Wohnung mit Potential!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wunderbar. Man hat vom Balkon einen tollen Blick auf den Strand, Islas Medas und die gesamte Bucht. Küche Bad und grosses Schlafzimmer sind ok, die Betten bequem. Die Wohnung ist einfach ausgestattet. Wohnzimmer und kleines Schlafzimmer könnten gemütlicher eingerichtet sein. Esstisch und Stühle sowie die Sitzmöbel auf dem Balkon sollten ausgetauscht werden.

La résidence est superbement située , la vue est à couper le souffle , résidence très calme car hors saison . En revanche , l appartement est à refaire ! La literie est catastrophique et je ne parle même pas des odeurs d égouts dans la cuisine !!! C est vraiment dommage ! Je vous déconseille cet appartement ! Mais rien à redire sur le personnel de l agence , ils sont très agréables !

Ligging basic appartement kan niet beter. Niettegenstaande ouderdom gebouw/appartement zijn faciliteiten meer dan voldoende in orde > keuken, douche, slaapkamers, liften ... Woonkamer is sober ingericht maar zaten altijd op terras. Medewerking/communicatie van personeel Torrent was eveneens top, problemen werden onmiddellijk behandeld en waar mogelijk opgelost. Enige minpunt waren de relax stoelen op het terras, deze zijn dringend aan vervanging/vernieuwing toe.

la terraza. la tranquilidad del sitio. muchos utensilios en el apartamento. cuartos grandes. los techos estan para lijar y pintar. están fatal. los suelos viejos. las colchas de las camas y mobiliario antiguo.

Un petit luxe a 1a linia de mar

La ubicació és fantàstica, a tocar de la platja i a 5 minuts a peu del centre de l'Estartit. Plaça de pàrking al davant de l'apartament, cosa que facilita molt carregar els trastos o la compra. Cuina i lavabo reformats i molt ben equipats, petits però cuquis. Vistes maravelloses des de la terrassa. El wifi funciona molt bé i molt ràpid, fet sorprenent a l'Agost i en zona turística. TV té tots els canals locals i molts internacionals, però és petita i no és d'alta definició. Els mobiliari dels dormitoris i de la sala d'estar/menjador està ben conservat, pero es veu que és d'altres èpoques. Les manetes de les portes no funcionen gaire bé -la del bany funciona al revés, per obrir has d'empenyer cap amunt i no cap avall i la que dona a la terrassa directament no tanca-. Quan acabi la temporada caldria netejar a fons els sofas i les cortines (o directament canviar-los) es nota que és una cosa que la persona que neteja no pot fer perquè requereix que ho faci una tintoreria i hi ha taques força antigues. Els veïns del 4 7 tenen un aire condicionat antic i sorollós que dona a la terrasa, just al costat d'un dels dormitoris, cosa que fa que a vegades costi dormir. A vegades els clients dels restaurant que hi ha al mateix edifici aparquen a les places reservades pels apartaments i et trobes el lloc ocupat de seguida mouen el cotxe però quan arribes tard i cansat no fa gaire gràcia.
