Set in a secluded and quiet location the finca is ideal for nature lovers, cyclists, sports enthusiasts and those just wanting a "quiet holiday away from it all".

Nestling atop a small incline in the spacious 16000 m2 grounds, Can Iroca boasts breathtaking panoramic views that capture not only the bewitching Tramuntana mountains but also the dazzling bays of Puerto Pollensa and Formentor. The house was built in 2002 using the finest local materials and respecting building traditions handed down through generations of Mallorcians to give it its rustic charm and appeal.

After a 40 minute drive from Palma airport tranquility and serenity descend as you pass through the wrought iron gates and follow the meandering stone track through an almond orchard, past citrus, fig and carob trees and up to the main house. Colourful flower beds around the house and a humble rockery welcome you to a cobbled entranceway and the majestic wooden double doors which entice you inside.

Can Iroca boasts 3 double (air conditioned), 1 twin (air conditioned) and 1 single bedroom (no air con) all with on suite bathrooms. The kitchen has a wonderful Le Cornue cooking range for all your needs, including 2 ovens (1 gas, 1 electric), 4 gas burners, 1 gas solid top and 1 gas lava/rock grill, and is equipped with many small kitchen appliances and an abundance of crockery and glasses. The outdoor BBQ area, designed in the style of a South African "boma", makes a wonderful place for al fresco dining and is equipped with a sink, fridge and Campingaz BBQ. There is a fire place should one find the evenings chilly.

The interior of the villa has been designed in a traditional and uncomplicated style and offers a comfortable retreat for those seeking a break from the summer sun.
