Dit tweede niveau entry, 1 slaapkamer 1 badkamer appartement is gelegen in het hart van Sun Valley Village. De woonkamer heeft goed licht met rondom ramen. Er is een 52 inch flatscreen-tv en een gashaard. De keuken is volledig gevuld met granieten werkbladen en roestvrijstalen apparaten. Er zijn twee barkrukken aan het aanrecht. De eettafel biedt plaats aan 6 personen en er is toegang tot een klein terras met gasgrill en twee stoelen met een kleine tafel.
De slaapkamer kan een koning of twee tweelingen zijn. Er is een 32-inch flatscreen-tv en een complex uitzicht. De badkamer heeft een wastafel ijdelheid en bad / douche combinatie.
Complexe kenmerken: de Cottonwood Condominiums bevinden zich op Dollar Road, tegenover het dorp Sun Valley. Het nieuwe Sun Valley-paviljoen ligt op ongeveer twee stadsblokken afstand. Dit is de beste locatie voor gemakkelijke toegang tot binnen- en buitenijsbanen, zwembaden, bubbelbaden, winkels en vergaderfaciliteiten. De locatie staat bekend om zijn privacy en rust, met een mix van comfort, warmte en landschap. Landschapsarchitectuur omvat vijvers en beekjes op het terrein. Skiliften liggen op 1,5 km afstand en zijn gemakkelijk bereikbaar met de Mountain Rides-shuttle die stopt bij de ingang van de Cottonwoods. In de zomer biedt het fietspad kilometers lang fiets- of wandelplezier. Er is een gratis pendeldienst die je bij de ingang van het complex ophaalt en je naar beide skiliften op Bald Mountain, het centrum van Ketchum en naar de Sun Valley en Elkhorn Resorts brengt.

Clean close to Ice Rink and Pavilion

We enjoyed our stay in Sun Valley this year (June 2025). The unit was clean and kitchen extremely well equipped. Would have been nice to have a 'welcome' mini-ground coffee (one morning 2-4 people) until we could get to the store. Comfortable sofa, King bed needs to be replaced ('soggy' to sleep on). We will be back (and hope for a new bed)!!

Just Excellent

Excellent condition, very nicely furnished, complete kitchen with all dish and silverware in new condition. Perfect location - very close to Sun Valley amenities and a short, pretty 1.8 walk to Ketchum. Management company very nice to deal with. Very highly recommended; I would definitely stay again.

Super clean and pleasant atmosphere.

The condo was nice, clean, and quiet with a pretty view of trees and a little stream from the deck and windows. The kitchen was very well stocked with the basics and newer appliances. Comfortable beds with nice linens and towels. Cozy living room/kitchen area made for an enjoyable couple's weekend. Better than described in the listing due to updated furnishings and a new, larger TV in the living room. The only downside was the limited check-in time and having to pick up and drop off the keys at an alternate location. The entrance to the specific condo was also a bit confusing because of the way the buildings are set up, but once we figured it out, it was okay. Definitely a good value for the price.

Weekend trip during slow season

We stayed during slow season, late spring. We had the building to ourselves so it was very quiet. Overall, the condo matched the descriptions. There's been some updates on furniture from the pictures but everything is in good condition. The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens with all the utensils and cooking equipment you could need. The dishes were all from Anthropologie, very nice for a rental until. It was nice to have for a few meals when we didn't want to eat out. Check in went smoothly and we were even able to check in a little early when we got to town. Location wise, it's close to the resort, downtown Ketchum, and there are lots of outdoor adventures within a few minutes.

Issues during stay

Bathroom shower mechanism was in pieces. Didn’t notice until first morning when ready to shower. Had to call twice to remind maintenance man to come and fix. Was fixed that night. Living room tv would not connect to local channels. Called maintenance and it was never fixed during our stay. There was no remote in bedroom so couldn’t watch the tv either. Property manager reply was sometimes there are issues. The plumbing in the wall between kitchen and living room needs to be insulated. You can hear water rushing through the pipes when upstairs tenants flushed or took showers.

This would be an ideal location to stay for an event at the Lodge's Amphitheater or ice skating rink as it's a short walk so you wouldn't have to find parking. There were a couple maintenance/housekeeping issues that the property management company took care of so we were very appreciative of that.

Unit was great, after-hours service not so much

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was nice and in a nice location. It was in Sun Valley, close to Ketchum, and other experiences. The property was very serene and calming.After-hours service was a different story. We called ahead to plan our check-in around 10pm at night due to the drive. The keys were there and everything appeared to be on track. However the keys did not work. When I called the after hours number, I was treated with disrespect as if I had interrupted their evening.I asked if we had possibly been given the wrong keys and aggressively the woman responded, "I don't know what to do for you. They are the right keys, I double-checked them myself. There are several entrances, so make sure you have the right one." I told them that we followed directions to the second floor, but we would try the keys several more times. After fighting with the door and wandering around the property for another 30 minutes, we called the after-hours number again. "Those are the right keys!" she said again. Annoyed, she responded, "I'll call the maintenance man and see if he can help you get in." Before I could say thank you, she hung up on me. The maintenance person was very nice and informed us that we were given the wrong keys. He was accommodating and professional while apologizing for the mishap. At checkout, there was a very sweet lady who was also accommodating.Overall, I would stay there again only if I was 100% sure that I didn't need after-hours support. I will probably find an air BnB in the future.
