Villa Caribbean Dawn - Alta calidad bajo precio

El paquete Winter Snowbird de Caribbean Dawn ofrece a nuestros huéspedes la oportunidad de pasar algunos de los meses de invierno en una villa privada con pensión completa. Este podría ser tu hogar desde casa, donde puedes relajarte y olvidarte del clima frío y simplemente disfrutar del sol de Jamaica.

Tenemos una villa encantadora y llena de carácter que es luminosa y espaciosa con techos altos abovedados. La gran sala de estar y área de entretenimiento es un espacio ideal para que se sienta cómodo y simplemente se relaje.

La villa está ubicada en una comunidad segura y cerrada de villas resort que tiene una hermosa playa privada que tiene un restaurante y bar, un gimnasio y una tienda de regalos. La vista desde la playa es increíble. Su mirada se puede seguir la curva de la bahía hasta el fondo del muelle de cruceros en Ocho Ríos. (Mire la foto que tomó mi esposo). La playa está protegida por un arrecife de coral a pocos pasos de la costa.
La villa tiene dos dormitorios principales que se pueden reservar por separado con un paquete de pensión completa. Están situados en los extremos opuestos de la villa, por lo que tendrá toda la privacidad que necesita.

El Bamboo Master es una habitación grande con una televisión inteligente, una pequeña cocina y un baño con ducha. Esta habitación tiene acceso directo al patio.

El Mahogany Master es una habitación grande con una televisión inteligente, un vestidor y un baño privado. Esta habitación tiene acceso directo a un patio con jardín. Ambas habitaciones principales tienen uso completo de toda la villa y jardines.

Ambas habitaciones tienen acceso a la gran área de descanso que cuenta con televisión por cable, sistema de música y área de juegos. El Salón da acceso a un jardín de ½ acres con árboles frutales tropicales como Mangos, Cocos, Frutas de Pan, Ackee, Banano y flores tropicales.

La cocina bien equipada tiene accesorios de buena calidad con encimeras de granito. Conduce a uno de los dos comedores. Se proporciona un ayudante doméstico para gestionar todos los domésticos.

Great value for walk-to-beach location

Our American family of 5 with a couple and 3 other adults had a lovely time for 8 days in this beautiful bungalow. With 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, large covered front porch, open enclosed backyard and sprawling lawn with garden, there was plenty of room for everyone. Very usable kitchen with large microwave and gas cooktop. The beach and beachside bar are awesome! Do not miss Dunn River falls and the Falmouth Luminous Lagoon. Host is responsive and knows the area well. We loved our holiday here!

It was truly AMAZING! Spacious with a Caribbean feel.

Every room was so lovely and the home has great character. Short walk to an awesome beach with small coral reef and fantastic restaurant on the beach. The only reason we didn't give the home 5 stars is that we would prefer air conditioning throughout the home, it's only in bedrooms but those are nice and cold for sleeping. The fruit on the grounds is absolutely delicious. The pictures are completely accurate. If you want an authentic old Caribbean feel, with ceiling fans and open concept, this is the place for you. We plan on returning.

Thankfully, it is only very warm during the summer months of July and August. I hope you enjoyed the shady spots in gardens when it was too warm inside. Great location, helpful staff and spacious accommodation

The villa was wonderful and spacious, we were 3 couples and another adult. The grounds around the house were beautiful and we enjoyed the privacy this gave us, as well as the fresh coconut juice we had from the the trees. The octagon table was great for our evening meals. Kay and Tyrone, the owners, were readily available to answers any of our queries. Jean the helper was friendly, informative and very helpful. She came 3 times a week and changed our towels and sheets. Jean also did our washing ( as the washing machine was temperamental). The Mammee Bay estate was very beautiful, well kept and felt very safe to walk around. The Mammee Bay beach was a 10 minute stroll away with free sun lounges and a lovely cafe selling delicious food and serving cold drinks.

Lovely spacious villa

Caribbean Dawn is a lovely spacious villa within the safe and well maintained Mammee Bay estate. The Villa has four seizable bedrooms all with air conditioning. There is a very large living area divided into different areas all well laid out. Large double doors look out onto the beautifully maintained garden that includes two mango trees. The villa also comes with a pool table and that most important of modern requirement wifi. A short pleasant walk along a coconut lined avenue takes you to a private beach with a beach bar. It's not cheap but then you a paying for good service and a view to across the sea. There are various activities available or just enjoy a cold beer or cocktail. We were met by Audrey who introduced us to the villa as well as Nellie who comes in each weekday and will cook for a small payment. Her ackee and saltfish went down a storm. Without doubt Nellie is a gem. A short drive along the coast takes you to the busy town of Ocho Rios which contains a number of restaurants. We would recommend Miss T's just past the amazingly busy clock tower on the left. Good quality food at reasonable prices with a number of vegetarian options. Just watch the car's undercarriage when you go into their car park. Evita's is up the hillside and a little more expensive but definitely worth a visit. For those who prefer quick food then try the Island Grill and Juci Patties. There is now a new toll road just down the road from the villa that takes you into Kingston and Spanish Town. State of the art road which goes through some stunning countryside. The national art gallery in Kingston is definitely worth visiting. So for those looking for a good safe family sized villa in a lovely setting, near to the beach and within easy access to Ocho Rios then like us Caribbean Dawn could be the place for you. We love our home in Jamaica and visit often. It’s really lovely to be able to share it with our family, friends and guests. We’ve lived in London for over 40 years but now we spend 3 – 4 months a year enjoying the Jamaican sun.
After enjoying 3 family vacations in Mammee Bay Estate, we finally bought our Jamaican home from the family of Bryon Lee, who was one of Jamaica’s premier music pioneers. Byron Lee and his group the Dragonaires brought Caribbean music to the attention of the world.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This is a nice comfortable villa that is home from home with lots of space where you can relax and enjoy the space.

We bought our home in 2000 and it looked very different than it does now. It has been a labour of love bringing it up to date with new bathrooms, kitchen and fixtures and fittings.

Our villa is just 7kM on the outskirts of the Ocho Rios town centre.
Ocho Rios was once a sleepy fishing village but it has an outstanding water feature. Dunns River Falls is a beautiful, natural waterfall which is fed by a underground spring. Thousands, most probably, millions have enjoyed climbing this amazing waterfall. It has a rock formation that terraces down with recess pool areas. The water just cascades beautifully, more than 54 meters down to the Caribbean sea.

In addition to Dunns River Falls, we have Mystic Mountain adventure park and Dolphin cove on our door step. So why not climb a waterfall or take a cable car ride up a Mystic mountain, then you can bob sled down. Why not have a refreshing swim with Dolphins, then later, you can just chill on Mammee Bay Estate private beach and watch the sun go down. With a sundowner of course!

Villa Caribbean Dawn is a place where families can come together and share the space in comfort. The photographs of the huge living area does not do it justice. It's wonderful being there with my family. Four generations have spent many happy times there.
