Villa Lepolahti está situada en el corazón de un paisaje único en la región de Häme en el país de los mil lagos. El lago hermoso Vanajavesi es conocido por su excelente pesca. Tiene su propia orilla, un bote de remos y un embarcadero en la orilla del lago grande Vanajavesi, conocido por las posibilidades excelentes de pesca.

La villa está confortablemente amueblada y le ofrece todas las comodidades modernas.

La villa de huéspedes bien equipadas están disponibles durante todo el año.
En invierno, después de actividades refrescantes al aire libre, usted puede disfrutar del calor de su propia sauna. Cuando el tiempo se congela, puede usted acurrucarse junto a la chimenea y disfrutar del hermoso paisaje de invierno.
En primavera, usted puede observar cómo la naturaleza se despierta después del invierno y se vuelve más verde cada día. En primavera y durante todo el verano los días se vuelven cada vez más largos y a mediados de verano el sol no se pone en absoluto.
En otoño usted puede recoger bayas y setas en el bosque cercano (en Finlandia la recogida de bayas y setas se incluye en “los derechos de cada hombre”). El otoño es también una de las mejores temporadas de pesca.

Después de haber estado en la sauna original, que está equipada con un horno que se calienta con leña, y la cual está situada en la orilla del lago, y tal vez usted se da también un chapuzón en el lago o rueda en la nieve, usted entiende por qué a los finlandeses les encanta tanto la experiencia de la sauna.
Tiene la mejor clasificación oficial de 5 estrellas.
Tiene una red de área local inalámbrica (Fifi).
Es muy fáciles de alcanzar; cerca de excelentes conexiones por carretera y sólo una hora en coche de los aeropuertos y puertos más ocupados en Finlandia meridional.
El número de personas que utilizan la casa no debe exceder el número de plazas para dormir (6 adultos + 2 niños).
El chalet son también adecuados para personas que tienen alergias; por lo tanto, no se permiten mascotas y no se permite fumar en el interior de los chalets.

Lovely cottage in a beautiful location

A very well appointed, comfortable and clean house, in a beautifully quiet location by the lake just north of Hattula. The cottage has everything you could want for a comfortable and relaxing stay. A big thanks to the host for making the whole process very easy and fuss free. Will definitely stay again.

Nice and relaxing vacation

The stay was very nice and relaxing. There was enough space and the children enjoyed it too. In the evenings there were even deer running through the garden. The only thing that wasn't so nice was the nearby motorway, which you could hear from time to time. We would book the cottage again.

Overall a great stay in Finland and I would highly recommend the 5 star accomadation, it had everything we wanted and the location and views were just perfect. A great host that was always on hand when we needed help!! Would certainly love to visit again

Realmente hemos estado muy a gusto en la casa, está perfectamente equipada y en un entorno muy agradable. Toda la familia hemos disfrutado de la estancia durante nuestras vacaciones, las fotos que se acompañan en la web no engañan en absoluto. Le daríamos incluso una estrella más. La propietaria muy correcta nos explicó con detalle el funcionamiento de todo y se esforzó por hablar en español con nosotros. Una casa y zona muy recomendable.

Einfach nur perfekt

Wunderschönes großes Haus in toller Lage. Es fehlt hier wirklich an nichts. Erja ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat bei der Ankunft alles sehr gut erklärt. Noch nie habe ich ein Feriendomizil mit solch einer Top-Ausstattung erlebt. Man braucht wirklich nichts mitzubringen. Dazu kommt, dass es zu den nächsten Supermärkten der Umgebung mit dem Auto ein kurzer Weg ist. Auch der riesige Prisma in Hämeenlinna ist in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Uns hat die Nähe zur Autobahn überhaupt nicht gestört. Das hört man, wenn die Fenster geöffnet sind, ansonsten nicht. Wir fanden es toll, dass der Fernseher im unteren Wohnzimmer stand, so dass er nicht den traumhaften Blick verstellt, den man in der oberen Etage nach draußen hat. Für uns ist er zudem nicht so wichtig. Wir fahren doch nicht in den Urlaub, um vor dem Fernseher zu sitzen, schon dreimal nicht, um eventuell ein deutsches Programm zu schauen. Die Sauna mit dem Holzofen ist natürlich absolut perfekt und hat auch meine finnischen Freunde beeindruckt, denn zu Hause haben sie meist eine elektrisch betriebene. Die komplette Ausstattung im Haus ist nicht nur sehr schön, sondern auch hochwertig. Sogar die Kaffeemaschine ist keine billige. Der Mietpreis ist absolut angemessen, eigentlich sogar günstig für all das, was geboten wird. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Schönes Haus am See

