Prior to checking out we ask that you please strip the linens from the bed and leave them in the laundry basket found in the closet on the floor.
And remove your trash by putting your bags in the trash cans near the back storage shed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Toilet - Please do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. We use a septic tank and do not want to clog it with unnecessary items.
Kitchen - Do not wash any food remains down the drain. Please throw away any remains in the garbage can under sink.
Do not place anything hot on the extension board without using pot holders to protect the board. Do not leave the board over the sink.
