About Nicola Bray
My husband and children 15 and 14 own the property. We love coming to Armissan for our holidays as there is such a variety of things to do. We have lived in the Occitane region of France for 14 years and we all love it. It has so much to offer everyone.
Nicola Bray purchased this villa in 2003
Why Nicola Bray chose Armissan
We have owned the villa since 2003, when we saw it we fell in love with it, the pool, gardens and the village. We enjoy time in the villa whenever we can. We rent out the villa because it is in such a unique position and it seems a shame not to share it. The villa is so close to the beach and the town of Narbonne yet nestled in a sleepy vine-growing village - the best of all worlds. In the back garden with the swimming pool you are transported into a secret haven. When you are lying in the sun, enjoying the odd dip and the children are happy playing in the pool its very hard to motivate yourself to leave the sanctuary of the villa. However when you do there is so much to enjoy in the area from the beach, the towns, to the vineyards, the cathar castles, restaurants ..............
What makes this villa unique
Villa in great position to attract the sun. Fantastic pool 11m x 4m with constant depth of approx 1.4m. Lovely village. So close to the beach yet in a French working village. Nestled in the grape vines, fantastic walks and friendly people. Great boulangerie and boucherie.
