Beautiful apartment set in a large terrace garden amidst an array of tropical plants with its own Arctic Spa Jacuzzi. This 1 bedroom air-conditioned apartment overlooks the quiet swimming pool and features 3 large terraces with comfortable furnishings including a deep mattress Thai lounge bed so you can relax and enjoy the great Paphos weather. In the evening the garden is lit with fairy lights and lanterns, perfect for enjoying a drink or meal alfresco. Inside, the apartment features 1 double bedroom, bathroom with bath/shower, a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, fridge freezer, cooker and washing machine. The comfortable living area has a TV and over 150 films and music CD’s for your entertainment. Situated in a small complex of only six apartments there is covered parking and a barbecue on site.The nearest store and restaurant are 5 minutes by foot, with Paphos town and the harbour approximately 15 minutes walk (Local buses also serve the area)

Die Kommunikation war vorbildlich. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Größe, ein sehr gutes Bett und ist auch in der Küche gut ausgestattet. Highlight für uns ist die Größe und Ausstattung der Terrasse, auf der man lange Zeiten des Tages die Sonne genießen kann. Der Zustand war dafür, dass diese Wohnung auch schon in die Jahre gekommen ist, sehr gut. Wir haben uns hier acht Nächte wohl gefühlt und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis empfanden wir als gut.

The apartment is well equipped and maintained, a very comfortable bed. The pool is communal for the whole block of apartments, however we were the only one’s to use it. The apartment is quite a distance from the shops and the beach, however if you have a car, as we did it’s not a problem. We had an amazing holiday stopping at this apartment.

Nous avons passé 3 semaines formidables dans cet appartement très bien équipé et bien situé à Pafos. Jo, le propriétaire est très gentil et très réactif. La piscine est très appréciable et nous étions seuls à en profiter. L’environnement est calme et reposant. Nous recommandons absolument.

JO le propriétaire est toujours joignable et reste à notre écoute. Le logement est super avec des équipements de qualité. La piscine est à 2 mètres de la terrasse et nous avons toujours été seul dedans. Voiture indispensable, parking aisé. Nous recommandons

Private and Relaxing

We were here for a week due to a family wedding/holiday. The location was fantastic 5-10 minute drive from supermarkets, centre of paphos and other things. Less than a 10 minute walk to a little shop and pharmacy. But at the same time being in a quiet area of Paphos. You will definitely need to rent a car but we were planning to already due to visiting family in Cyprus. The apartment was clean and exactly how it was described with everything you could think of! We loved the private terrace and jacuzzi which gets plenty of sun and the communal pool was pretty much only used by ourselves the whole week. We will definitely pick here again when we go back to Paphos.

Apartment with finer comforts

Exceeded all expectation Very clean and comfortable apartment with pool and surrounding gardens adding to an enjoyable stay. More or less had pool use to ourselves for full 14days and the added experience of a hot tub topped everything off. Wi-Fi available which worked a treat with Amazon fire stick for tv access Attention to detail by Jo was greatly appreciated 25 minute walk to harbour which is not ideal but didn’t spoil holiday in any way Looking to book again next year as we enjoyed our experience so much

Great Apartment

Had a great stay at Jo’s apartment, definitely found my new favourite in Paphos! The apartment has everything you need, had the pool to ourselves most days and thoroughly enjoyed a Brandy Sour in the Hot Tub at the end of each day 🍹😊 Great communication from start to finish, easy booking.

Fantastic stay

We had an amazing holiday! The apartment was immaculate and brilliant having your own private hot tub and lovely terrace and the pool felt like our own as it was empty every time we went. We will definitely return to Paphos and look to stay at Jos apartment. Jo the host was great from start to finish.

La casa è come da foto e le piante sono cresciute e ben curate come interno abitazione che si trova in posizione strategica e tranquilla, consiglio autovettura. La proprietà, professionale ed efficiente. La casa è fornita delle cose essenziali. La vasca idromassaggio privata, pulita e in ordine come la piscina, dove non abbiamo mai trovato nessuno. É stato proprio un bel soggiorno, grazie Jo!

1st year anniversary

We had a brilliant 1st year anniversary in this apartment, it was such a shame when it came to an end. The pool was lush for a quick dip and a cool off, and the hot tub was perfect after a long day walking in the sun. Jo was a star from start to finish, 6 stars from us. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stayed a week at this apartment, could not ask for a better one to stay in large patio outside space with sun from morning to night and the added private hot tub.aprtment was one of 8, when we stayed we had the pool to ourselves really peaceful area to relax 5 minutes to pambis restaurant and 20 minutes to the harbour.would definitely stay again

Five weeks in Paphos

The property is well located within easy reach of a supermarket, restuarant and bus stop. The location is quiet and relaxing. Jo was very helpful with any enquiries and was able to offer advise when we asked for it. The apartment met our needs perfectly. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. We spent 5 weeks there and wanted to Live as we might at home. The only complaint was the bed settee in the lounge was very un-forgiving when we wanted to sit , relax and watch a film. Perhaps a comfy sofa could be a great addition. The Jacuzzi seemed a bit Cool even Though the gauge read 35degrees. The garden was beautiful and the day bed perfect for watching the stars at night.

