We spent 10 days with family (teenage kids) and thoroughly enjoyed the villa with its pool, gardens and BBQ.
If you have not been to Galicia yet do go and explore; the area has beautiful scenery from mountains to coastline, numerous coves and beaches , fabulous food and wine, and a fascinating history, woven into the landscape.
It is more difficult to access from the UK although there are three airports within an hour's drive of the villa, the most obvious being Santiago de Compostela, which providesa very modern welcome to the area.
You will need a car with the advantage of having all of Galicia's towns and villages within about an hour's drive ( Lugo, the furthest but worth a visit is 1,5 hrs but this will be reduced with the construction of a new motorway)
On the (slightly) less positive side, don't expect much from the nearest town in terms of restaurants or sight-seeing ( although there is a very good supermarket) and local dogs bark all night!!
