Excellent property! The kitchen was well equipped and the large table was great for our meals. The furniture was upscale and the beds were comfortable. The location was wonderful. Pride of ownership is evident .
Beautiful and comfortable historical home, two blocks from the water, with a gourmet kitchen
Our family of four spent four nights here for Thanksgiving and loved every minute. We arrived late at night but had an easy landing thanks to the door code and excellent instructions sent to us beforehand. The house is very large with four bedrooms, three full baths and lots of comfy other rooms. We were able to spread out - watching TV in the den, reading in the parlor and working at the big dining room table. The kitchen was perfect for preparing a big Thanksgiving meal: a fab gas stove, double oven, high quality pots and pans, dishes, mixing bowls, baking pans, basically everything we needed! The house is an easy walk to the water, restaurants and shops. Beds were very comfortable with good pillows. It's a great house - I can't recommend it enough!
Fantastic Location and Home!
This home is even better in person than it is in pictures! There was plenty of street parking, each of the four bedrooms very comfortable, and renovations have been meticulously completed. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable property for groups visiting the Beaufort area!
Cute historic, very clean home on a busy corner of Live Oak & Broad. Nice bedrooms and lovely kitchen and breakfast room. Master bath is an old claw foot tub with a shower-- not easy to stand up in since it was not meant for showers. 2nd upstairs bath is a tub with hand held shower. Downstairs shower has a low shower head which was hard for tall guests. More traffic noise than expected.
Great, historic home in beautiful Beaufort, NC
The house was perfect for our family. It was very clean and nicely decorated. It is a short walk to restaurants and shops and about a 15-minute drive to two beaches. Highly recommend this property. Thank you to the owners for sharing it with us.
