Este apartamento de planta baja es parte de un nuevo complejo privado de 5 estrellas con una gran piscina compartida. El apartamento tiene una cocina totalmente equipada, como es de esperar en su propia casa con aire acondicionado. En el exterior hay una gran terraza con una mesa. Hay una vista a la montaña que da al patio y al jardín y a la zona de la piscina. También hay un jardín parcialmente en mosaico con una mesa, tumbona y 2 sillones reclinables. Esto le da la opción de disfrutar de su desayuno y almuerzo en la terraza y luego tomar el sol o relajarse con un libro en la privacidad de su propio jardín. Hay muchos restaurantes y bares locales, la playa está a solo 3 minutos a pie. También ofrecemos sillas de playa y una tumbona / sombrilla para su comodidad. En la noche, puede disfrutar de la belleza de la puesta de sol desde la playa o relajarse en la terraza con una copa de vino de producción local disfrutando de la iluminación de la piscina y el complejo.

Great stay

Spent 3 weeks in late June, early July with my 2 kids 5 and 7. The place exceeded my expectations. Easy key pick up, great onsite attention from the property mgr, great location, pool, proximity to beach, grocery store, restaurants. Hope to stay again.

Well-furnished apartment with aircon & pool access

I stayed in this apartment with my family in August 2014 and had a lovely two week stay. The apartment was clean and well furnished. We were particularly pleased with having air con in the living area and both bedrooms because it was hot hot hot when we were out there. The swimming pool was exactly what we wanted, and my two boys (aged two and five) enjoyed swimming in it with us every day. There was plenty to do in the area, from visiting the beach, heading down the coast to Tropea or driving inland to visit some of the more mountainous areas. The agent looking after the property was also brilliant in helping us to arrange our trip out to some of the islands nearby. Overall I would recommend this apartment to anybody looking for somewhere to stay in Southern Italy. And don’t miss the local gelaterie two hundred yards from the apartment – a lovely way to spend an evening or two.

Modern,spacious,well equipped apartment with pool

Beautiful,well equipped apartment idealy located within 5 mins walking distance to beach,bars and restaurants.Ten minutes by taxi to the the quaint but bustling town of Pizzo.Restaurants,bars and supermarkets offered great value, I was pleasantly suprised how cheap it was to shop and eat out.The pool was clean and there were plenty of beds.I would highly reccomend this apartment for cleanliness,location and value for money,

Great Family Holiday Accomodation

We stayed in the apartment at Pizzo for 2 weeks and we had a lovely time. The apartment was spacious, the air conditioning was a great a must have in the heat in August. The apartment was directly opposite the pool and has a large ground floor terrace for sunbathing, eating and relaxing which was a huge bonus as we ate all of our meals out there. The pool was big and there were plenty of sunloungers. The beach and restaurants were a few minutes walk down the road which meant we did not need to drive to a restaurant if we did not fancy it. All of that coupled with a short transfer from the airport made it an easy holiday for 2 tired parents with 3 children aged 5 and under. The region itself is underdeveloped which worried us a bit as our children are so young however it was not an issue as the restaurants, supermarkets and general facilities were just as good but not as expensive as parts of Northern Italy. We had a lovely time and there was lots to see and do, the food is great and the locals friendly a much more interesting holiday for the whole family than staying in a hotel. I would recommend the apartment it had everything we needed for our family holiday.

Perfect Holiday

Just returned from a 2-week break in Pizzo and had a fantastic holiday. Apartment is perfect - clean, comfortable, well equipped, plus air conditioning which was invaluable with temperature in the late thirties outside. Spacious patio area looking onto the pool and mountains beyond. Great pool which we made use of every day. Local area has a few restaurants and a brilliant gelateria. Made use of local beach a few times but found it extremely busy - maybe because of the time of year, but found others a short drive away which were must quieter. Would suggest that car hire is a must to fully appreciate the area. Both Pizzo and Tropea are lovely towns, especially in the evening with a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops. Came across very few British tourists outside of the apartment complex. Overall, a great holiday, apartment and area, and we hope to return there soon!

Fab Location

This is a lovely apartment, well stocked and comfortable. The location within the complex is amazing - it is very close to the pool, and also affords views of some very large hills in the distance. The weather was brilliant - low 30s all week, and it didn't rain once. Our children loved to spend time by the pool, and the other occupants of the complex were lovely and friendly. The beach is about a 3 minute walk away, and has a Lido where you can use comfy sunbeds and make use of a large pool too. We did that on our last day and thoroughly enjoyed it. The only issue with the beach was that there was a disappointing amount of litter in the sea and sand. Only negative, and it's a small one, was that the street outside the complex gets filled up with lots of people in the evenings/night, and congregate together. It seemed a little intimidating, but we got used to it, and there was no trouble. Overall, a really lovely area, apartment and holiday.
