'Miramar' is an air-conditioned, two bedroom, two bathroom ground floor apartment with sea, mountain and pool views. It has fibre optic internet which you can connect to via wifi or we provide one ethernet cable with the router if required.

There is a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with twin beds, a family bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops. Living area with tv, dvd, plenty of satellite tv including UK/Irish channels and all sports and films. Terrace area with views over the sea, pool and mountains.

Located in the popular front-line complex of Las Tabaibas in Puerto del Carmen, 'Miramar' apartment is situated in a very quiet location, yet right on your doorstep is the beach, restaurants, bars and shops.

Fab winter sum break in a great location

Great apartment with early morning sun and sunset views. Everything we needed for a weeks stay was provided. Location right in the beach was perfect for our early morning swims. Victoria as our host was very welcoming and helpful

A must stay in Lanzarote

Cannot recommend this property enough - would be gutted if it was not available if/when we return to Puerto del Carmen.It's got everything and Vicky is so helpful and obliging. Do NOT hesitate to book but hopefully not when we want to go!

Girls getaways

Great location , shops, bars, beach and pool on your doorstep. There are some stairs which can be a kilker in the heat but not too many. Apartment was a good size with aircon , however we did not know the aircon was pay as you go , using 1 euro per hour which was a negative.

Another Good Experience!

Another good experience. This is the third time I've stayed in this apartment and the high standards are maintained each time. Immaculately clean, great welcome pack of essentials and perfectly situated. The beach is just across the road, there are a wide range of shops and restaurants on the doorstep and the pool is lovely and clean - yet at the same time it feels peaceful and removed from the busy main street. There is a good atmosphere and the neighbours are friendly and helpful. A safe place for anyone wanting to take a holiday on their own.

Las Tabaibas Apartment

We found the apartment spacious and comfortable. Being at the top of the complex there are a few flights of stairs but also a ramp to get there. Being in our 70s it was a bit of a struggle with the big suitcase which really we could have done without because there is a good washing machine there. The beds are comfortable. The tv package and Wi-Fi are great. It was nice to have the sun loungers to relax on and take in the lovely view. Everything is on the doorstep. As others have said the shower cubicles are quite small but perfectly adequate. Victoria is an excellent host and we definitely recommend her apartment for a lovely holiday.

Outstanding Apartment home from home

I had to write to say what a fantastic holiday we have just encountered and what a fantastic apartment we stayed in. from making the initial enquiry to booking attending and coming home every aspect of our holiday was well thought out. The apartment is ideally sited right on the main strip but also well away from the noise. It was so peaceful and quite around the apartment and the pool area yet within a few minutes we were on the strip and on the beach. I cannot find anything to fault the holiday or the apartment the welcome pack was a nice touch and very well appreaciated. Victoria even arranged for us to be picked up and returned to the airport so we did not have to worry about trying to find the apartment. It has been an absolute pleasure and we can't wait to book again and enjoy your wonderful apartment. Thanks again Tony and Rachel Mitcham

Lovely Apartment, Great Location

First visit to the Canary islands and will definitely return and to this apartment! Arrived late afternoon and followed Victoria's instructions to find the apartment which were spot on as well as instructions for the key safe. The welcome pack was great especially the chilled bottle of Cava! Met Victoria and husband the following morning and they were really friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations for restaurants etc. The El Golfo restaurant just up from the harbour was excellent for seafood with many locals dining there and full most nights. The apartment was just as described on this website, truly first class. Everything you needed was provided and was very comfortable. The location of the apartments was great being immediately behind the 'strip'. Just cross the road and you were on the beach with at least a dozen bars/restaurants within two minutes walk from the apartment. If you are prepared to walk say 5 minutes then you would have many more to choose from. Many run special boards and you can dine and drink inexpensively if you wish. The site required climbing some steps to get to the apartment, say 10 if you use the ramps so if you are disabled could be difficult to access. However, no issues for my wife and I so will return again in the future. David

Highly Recommended.

Lovely apartment - very quiet and relaxing and perfectly situated. Felt very safe. Well equipped with everything we needed and all in very good condition. A welcome pack was provided with essentials such as tea bags, milk etc so there was no immediate need to rush to find a shop. Linen and beach towels were provided and changed mid week. Maps and useful information were available, as well as helpful instructions and information provided via email in advance as regards nearby supermarkets and opening hours. All the equipment provided was modern and easy to use. Both the property and the complex were clean and well maintained. The pool was cleaned every morning and the gardens were well kept and regularly attended to. Communal bins were out of sight and emptied every day. Customer service was great. Communications were friendly and timely and contact details were provided in case of emergency. There was a good mix of permanent residents and visitors on the complex, all of whom were helpful and friendly and keen to maintain high standards. Everything needed was in easy walking distance. There was a good range of shops and restaurants to suit every taste, all with good opening hours throughout the day and evening. The beach across the road was lovely and clean and not at all crowded. For people wanting to hire a car as we did, there are many rental options available and lots of nice places to visit. The roads are quiet and easy to navigate and we were well located to easily travel to everything we wanted to see. There were also options to visit places via public transport at a reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend both the resort and the apartment and hope to visit again soon!