Unsere Familie hat den Aufenthalt in Villa Lepolahti sehr genossen. Das Haus befindet sich am See und hat für unsere 6 köpfige Familie mehr als ausreichend Platz geboten. Es hat Fußbodenheizung, gute Küchenausstattung und sonst moderne Einrichtung. Die Entfernung zu den anderen Häusern ist groß genug, um wirklich unter sich zu sein. Erja hat uns gut empfangen und alles Wichtige erklärt. Wir waren Ende Dezember/Anfang Januar dort und hatten Glück mit Schnee. Die ganze Gegend wirkte wie aus einem Märchenbuch. Es hat viel Spaß gemacht entlang des vereisten Sees in den Wäldern zu wandern und die frische Luft zu genießen. Sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die Ruhe suchen und dem Alltag entfliehen wollen. Der einzige Wermutstropfen ist die Nähe zur Autobahn. Auch wenn es im Winter kein Problem für uns war (Geräusche waren nur außen leicht wahrnehmbar), kann man sich vorstellen, dass es im Sommer deutlich störender ist, da man sich viel mehr draußen aufhält oder die Fenster öffnet. Trotzdem top Aufenthalt und gerne wieder!

Wunderschön!

Das Haus ist einfach traumhaft schön! Wir waren für zwei Wochen (3 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) in dem Haus. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer. Zu beachten ist, dass es aber nur eine Dusche gibt. Die Küche ist einfach traumhaft gelegen mit Blick auf den See. Sie ist ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Es gibt mehr als genügend Geschirr und Kochuntensilien, wie wir es noch selten in einem Ferienhaus gesehen haben. Die zwei Wohnräume bieten Platz zum Verweilen. Alle Räume sind sehr liebevoll ausgestattet. Es fehlt auch nicht an schöner Dekoration. Es gibt eine kleine Waschküche, top ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Trocknungsschrank und Bügelbrett. Die vielen schönen Plätzchen rund ums Haus laden ebenfalls zum Verweilen ein. Ganz besonders zu erwähnen sind die wirklich sehr netten Vermieter. Man konnte sie jederzeit über Email oder SMS kontaktieren. Innert kürzester Zeit bekam man Antwort. Als einziger kleiner Nachteil ist die Autobahn zu erwähnen, die je nach Wind gehört werden kann. Insgesamt ein absolut traumhaftes Plätzchen, sehr zu empfehlen.

Gorgeous Lakeside Home

We were a family of 4 adults, visiting Finland in late winter to explore the country of our roots. This beautiful villa and property was perfect for us. The location was ideal for travelling to areas in all directions - Tampere, Lahti, Turku, Helsinki. Returning to such a tranquil resting place at the end of the day was wonderful. The villa had everything we could possibly need for our stay, with living and sleeping areas very comfortable. Having breakfast while taking in the extraordinary view of the lake was especially memorable. It’s truly a stunning place. Shopping is easily accessed in nearby Parola or Hameenlinna. No need to worry about the area’s meandering country roads in winter, as they are kept clear of snow. The driveway and parking area at the home were even cleared mid-stay after a snowfall. Erja and Arto were excellent hosts ... very friendly, providing clear directions to the property, complete instructions both before and upon our arrival, and were easy to communicate with before and during our stay, answering our questions and offering advice when asked. We highly recommend the outstanding Villa Lepolahti, it’s hosts and breathtaking views, whether staying full-time or for exploring Finland’s lakes district.

Luxurious home in a splendid Finish setting

Our family had a great time in Erja's and Arto's house on the shore of Lake Vanajavesi providing a phantastic scenery. More than sufficient space for 6 adults with a comfortable living room, dinner corner again with a view on the lake and 3 bed rooms. Of course with the wood fired sauna, which we all appreciated very much.

hervorragend ausgestattetes Haus

Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und 1 Kind für eine Woche Gast in diesem Haus. Durch die Aufteilung in 2 Etagen konnte jede Familie ihren eigenen Bereich nutzen. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Besonders gefielen der Seeblick (ja auch aus der Sauna!) und die gute Verkehrsanbindung. So war man schnell in der Natur und konnte erforderliche Einkaufszentren auch innerhalb von 20 Minuten erreichen. Besonders möchte ich die herzliche Gastgeber in Er ja erwähnen. Anfragen und Hilfe wurden umgehend beantwortet und gewährt.

