A few hundred meters from Marina di San Gregorio, enclosed in a lovely setting between olive trees and the sea, there is a beautiful complex of six sea view villas covered in rock. Among these is the Pine.
Il Pino has a large and furnished porch with sea view, where you can comfortably eat. The dwelling develops in depth and this allows to have a very fresh environment.
There is a large living area with sofa, TV and Wi-Fi and a lovely fully equipped built-in kitchen.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one triple with a double bed and another single bed and the other with two single beds. Finally two complete bathrooms, in one of these there is a washing machine.
Close to the house there is a parking space and a beautiful garden with a botanical garden available to guests.
The marina of San Gregorio is a small jewel set on the Ionian coast.
It has a small center with various restaurants (bars and tobacconists inside), a comfortable square facing the sea and a small bay almost always protected from the wind, with a calm and shallow sea, also ideal for children. Also nearby you can find a minimarket, a newsagent and a bar.