A little gem of an apartment

We had spend our 2016 family holiday in Lanzarote and decided we wanted to go back this year again. I started to search around for properties and came across this apartment. I got in touch with Victoria August last year (2016). We booked the apartment for our 2017 holiday and have just returned after spending 13 nights there. From getting in touch with Victoria last year the booking went so smooth. This was our first time to book our holiday without the aid of a travel agent and yes we were nervous but from booking to returning all went fantastic. We received the arrival instructions from Victoria and all went to plan. The apartment was fantastic, so clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The TV package was great for our 4yr old who decided he needed time out of the pool and sun for a midday nap most days. The mid stay clean was brilliant. Having a washing machine was a god send. Having the air con was brilliant. We put in 2euro each evening before going out and the apartment was lovely and cool coming back in . The location on the strip was so central. Yes you have a few steps to climb but after all you are in Lanzarote. Once in through the gates you leave behind the noise of the strip. The pool for kids is ideal. A large shallow kids pool for those who don't like the deep end. We had another brilliant family holiday in Lanzarote and this apartment made it that. We were fortunate to meet Victoria when there and we loved the apartment that much we have booked to return next year. Thank you for making our family holiday special. Increíble experiencia.

El apartamento sin duda ha sido todo un acierto. La ubicación es ideal ya que a pesar de encontrarse en una zona tranquila, a la vuelta de la esquina hay muchas tiendas y bares. Y la playa se encuentra al cruzar la calle. Es un espacio luminoso y acogedor, con una terraza perfecta para comer o cenar. Además, la piscina a unos metros está genial para refrescarse, y las vistas son impresionantes. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

Great base for all of the resort

We have stayed in tabaibas before and it is a lovely complex, tucked away behind the strip and shops but very quiet. Good for access to the beach, buses, main shops and restaurants and a 10 minute walk from old town and the harbour. The apartment has everything you need and we had two maid services in the fortnight which was good. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars was because the shower cubicles were very small, neither of us is large, and if you weren’t very careful you could knock the controls resulting in either a very hot or cold rush of water. Tv and wi if we’re excellent. Would definitely come again.

Absolutely wonderful apartment, great location

Just returned from our stay at E7 apartment, had a fantastic holiday, apartment was absolutely stunning, very clean and well maintained, with everything you needed (like home from home) Complex clean and tidy and everyone was so friendly here. Wonderful sea views and a 2 min walk to the beautiful beach and strip with shops, bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend this apartment. Can’t wait to be back there next year.

We had a fantastic holiday. The apartment was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need for your stay. It is in an excellent location ,within walking distance of a fabulous beach and a huge choice of restaurants. Victoria answered any queries we had prior to arrival very promptly. I would highly recommend this property and I hope to stay again in the future.

Perfect!!!

My friend and I have recently returned from this gorgeous property after a completely chilled and relaxing holiday. The apartment is beautifully clean, yes, it is situated up a few steps (65 to be precise!) but it is worth it for the views, peace and tranquillity you experience when you get there. Apartment E7 has everything you need and has the most heavenly comfortable beds!! Our only niggle was the very small shower cubicles, which, if like me you are rather buxom and carry extra padding it's a very tight squeeze!! Air conditioning is available in the apartment but to be honest we never needed to use it - we found if you open the rear bedroom window you get an amazing breeze that sweeps through the apartment keeping the rooms cool throughout the day (and us on the terrace). We thoroughly recommend the HiLife restaurant which can be found just outside the main entrance to the complex gates - it has a very extensive tasty menu!! Click on the 'Book now' you certainly won't regret it!! Thanks for a fantastic stay Victoria - it was lovely to see you (albeit it via Whatsapp). xx

Fab apartment in lovely surroundings.

Just returned from our stay in E7 apt. Really lovely lay out, has everything as described on web site. Beds are soooo comfy, the whole experience from booking to arriving all went so smoothly. Victoria is very friendly and left a booklet with all instructions for all appliances. Would recommend this apt. There are a few steps/slope before you get to the apt, and as we are both 60+ we got a bit out of breath at first, but got used to it ,so don't let this put you off.
