Detached cottage on two levels in the green of the centuries-old pinewood of Milano Marittima, 300 meters from the equipped beach and the free beach. elegant and quiet area.
At 50 meters you can find supermarket, bar, restaurant, pizzeria and sports facilities.
The center with the nightlife, elegant boutiques, exclusive restaurants and worldliness are at 1500 meters, easily reached by car, bicycle (bike path) or walk 10 min walk. The marina and the ancient town of Cervia 3 km.
Nearby: golf, horseback riding, tennis, thermal baths, Mirabilandia. Ravenna and Rimini about 20 km. Venice 150 km.
The house is as follows: the ground floor there is an entrance -living room with sofa-bed 1piazza and a half, kitchen-dining room and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs three bedrooms, one with two beds, the other with a double bed and the third, very large, with a double bed and two single beds, then there is a second bathroom with shower. At guests' disposal free wifi, crockery, microwave, TV, fridge, washing machine and barbecue. There is a high chair and a children's camping bed. If heating is required, 10 euros per night are required.
The house has a fenced garden of about 300 square meters, with patio, sun beds, tables, chairs, umbrellas and barbecue.
The house is fully furnished, equipped with central heating, appliances, TV, WIFI, air conditioning in one room only, fans.

Sehr freundliche hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Traumhaft schöner Garten, Küche gut ausgestattet, sogar Velos durften wir umsonst brauchen. Ruhige Lage der Lärm vom Strand ist fast nicht zu hören.

Sehr schönes Haus, ruhige Lage, schöner schattiger Garten.Vermieterin wohnt nebenan. Sehr freundlich und bemüht. Fragen wurden immer sofort per WhatsApp beantwortet. Spricht allerdings nur Italienisch bzw. ganz wenig Englisch.2 kleine Probleme mit WLan und einer der Toiletten wurden am nächsten Tag sofort durch Elektriker/Klempner behoben. Der Wunsch nach einem Grill , fehlte in der Ausstattung, sofort erfüllt.Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.

Schöner Familienurlaub

Ruhig gelegen am Ende einer Sackgasse. Das Grundstück bietet genügend Platz für 7 Personen, die Zimmer sind aber eher klein. Die Vermieterin wohnt nebenan, ist sehr zuvorkommend und gibt gute Ausflugstipps. Leider war die vorhandene Klimaanlage mit den Temperaturen leicht überfordert. Wir hatten zwei schöne Wochen hier, das Haus ist zwar ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist aber gut. Wir würden wieder hier buchen.

I ragazzi sono stati accolti benissimo e si sono trovati molto bene. Unico piccolo neo alcuni letti da sistemare e le bici non in perfette condizioni. Ma i ragazzi erano talmente felici di stare insieme che tutto è passato in secondo piano. Ringrazio ancora la signora per averli ospitati

Casa molto accogliente, perfetta per fagmiglie e gruppi.

La casa è molto carina ed accogliente, è situata in un quartiere tranquillissimo vicino a ristoranti market bar locali e bagli, il centro è facilmente raggiungibile e dista solo 1km circa. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili accoglienti e disponibili. La consiglierei.

Schönes Haus direkt am Pinienhain

Es war ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt. Die Vermieter wohnen direkt nebenan und haben sich um alles sehr zuvorkommend und nett gekümmert (auch um die Kinder). Wir bekamen sogar Fahrräder mit Kindersitz. Das Haus liegt direkt an einem großen Wald. Viele Bäume im Garten, so dass auch heiße Tage kein Problem waren. Das Haus war immer angenehm kühl. Übrigens auch das vor dem Haus geparkte Auto. Zum Strand sind es nur einige 100 Meter, zum freien Strand ist es etwas weiter, aber fußläufig immer noch ein Katzensprung. Die Lage ist nicht ganz im Zentrum, trotzdem ist es noch angenehm trubelig. Pizzeria und kleiner Supermarkt....alles um die Ecke. Fazit - es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. An dieser Stelle nochmal ein Dank an Grazia und Ihren Mann.
