Stunning villa in centre of amalfi coast with sea views, large private gardens

This luxurious, traditionally Amalfi style villa is set within huge private gardens with fruit trees & lemon groves. With a view of both the sea and surrounding mountains, it is surrounded by a huge terracotta terrace - made to enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle of sunset aperitivos, sunbathing and outdoor dining - sun loungers, swinging sofas and outdoor dining table are all provided.

The house itself has an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with large French doors that open out onto the large terrace and gardens. There is a bathroom with shower and the bedroom has double french doors which open onto seaview.

The house is located in one of the Coast's most beautiful villages - Conca dei Marini and is in walking distance of beaches, restaurants, the local supermarket and some great hikes. Conca is right in the centre of the Amalfi Coast and ideal for those who want to explore and enjoy this famous coastline.
Please

Parking is available on the street below house for small daily charge by the council. Private parking is also available (subject to availability) - you need to contact us in advance and we can ask our check in staff for access to their private garage. This is the Amalfi Coast and parking can be busy during summer months - please be mindful of this fact when you book any travel on the Amalfi Coast! We are not liable for parking issues.

Please note 3 important things:
1. There may be late check-in charges after 8PM - please let us know in advance of post-8pm arrival.
2. We collect the Italian National Tourist tax on your behalf - it is 1.5 euros per guest, per day and this shows as Administrative Fee on your bill.
3. We ask for your details to register your stay with the local authorities as all hotels and holidays do as per national law.

My daughter and I had a lovely time staying at Garden Villa. It’s got amazing views of the Amalfi coast. The owner and check in staff were very helpful and we felt like we had all the information we needed to make our stay stress free. Would highly recommend the villa and location.

The property is immaculately clean and located in the heart of the Amalfi coast, however not in the busiest section. We enjoyed the most beautiful weather in late October early November. There are beautiful gardens not depicted in the photos. There’s a fully equipped kitchen though we didn’t use it. There’s a full restaurant, pizza place, market and cafe within easy walking distance. There were multiple people involved in the check in and check out process but everyone was very friendly. The property has amazing views from multiple terraces.

Perfect Italian getaway

The villa was wonderful with everything we needed for a lovely weeks stay. Spotlessly clean with beautiful views out to sea and the perfect spot to explore the Amalfi coast. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amalfi coast

Excellent location and view from the patio. Communications with the host were quick and always clear. Will strongly recommend this unit to anyone I know. Scooter rental two doors down was really fun.

Week in Paradise

The property was even better than described. The surrounding gardens and beautiful sea view were stunning. We fell in love with Conca dei Marini, it was perfectly located between Amalfi and Positano. We loved the small town feel without being overrun with tourists. As another bonus the house was only about 30 steps up from the street, that’s the equivalent of ground level in The Amalfi Coast! Our hosts Francesca and Miriam were more than gracious and helped with my many questions and arranging transportation. Would highly recommended.

Quiet and sunny

Amazing stay in an amazing property

We had a great holiday, especially thanks to this beautiful house. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and with a beautiful view of the sea. The garden is lovely and we were warmly welcomed by our host. Check-in without hassle and parking nearby. Perfect!

Relaxed Getaway

My husband and I had an absolutely fantastic time at this property. The view was absolutely breathtaking and the size was perfect for the two of us. We fell in love with the charming town of Conca dei Marini and had the opportunity to take a stunning sunset boat tour from the Conca beach. Additionally, we were able to explore the nearby towns of Amalfi and Ravello, which added even more magic to our already incredible stay.

Beautiful view and location itself is great in Conca, a small town on the Amalfi coast. The property is nothing fancy, but with a large deck with that kind of view is more than enough. The kitchen had almost anything you need for a short stay and we would definitely have no reservation staying there again.

Amazing Place to Stay!

We booked this little Villa last minute and it didn’t disappoint. The views were absolutely beautiful, the gardens on the property were gorgeous and everything was carefully thought out throughout the house. Centrally located between Amalfi and Positano, made it easy to see and experience everything that is cool about the Amalfi coast. Highly recommend…

Well positioned villa for exploring the Amalfi Coast

This villa is located well for a stay on the Amalfi Coast. The local bus to/from Amalfi stops nearby. The bus also takes you to the start of The Path of The Gods walk. The local shop and restaurant are a short walk away, as is the paid parking for the villa. The villa itself is clean and well kitted out, with lovely views to the sea.

Lovely villa in delightful gardens

We had a really relaxing stay here. The villa is ideal for 2 people but can sleep 4. The gardens are a delight and there are sweeping views of the Med from the terrace and from your bed when you wake in the morning. There are 2 great restaurants within a short walk plus a small supermarket which sells most things. The villa is very central on the Amalfi Coast but away from all the crowds. We would go here again.

