We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment! Giovanni was a great host and met us at the apartment. He was most gracious and gave us lots of tips on the neighborhood. I’d highly recommend staying here, and do so again myself! Grazie Mille!!

Location exceeded expectations. Walk to almost everywhere. Host is very nice and helpful.Pillows and mattress were old and quite uncomfortable.No coffee pot, pitcher, teapot or dish cloth/sponge in kitchen.1 towel, 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel for a 4 day stay.

From the airport pickup, to the drop off, it couldn’t have been better. Giovanni gave us some great restaurants and fruit stores to go to. This was our first trip to Rome and the City was wonderful and everyone we met was so friendly. The location was perfect, walked to Vatican City, and walked to the Spanish Steps. Can’t wait to come back.

Excellent in every way..

Giovanni is a very good host, helpful and courteous. His place is very clean, the amenities are as described and in good working order. The location is perfect for visiting the city of Rome and the Vatican. We would easily come back.

Wonderful stay in Rome

Casa Visconti is a spacious, clean, light filled space in a 100 year old building close to the Vatican. It is in a safe neighbourhood and a perfect jumping off spot for most attractions in Rome. We walked everywhere and got to visit the big things and also some of Rome’s little secrets. Giovanni is an excellent host and we happily took all the advise he gave. It was a fantastic 4 days.

Very near Vatican

We had a terrific stay at Giovanni’s. Great restaurants/cafes/coffee/pastries nearby. Short walk to the Vatican if that is on your list. Giovanni was very helpful with recommendations and travel.

really helpful host

our stay here was amazing! Giovanni was so helpful and we really appreciated him coming in person to help with check-in and figuring out the doors/keys. the place itself was gorgeous with an awesome balcony view, very clean, and located so well within the city.

Great location and attentive host

My husband and I loved our stay at Casa Visconti. The location is great with many restaurants and cafés nearby. We walked to all the major attractions. The furthest was the Colosseum at around 43 minutes. Giovanni was a wonderful host and communication with him is immediate.

Giovanni was spectacular at communicating. Met with us at check in, gave outstanding recommendations for local restaurants and markets. Lovely apartment and neighborhood. Charming 100 year old elevator and a beautiful view. Could have stayed another 4 days!

Great place to stay in Rome

We enjoyed our stay at this historical apartment. Riding the cage elevator made us feel like we were in a movie from 1920. It was so much fun. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. It was located in a safe area where you felt comfortable walking around at any time of day. It was close to numerous restaurants and grocery stores. Giovanni was a terrific host, very thorough in explaining how everything worked in the apartment and easy to communicate with.

Charming flat in great location

The flat is charming and provides a great amount of space for a couple. The elevator is beautiful and fantastic for your luggage. The location is perfect, walkable to all attractions yet a little removed from the congested centre. The host Giovanni was very pleasant to deal with and very helpful. We highly recommend this place to stay in Rome.

Apartment is excellent for extended stay - central for tourism and business. Excellent neighborhood with all conveniences, transport and good restaurants steps away.

A very good space, well heated, washing machine and stove worked. Lovely balcony. Very clean and lovely building. Giovanni was very helpful and responsive. Unfortunately was loud for 2/5 nights of our stay, because of the pub opposite, it was very loud even with the windows and the blinds were closed. Other than this, the location was great and strategic in terms of visiting Rome and all of its sights :)
