A luxury modern townhouse located within minutes walk of the beaches and local amenities of this quiet, picturesque coastal village. In a gated community of 7 townhouses which are rarely occupied with a large shared pool. 5 mins walk to beach and restaurants. Sea and country views from private roof terrace. Patio for alfresco dining. 2 bedrooms overlook the pool and have sea views. 45-50 minutes by car from Lisbon airport and 10 mins drive from the larger holiday town, surfing mecca and fishing port of Peniche. Praia da Areia Branca is a 5 minute drive from the town of Lourinha, with its cobbled streets, traditional shops and plenty of restaurants. Overall, the area offers an extensive choice of beaches, historical towns and national park, appealing to visitors of all ages and interests. Whether you are looking for world class surf breaks, Portuguese culture or just a quiet base from where you can explore the region and relax, this house is ideal for everyone.

Traumhaus im traumhaften ort

Sehr funktional und schön geschnittenes Haus mit einer traumhaften Dachterrasse, die einem einen Blick auf den Atlantik serviert. Es fehlt an nichts und man kann sich sofort wohlfühlen.

Schönes Objekt in ruhiger Lage

Es hat alles gut geklappt. Der Ort ist klein hqt aber Restaurants und auch einen tollen Strand. Wir haben 14 schöne Tage erlebt und mit dem Auto viele Ausflüge gemacht. Der Ort ist ein Paradies für Surfer. Wenn Sie mehr Abenteuer wollen müssen Sie zentraler fahren. Das Haus ist wie auf den Fotos

The allocated us an unit right next to the children’ pool, after asking for alternative, much better

We ended up in a very nice unit close by to the pool area but quiet a little hidden. The unit was beautiful and practical. We had a great holiday. We wished indoor pool and spa was open, we would have enjoyed it.

Lovely modern home.

We stayed in Jul/Aug and had a very comfortable fortnight's holiday in Colin & Miki's townhouse. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The complex was quiet and the pool and outside area well maintained. Praia da Areia Branca is a small town with a variety of good restaurants & cafes. About a 10 minute walk away there is a well stocked fish and vegetable/fruit market which is well worth visiting to get fresh food. Also a small supermarket; the larger ones being in Lourinha, a five minute drive from the house. The beach is sandy and the surf is high so not good for swimming. However the pool at the complex was not usually busy. If you have use of a car Lisbon is about an hour's drive (there is also a bus), the mediaeval fortified town of Obidos is worth visiting, also take a boat trip from Peniche to the nature reserve of the Belengas Islands. Wine is ridiculously cheap, whether buying from a supermarket, winery or even a restaurant. We hope to return.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Und dennoch dicht am Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeit etc. Unsere Kinder haben sich über das viele Spielzeug gefreut.

A real gem of a place, a perfect for a family!

This townhouse is one of seven units within a gated property with a large swimming pool and grass/tile surround. The complex, pool and lawn are fastidiously maintained. This modern unit is perfect, we had the best family holiday because of the weather, the pristine surfing beaches, and Praia de Areia Branca-delightful, full-amenity town with everything at hand. A real gem of a place right on the Atlantic Silver Coast.

What a great holiday unit for a family!

Our family had our holiday at this unit in July or August in a last few years. The unit is perfect, very clean, practical, spacious and conveniently located to nearby stunning beaches, bakery, cafes, restaurants and super markets. The large size pool is kept clean and shared by 7 units with nice neighbors . It’s never crowded and it feels like our private pool. The unit is well equipped with all we needed for having our children’s family with little ones visiting us. We liked it here as it has enough activities are available at hand. We enjoy playing tennis down the street, walking to the beaches. It offers a very relaxing and fun holiday for all of our family members.

Great location for exploring the silver coast

We had a wonderful holiday the house is very well equipped and spacious minutes from the beach and an ideal location from which to explore the Silver Coast area. We visited Obidos,Sintra and Cascais, all within an hours drive and well worth a visit, we took the local bus into Libon from the village, well worth the 7 euro,s each way and so much to see and do. The information Miki & Colin gave us on the house and surrounding area was exceptional, the local car hire company they recommend picked us from the airport to collect the car from their compound in the village and then took us back to the airport hassle free. Although the restaurants were limited, the food was excellent and great value for money especially local fish and produce. Many thanks L & K