Haus mit hochwertiger Ausstattung, tolle Lage, hoher Preis, aber gerechtfertigt.

Sehr guter Kontakt zu Vermieter, auch vor Ort. Haus ausgelegt für 6 Personen, war für uns mit Familie 2 Erwachsene, 2 Jugendliche 17 und 21 optimal, liebevoll ausgesattet. Auch der Außenbereich sehr gepflegt und einladend. Einziger Engpass bei Belegung mit 6 Personen: nur 1 Dusche, jedoch zweite Toiletten vorhanden. Können wir sehr weiterempfehlen, insbesondere auch wegen der vorhandenen Sauna.

Highest rating possible on every level for this outstanding property!

Everything about this rental was top notch: the interaction with the owner, the location, the natural beauty of Lake Vanajavesi, and the quality and coziness of the home itself. We used this rental for a family reunion of 5 adults, and when we found it online it looked perfect for our needs, but as lovely as the photos are they simply do not do it justice, as the home and the setting are even more beautiful than the photos suggest. We rowed on the lake, took saunas in the wood-fired sauna, did barbeques on the gas grill on the terrace, and found absolute serenity here. An excellent grocery store (K market) is just ten minutes away where we found everything we needed, and the highly-rated Linna Golf Club was easy to get on, great fun to play, and is only a 30 minute drive away. If you are looking for an outstanding home for peace, relaxation, and natural beauty on a lovely lake in Finland, look no further.

Stunning villa and location

This villa is simply amazing. Furnished and equipped to the highest standard and with the most stunning views across the lake. It is brilliantly designed with enough space for everybody .. yet areas for family togetherness too. This was a holiday that we really did not want to end. Nestled by the lake, the villa has a perfect location. We were treated to glorious sunsets across the water. The villa comes with a rowing boat for added fun and the chance to explore the nearby island. We didn't book the optional electric outboard motor ... but next time we will for more long range exploration. We soon found our way around the area and it was easy to pop out in the car to the local shop for supplies. The villa was a good base for exploring the wider region too. We even jumped on a train at nearby Toijala to visit Turku .. If you haven't explored Helsinki the train is a good option for going there too. Book in advance online for amazingly cheap rail fares compared to the UK .. the teenagers went for free on an already discounted adult ticket! It was an easy drive from Helsinki Airport .. and we were able to pick up supplies along the way from the large supermarket at Hämeenlinna. (an advance look at Google Street View made this first piece of navigation very easy) Communication with the owners ahead of the holiday was excellent and we were warmly welcomed on the day. We hope to return to this villa in the future and if you are considering visiting Finland then we can recommend it to you.

Spectacular Finnish Lake house

My family rented his luxury house on Lake Vanajavesi for the month of July. The location was perfect, great views of the lake at all hours of the day and night!... Fully equipped household meant we came with very little luggage and all our needs were met. The sauna, every night, was the highlight of the day, ending with a swim in the lake. We rowed every day out the islands and barbecued on the terrace. It was calm, perfect for bird watching; we kayaked and explored the area on bike and by foot. My grandmother came from Finland and much of what she talked about as the best of the Finnish character and landscape was here. I highly recommend this location to those exploring roots or wishing the ideal Finnish lake experience.. Not to be forgotten... Our hosts anticipated our every need and make living here as seamless as possible. Wonderful!

Kriipi’s guest houses are located in the heart of the unique landscape of the Häme region in the middle of Southern Finland. The lake Vanajavesi is known for great fishing and it is one of the largest lakes in Finland, the land of a thousand lakes. Kriipi’s island and the surrounding water areas are included in the Finnish Natura 2000 areas, network of nature protection areas. Vanajavesi begins from south side of Hämeenlinna town and finishes to Tampere town. Area of the lake is 120 km2. The lake has almost hundred islands. After you have been to the villa’s original wood-stove sauna by the lake, and perhaps even taken a dip in the lake or rolled in the snow, you will understand why Finns love the sauna experience so dearly.
