Superbe Villa, Hillside Localisation avec piscine privée, Vues spectaculaires sur l'océan

Cette belle villa est située sur la haute colline Cerro calme d'Aguia, à seulement 5 minutes d'entraînement facile animée d'Albufeira vieille ville (ou 25 minutes à pied) et à 10 mn de la bande de Montechoro avec des boutiques, bars et restaurants. Les belles plages de sable fin, y compris Sao Rafael et Gale sont à 10 min en voiture et Salgados Golf Course est à seulement quelques minutes. La villa dispose de beaux intérieurs en marbre avec 8 chambres et 6 salles de bains (4 en suite) plus de trois étages. Pour les groupes jusqu'à 10, les rez et premier étage chambres sont disponibles pour utilisation. Pour les groupes jusqu'à 16, les chambres du deuxième étage donnent accès aux chambres de maître, salle de bains avec un grand balcon et coin salon commun, donnant sur la piscine avec vue sur mer. Il ya un salon spacieux avec véranda, salle à manger intérieure et un bar à cocktails et une cuisine bien équipée avec bar. La grande piscine privée (40x23ft) est situé dans une jolie terrasse avec barbecue.

The villa was perfect, our family of 16 (age range from 3 to 63) had a fabulous time. There is plenty of space if you wanted a little privacy or crazy family time. Close enough to everything (a short drive) everyone was very happy with this villa.

Good Morning Surah, your villa is in a lovely spot, was quite refreshing to have that breeze given the heat wave that we experienced.... we went to see my sister on Villa Sol down near Vilamoura and OMG it was sooooo much hotter down there with no breeze! The villa was very clean and tidy and lovely big airy rooms, the bathrooms were excellent, looked like recently refurbished so that was excellent. THE VIEW! simply amazing!!!!

We are not long back from a really enjoyable stay at Casa St Therese the villa is absolutely beautiful and the communication and helpfulness of the owner and staff is outstanding, the villa it's self is breathtaking and the location is spot on easy reach to the centre a 20 min enjoyable walk to the old town or a few minutes in a taxi, lovely view from its hill top location we were a mixed group of young and old and everyone really enjoyed our stay the villa is fully equipped with everything you could need and much more we are really looking forward to visiting again and hope to book for next year

Brilliant for large groups

This villa is perfect for a large family group. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and due to our late arrival time we took advantage of the shopping service provided by the housekeeper. This was especially welcome after a 3hour delay and 2am arrival. The pool is a brilliant size, beautifully maintained and the deep end was perfect for the dives/bombs and other elaborate jumps that kept everyone happy for hours. Our only criticism would be more sun beds would beneficial and it’s a shame there’s no toilet at pool level. There is so much space both inside and out that everyone can find their own quiet space to relax if needed. We took an evening trip to the old town but found it very busy and crowded so preferred to spend our evenings at the harbour which was much more relaxed. A great selection of restaurants can be found there along with an arcade/pool tables and bowling venue so it had a real family friendly vibe. We did however love the old town for a bit of shopping. Ubers are very reliable and cheap, we used them daily as didn’t bother hiring cars, but they do struggle to find the villa so we would take the short walk down the hill to meet them. A little tip for food shopping would be the Lidl is much better with a lot more choice then Aldi (we did both and wished we went to Lidl first). We loved our stay, great view, lovely beaches close by and it has its own lime tree.

This is a really good villa with an excellent pool, lots of space and good size rooms. We echo the the opinion of other reviewers that it is an great place for a large family holiday. Lots of cupboard space. It’s a bit parsimonious with some things: one pillow each, not enough wine glasses, no chopping board, only one umbrella around the pool. But these were minor irritations, which we coped with. The view from the villa over the marina to the sea is fantastic. But there’s nothing much nearby. Über and Bolt are great for getting around, not expensive. We had no car and did not miss it: parking at the many lovely nearby beaches looked a nightmare and you could get there and back by cab for about 15. But there is adequate parking at the villa if you needed it. Cabs struggle to find the villa to pick up. We managed to adjust the pick up point on Bolt so one would come to the door. But we never managed it for Über: consequently you often have to go to the end of the lane to meet them: 3-4 minutes walk. The rubbish bins for the villa are also there, and recycling another 3-4 minutes. We found Modelo Continente was the supermarket with the best choice. There are no beach/pool towels at the villa, not even for hire. The host could not communicate with us through the Vrbo app for some reason. This meant that we did not receive our check-in instructions when they were anticipated. However, once we established contact by text, that was resolved quickly and effectively.

This villa was perfect for our whole family of 17 people. Close to everything we needed. Great size of bedrooms and en-suites. The pool was the best part of the property,big enough for everyone to enjoy it with an amazing view. Would definitely recommend this villa !!!

Nephews 30th birthday

The villa was booked for my nephews 30th birthday and there was 10 adults and 3 children. The villa was amazing and I couldn't fault it. The villa was clean and had all the facilities required. It is a bit out of the way however we got taxi's to pick us up. We visited lots of places whilst we was there it was an ideal location. Would definitely recommend for a family holiday :-)

Superb!

Myself and 15 friends enjoyed a memorable week at Casa Santa Theresa!! The villa had excellent facilities, an amazing pool (which was always pristine) great rooms for socialising and really friendly staff!! All the bedrooms were well sized with decent en suite facilities. The top floor has an amazing master bedroom with a breath taking balcony overlooking the sea and the old town of Albufeira. The old town is just a 5 min drive away and there are 2 massive supermarkets 5 min drive perfect for large shops! I would thoroughly recommend staying at Casa Santa Theresa and would like to thank the owners hugely for their hospitality. James Hedges 24 Kent
