Enjoy 23 acres of tropical gardens. Waterfall upper pool has jacuzzi, lower pool has hot tub. Two lighted tennis courts. Maui Kamaole is the only 3-STAR-RATED complex across from the Kamaole Beach Parks.
Take our beach towels, chairs, umbrella and cooler to sample all of Maui's world class beaches. The Kihei Boat Launch is just down the hill -- roll out of bed and catch the first excursion out. Come 'home' to relax on our quiet, shaded lanai or swim in one of two HEATED pools. Relax in the hot tub at the lower pool or count the stars from the jacuzzi at the upper pool.

Maybe you've endured some 'bare bones' rentals. Not here! Maui Kamaole I-115 is a Premium Rated condo. This is our personal winter home, not one of a string of rentals. Ideal for long or short stays. We chose I-115 for its OCEAN VIEW and its PRIVATE LOCATION away from road and pool noise.
WE EMPLOY A LOCAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY TO CARE FOR OUR CONDO AND OUR GUESTS. Their full staff is available to our guests 24/7. The FRONT DESK at Maui Kamaole is open daily. Our maid sets the standard for CLEAN.
I-115 has tiled floors and mirrored baths. The Corian Kitchen has quality appliances, including a FULL SIZE 20 cu. ft. side-by-side refrigerator-freezer with in-the-door ice and FILTERED WATER. (No lugging bottled water.) Sliders at each end of the condo have night locks so that you can choose fresh air OR quiet, split-system air conditioning. The Maytag washer-dryer is FULL SIZE. The condo is spacious -- over 1000 sq ft of living space -- with the advantage of TWO BATHS.

Enjoy elevated views of Maalaea Bay and the West Maui Mountains without climbing any stairs to your condo. The cool, shaded and very private front lanai is 200 sq. ft., with Tropitone lanai table, chairs and chaises. Watch the sun rise from the quiet garden courtyard off the bedroom. Relax on the lanai in the purple twilight. It's so quiet that you can hear the surf.
When you arrive you will find a WELCOME notice with information about the condo and the complex. Guests are invited to email or telephone us with anything not covered in the message. Our agency in Kihei is also available to our guests 24/7.

About the owner: My husband and I had vacationed in Hawaii for 20 years, enjoying two to four weeks a year on each of the four major islands. Then we found Maui Kamaole! We rented one year and bought our condo six months later.
Why the Owner Chose Kihei, Hawaii, United States of America:
We chose South Kihei for its proximity to great beaches and Wailea. We chose Maui Kamaole because the units are larger and newer, with close ocean views. We appreciate the intimate and uncrowded low-rise buildings, carefully positioned for privacy on 23 beautifully landscaped acres. We chose I-115 for its view, its cool, NW-facing lanai, and its location away from road or pool noise. We visit annually and are continually updating our Island Home.

When we turn off Kihei Road and start up the drive into Maui Kamaole we leave the busy world behind. It's all 'out there' -- shops, restaurants, beaches, activities -- but this is HOME for us, and for many guests who return annually. The complex is quiet.
