Spacious, fully equipped, triple glazed, centrally heated ground floor apartment with large terrace overlooking the mountains. On a quiet road, approx. 5 minutes walk from the busy village centre where you will find ski lifts, food shops, numerous bars, restaurants, spa hotels, swimming pool and gym open for public use. Wonderful choice of ski slopes for all abilities in the Gran Valira accessed from the Soldeu Telecabina. Fantastic range of walks in Spring & Summer plus mountain biking, 9-hole golf course and numerous other sports activities.
The property is cleaned following local government Covid guidelines.
The Andorran Government have introduced a Tourist Tax from 1 July, 2022 of
2.09 euros per person per night excluding children under age 16 for a maximum 7 nights. Please pay the agent when you collect the keys for the property.

Great Location

The apartment is cosy and spacious, the beds are very confortable and the parking space is a plus! It is 5 min walk to the Soldeu gondola although I recommend renting a locker at the gondola area. We watch the New Year's fireworks from the terrace, that has great mountain views. The kitchen is very well-stocked. They even provided us with a cot for my 2 years all niece at no added cost. Just one thing to improve: It would have been nice to find all the beds done, rather than getting all the sheets, blankets and duvets folded on top of each bed. We'll be back next winter!

All you need for a great stay

The apartment was excellent in terms of size, comfort and amenities. The kitchen was (unusually for rentals) well equipped and we had everything we needed. We would definitely return.

Lovely stay

A great apartment ideal for large family or groups. Close enough to Soldeu gondola station (350m), but you would ideally need a locker, as the walk to from would be awkward in ski boots. Clean and well equipped for all our party needs. Anthea was very helpful with any enquiries we had, and was really helpful/sympathetic to our booking during Covid uncertainty.. 2 small problems- towels provided for use are too small for even the smallest adults, and the hot water boiler cannot cope with the number of showers for 7 people. I did raise the latter issue with Agent in village. Despite the above issues, we will still return to the apartment, we will just have to plan showers on a rota basis😃

Das Objekt überzeugt vor allem durch die fabelhafte Aussicht über das Grandvalira. Sehr gute Ausstattung, sogar eine kleine Bibliothek. Ein Tiefgaragenplatz gehört auch dazu. Möbel in den Schlafzimmern etwas veraltet, aber noch OK. Im Großen un Ganzen ein gutes Preis Leistumgs Verhältnis.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Apartment with a few reservations The location was very good albeit with a steepish hill upto the building from the town It was very quiet at night unlike some of the places in the high street . The Apartment was nicely furnished and extremely well equiped --much better than most rentals The ensuite bathroom was very good size but ghe other bathroom ( to be shared by the otheres ) was tiny and had no shelves to put toiletries on . The shower was very small but adequate . The view was lovely and there was a large terrcace but unfortunately no chairs or table to sit outside . Would stay there again as so near to all the best restaurants and bars and a short walk to the ski lift Good value and ideal for six people

Nice apartment in a good location just 5 mins walk from center of town, central heated, full kitchen we had a family of 4 and there was lots of room with terrace at the back and superb mountain views. The office where you pick the keys up were shut when we arrived by coach so we had to find somewhere to wait for a couple of hours with the suit cases, but we were told after 3pm and they did open up at 3pm so as expected. Would definately stay here again

Great apartment with a view!

We enjoyed a family holiday in this apartment. I thought it may be a bit of a squeeze for 8 adult size people but because it was well equipped, we didn't seem to notice. It was warm and comfortable. The view is also a joy to wake up to. We hired a ski locker which was a blessing as there is a bit of a hill to conquer when your legs are feeling tired. Also the underground parking was a bonus as we had heavy snowfall during our week. The resort is compact and friendly and there seems to be skiing to suit all levels. Go and enjoy !

Great location for hikers!

We recently had a great stay in this Soldeu apartment. The view from the large deck is stunning and the location is very handy to a variety of wonderful hiking trails. (And I'm sure very convenient for skiing). The apartment was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. We loved the extensive DVD library after a long day of hiking! Communications with the owner were always prompt, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this apartment !

A fab ski apartment! Well located!

We returned yesterday from a wonderful week in Soldeu. The skiing was fantastic - there really is something for everyone and the cluster of resorts is so well linked! This is a perfect family ski apartment with beautiful views to wake up to, plenty of room, clean & well equipped. Handy little supermarket 2 mins walk away which is better stocked than the other one on the main road. Having two bathrooms was a real plus with teenage kids!! It really is walking distance to the lifts and the great bars & restaurants in the village. We tried Hotel Bruxelles which does a great set menu deal. They also do lovely take away pizzas. Bar Code looks nothing from the outside but has the sunniest terrace for après-ski beers. La Cort de Popaire just along from the apartment is great for meat eaters and a bit of a treat and the staff are really friendly. Fat Albert's looked good too but was booked up! Booking the apartment was really easy and Anthea's contact for ski hire/lift passes saved us €200 and pre-booked a locker for us (ESSENTIAL if you have small kids with you!!) Great stock of DVDs for a teenage lad and decent free wifi. Thanks for a great week!

My family have been going to Soldeu for the last 20 years. Its a very pretty village with access to lots of walks & mountain biking in the summer and an extensive range of ski slopes in the winter. We love coming out and staying in the apartment which we purchased about 10 years ago. The apartment is equipped as a second home so there is everything you would need to make your stay comfortable.
