaster etc (for longer stay guests only).
8. Includes basic house-keeping, electricity, water and gas and Wi-Fi.
9. Maid servant services available.

Compliances for ground floor HomeStay:
1. We are approved by MTDC AND India Tourism, to operate B&B / HomeStay
2. Our kitchen for use by our guests is registered with FDA. FSSAI registration 21520034000059
3. We are registered with FRRO (for Foreigners)
4. GST is NOT applicable! The above mentioned rates are all inclusive.
My back ground: I hold a Masters’ Degree in Commerce from University of Bombay and also am a Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India, with twenty years of experience in Investment Banking (Mumbai and Riyadh) and five years as a Professor (Finance) at reputed Management Institutes.
Property Features:
The Bungalow enjoys superb connectivity due to the Monorail, Eastern Freeway and the Santacruz Chembur Link Road (SCLR) and the BKC connector.

North facing, corner Bungalow is in center of Collector Colony, Chembur, Mumbai 400074. Frontage of 70 feet by 35 feet. First floor has teak windows of 7 ft. height and the ground floor 5 ft high. Window-panes in double glass – colored. Kitchen platforms in Granite with cupboards and steel sink. Full marble flooring inside the house and polished Kota stone slabs in compound. Power, water and gas 24 hours.

You can access many restaurants and bars nearby. Many mom & pop stores (kirana) and medical shops are close by.

*Fertilizer Township mono-rail station (Connects Chembur to Mahalaxmi Station near Mumbai Central) Tata Memorial hospital by monorail is 30 minutes and Rs. 30 per pax. 250 meters.

*BKC 6 KM --- drive via connector 15 minutes by road.
*LTT outstation train terminus by road 4 KM 15 minutes by road.