Quiet quaint area

This was a great location in Amalfi if you don’t want to be in a super crowded location. Not a great location to get to the beach or to go on excursions from. We had a car. There is a lot of shade on the property which was also nice.

Great location, magnificent view

I don’t think there is a better option around Conca. Close to everything, you feel like a local. Very pleasing atmosphere. Easy check in and out. Fantastic views, clean and nice decoration. Enjoyed every aspect of it. Our host made everything even better with her insider tips. Will come back for sure!

Lovely Place on the Amalfi Coast

Our family of four (2 parents & 2 teen daughters) really enjoyed staying here. While only a 1 bedroom, both rooms & the closet were large enough it wasn’t a problem. Plus having the large outdoor area makes the place feel even larger and we enjoyed drinks & food on the patio after a wonderful day. We loved being in the little town of Conca dei Marini with a restaurant, grocery store and convenience store less than a block away but also located in the middle of the sites we wanted to see - Amalfi, Ravelo, Positano and even Pompei one day.

Great place to stay to avoid the crowds of the Amalfi coast yet experience the local life.

The property was beautiful and in a great location. We enjoyed walking just up the street to have breakfast at the local cafe or dinner at the local restaurant, just as much as sitting on the patio enjoying a glass of wine and local meat we bought at the butcher who is across the street. We loved the area, as it sits in between Positano and Amalfi, so we were able to visit both easily. There is also a scooter rental just in front of the property. While I didn't from there, I would recommend renting a scooter to visit the local towns if you are able to. Parking and driving are much easier on a scooter. We would book here again if we visit.

Magnificent, magical and memorable

We had a wonderful time visiting the Amalfi Coast. We loved the Garden Villa, especially the views. The ‘few’ (1,844) steps to the beach and back kept us fit! Car parking is a bit of a hassle and it is a shame the owner does not have a residents’ permit for her guests to use. We totally loved Conca as it is away from the hustle and bustle despite the plethora of scooters and local traffic! It is so well located to visit the many places of interest in the surrounding areas. We would definitely recommend it - it was home from home and the nearby convenience store and restaurants were also fantastic.

I would like to point out that you must have taken a long route to the beach - it is actually 600 steps to one of Conca's beach and even less to the other one as you get driven down part of the way. We are looking into a residents permit for guests. Again, really glad you enjoyed your stay!

This beautiful Villa in Conca Dei Marini was the perfect, tranquil final stop after a busy week of sightseeing in Rome, Florence, and Venice. The entire experience was seamless. The host and operations team, Miriam and Francesca, were outstanding, even helping arrange a private transfer from Naples. The home was spotless, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a large, truly comfortable bed. The three-tiered garden was a major highlight! We enjoyed fresh lemons and the sweet fruit and shade from the strawberry tree(Mediterranean version). The terrace was simply stunning, offering an unbeatable view—better than the top-rated local restaurant, Le Bonta del Capo, where we dined! We loved cooking our own meals using fresh local ingredients, complemented by herbs and lemons from the garden, and enjoying . From morning coffee at sunrise to a glass of wine at sunset, the terrace view was simply stunning. The location offers excellent convenience without the crowds. Everything we needed was a short walk away. We loved our stay so much that we extended it and skipped Naples! After navigating the crowds in Amalfi and Positano, we were always happiest to return to the peace and quiet of Conca Dei Marini. A major advantage: unlike many Amalfi homes that require climbing 100+ steps, ours only had a manageable 15-20 wide, well-lit steps—a huge benefit, especially with luggage! This is an ideal, tranquil base for exploring the Amalfi Coast. We highly recommend it!

Lovely Villa With Sea Views

We loved our stay at this lovely villa in Conca Dei Marini. Check in was easy. It was close to several restaurants, Piccadilly's coffee bar, and grocery's were within an easy walking distance. Everyone we met was so friendly. There are some stairs you need to climb to reach the villa. We are in our mid 70's and it was not a problem for us. We did use private paid parking as parking can be an issue. Good communication. Nice gardens to enjoy and loved the outside sitting areas. My only issue was there were so many ants in the rental. We were very careful not to leave out any food or crumbs, but the ants were still there.

Hello, I was born and bred in Conca dei Marini, on the stunning Amalfi coast. I fell in love and married a Welshman which meant I left the coast and settled in the UK. About 10 years ago, I built this house in the large gardens and lemon groves left to me by my mother. I return often but I am delighted that others can share what is a very beautiful part of the world.
