Situé au coeur de Tavira! Un spacieux, rez-de-chaussée, appartement de 2 chambres avec air conditionné dans le salon, les chambres et la cuisine. Le salon comprend la télévision par satellite, un lecteur DVD et un foyer au gaz avec une cuisine bien équipée et 2 salles de bains (attenante et principale). L'appartement a un ascenseur sur la terrasse sur le toit, un parking souterrain et deux autres étages. L'appartement dispose d'un grand patio donnant sur de beaux jardins. Le patio dispose d'un mobilier d'extérieur qui comprend une grande table avec 5 chaises et 2 chaises longues. Il a une magnifique grande terrasse sur le toit (30 mÚtres carrés) avec des vues spectaculaires sur la vieille ville de Tavira et la mer. Il est à distance de marche du centre-ville de Tavira (exactement 8 minutes), à proximité de toutes les commodités, y compris les bars, supermarchés, restaurants, cafés, banques, gare ferroviaire et routiÚre. Dans un bon emplacement pour accéder à une incroyable étendue de 4 miles de plages de sable doré. De l'aéroport de Faro, il faut 20 à 30 minutes pour l'appartement sur l'A22.

The apartment is clean, modern, and fully equipped. The kitchen is very practical, with a dishwasher and a washing machine, which made our stay even more convenient. The terrace is also a great bonus — perfect for dinners or sunbathing.The only downside is the walking distance to the town center and the ferry to Tavira Island — it’s a solid 15-minute walk, and some streets can feel unsafe due to the lack of sidewalks.

This lovely apartment was delightful. The furniture was very comfortable and in good condition. Plenty of parking and the neighborhood was quiet. Very close to a grocery store and walking distance to downtown. Kitchen appliances were in good condition & easy to use. There were good seasonings to use for cooking. The large patio was wonderful for eating dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & highly recommend.

This property always delivers. Have stayed many times and love the home from home feel you get as soon as you walk in. It is very well equiped , spotlessly clean with really comfy beds and cosy living rooms.

Stay at Tavira

We thought everything was as stated on the website. It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The walk into Tavira was easy and took less than ten minutes. However, although the apartment was ground floor, there was nine steps to climb once through the main apartment door to the building. This is something people should be aware of if they are disabled.

We found the apartment well furnished and very well equipped with kitchens utensils. Nicely decorated and excellent bathrooms addled to the comfort of our stay. The terrace had full sun from morning through to 5.30pm during our mid May early June stay. An added bonus would have been access to the roof terrace to enjoy the evening sun.

Gut gelegenes, großzĂŒgiges und gut eingerichtetes Appartment

Schönes großes Appartment, sehr gut eingerichtet mit allem, was man als Selbstversorger benötigt. Sauberkeit sehr gut, Kommunikation durch Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, aber auch mit EigentĂŒmer direkt problemlos. Lage vorteilhaft, da immer freie ParkplĂ€tze vor dem Haus und nur kurzer Fußweg in die Altstadt. Terrasse sehr schön groß, wenn auch mit Blick zum Innenhof, aber morgens zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck sitzt man in der Sonne (im MĂ€rz war es noch nicht so warm und sehr angenehm).

Back in our neighborhood

We had a great stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Weare very familiar with the area since we have stayed inthe complex before. The location was great, easy walk to town. The area is quiet, yet close to town. We had anissue with the heating, however, Chris was great in resolving that very quickly.

Everything you need

Comfortable apartment with good WiFi, new kitchen appliances and lovely terrace. Easy walk into the city, Jorge and Lias restaurant is literally 2 mins walk, definitely worth a visit.

Great Apartment

A lovely ground floor apartment to stay in for a break in Tavira, plenty of space inside and out. We had an issue when we arrived with cracked tiles on the patio but this had already been reported and a builder was sorting the issue. Well worth booking plus Tavira is a beautiful town to visit.

Lovely week

Having had the pleasure of staying in this apartment before, we came back to enjoy a lovely week in a confortable place, equipped with everything you need for a week's vacation, with a patio where one can spend some time relaxing, especially in the evenings. 3 Weeks in Tavira

We absolutely loved this place! We walked the whole city from here. The property was clean and the property manager was incredibly responsive. The large courtyard was blissful in the morning and evening and a 2 min walk to the Secret Restaurant put things over the top. Would not hesitate to recommend staying here!! Adeus, Don and Joani

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this apartment. It is beautifully presented and really well stocked with everything we needed. The location was great: 5 mins walk to the train station, same for Lidl, and 5 mins to the centre. A charming place.

Almost,but not quite.

Firstly i would like to thank the owners for accommodating our extra day,thank you.Check in was easy with a nice lady to meet us and explain/answer any questions. The apartment is in a decent location with parking outside(we had travelled there in our camper) The apartment itself was clean and tidy with a good size bed that was nice and comfortable.The shower was good and all towels were good quality. We couldn't work out how to use the fire(no instructions]so had to make do with the aircon unit for the heating(its in several rooms)We found it to make the place a bit stuffy so ended up not using it(this was December) The kitchen seems well equipped but the oven needs changing,total waste of time trying to cook anything,everything else was ok. Around the property,there are a few missing bulbs/lights and a loose socket in the front room.Things that should be noticed and sorted ,after all,we pay a service fee. We had an afternoon on the room terrace(broken door handle)No furniture to use,we borrowed (and returned) some chairs from over the wall.Could do with a bbq up there,would have been a nice touch. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.Sort the little things out and the apartment would be perfect.