A great apartment

A lovely apartment with everything you need for a very relaxing break. Bus stop is only 5 minutes away and only 1.5 euros to get into Paphos or anywhere else in Paphos. Although there are 6 apartments in total, we hardly saw anyone else so we were the only ones to use the pool which was great. The only slight downside was the walking distance to the harbour which is approximately 35 minutes which is difficult in the heat

Peace and Tranquility

My wife and I stayed for a week in May 2018 and absolutely loved it, close enough to the harbour and all it's attractions, but far enough to be so peaceful! 15-20 minute walk, €8 in a taxi. Totally relaxing location. The apartment is spotless and has everything you need for a short break, internet connection would have made my rating 6*. Communication with Jo was superb, I'm sure we'll visit again! Absolutely 100% recommend!

Luxury romantic getaway

First time at Jo’s apartment and indeed Cyprus but certainly won’t be the last. Apartment decorated to the very highest of standard both indoors and out. Complete luxury and everything you could ever need is provided. Prior to our arrival Jo sent lots of info on apartment, location, things to do and where to shop and eat. A couple of days before arrival she telephoned and explained all the info so we were sure of where we were going. Everything was spot on. We felt as though we knew where everything was she was so informative. Day after we arrived we had a visit from Carol who maintains apartment for Jo to let us know there was a problem with plumbing which we hadn’t even noticed. It was fixed promptly and without any fuss or bother to us. She kept us informed at all times about the repair and also phoned to check with us afterwards that everything was in full working order. She is so lovely and cheery. Apartment is in lovely quiet location but on bus route that takes you right into the harbour station where you can then get buses to all over Paphos. I think we travelled on every bus and saw a great deal of the area in our time there. Bus is very cheap and reliable. We ate at a lovely restaurant called Pambis several times and it’s only a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Food was fabulous and Portions are huge and it’s very reasonably priced. A complete showstopper was a restaurant about a 10 minute walk from apartment called 7 St George. We visited here for my birthday and wow!!!! Did we have a culinary experience!!!! There is no menu it’s a traditional family run Cypriot restaurant that serves course after course until you tell them to stop bringing you any more food. We sampled 19 courses and had a Carafe of really nice homemade wine and the bill was only €46. Every course was nicer than the previous one. We highly recommend a visit. We went to Jo’s apartment as we were looking to have a nice quiet romantic holiday and that’s certainly what we had. The highlight was sitting in the hot tub which was situated in a beautiful garden with lots of romantic solar powered lights all around us sipping an ice cold glass of wine. I can’t recommend this apartment enough. We loved it so much we plan to return again later in the year.

Gem of a place

Fabulous apartment, spotless clean, with loads of extras. The hot tub was great to relax in especially with the cold beer mugs in the freezer. Great value for money. Lovely to walk out of the bedroom on the patio to have breakfast. The garden was very well looked after and the herbs were well used for cooking and in drinks. Hope to be able to come back again. A huge thanks to Jo for letting us stay an extra couple of days when my husband got rushed into hospital on the morning that we were supposed to leave. It made it so much easier knowing I had somewhere to stay.

What a gem !

What a gem ! The apartment was perfect....with everything you could possibly need. There is nothing the owner hasn't thought of ...even down to freezer mugs with the added bonus of having your very own private hot tub. The location of the apartment although a short taxi ride from town was in a lovely peaceful spot. The shared pool was rarely used by others which made it feel like it was your own private pool. The communication from the owner was fantastic, a couple of days before she telephoned me to run through somethings I needed to know and some local information on where to get buses, restaurants & shops etc. If I should visit Cyprus again there would be no hesitation on going back to this wonderful apartment.

Paphos is a great cultural mix with fantastic year round weather. Whether you like modern shopping, relaxing on the beach or visiting heritage sites, Paphos has something to entertain everyone. Safe and friendly, Paphos is the perfect place to vacation or live. Alina Court appealed to me with its peaceful cul de sac location and proximity to all attractions, but most of all for the generous amount of outside space with the apartment which is so important when staying in a warm climate.

Dining alfresco among the lights and lanterns in the terrace garden and then unwinding with a drink in a Jacuzzi bubbling away at 35 degrees. Watching the sunset from the comfort of the lounge bed in total peace and quiet. Having a home away from home where everything I need is on hand and I don't have to bring it.
