Villa Gloria is located in Fiumetto, Marina di Pietrasanta, a quiet and peaceful residential area.
At 300 m. from the beach, a few minutes from the green park of Versiliana, where a famous festival takes place in summer, the villa is located 3 km from the historic center of Pietrasanta, an ancient center, frequented by world-renowned artists thanks to the craftsmanship of marble and bronze.
From Fiumetto it is possible to reach in about 30 minutes the cool villages of the Apuan Alps from which excursions and mountain trekking leave. Florence is 100 km away, while Lucca and Pisa, where the nearest airport is located, are only 30 km away.
The villa has 2 floors. For access to the apartment, all on one floor, there are 5 easy steps. The living room, with sofas and dining area, overlooks a large veranda, where you can have lunch. The front garden is spacious and surrounded by maritime pines; in one of its areas it is possible to park 2/3 cars. The kitchen is perfectly furnished with dishes and pots and has a large closet. The corridor then leads into the three bedrooms, 2 doubles and one with 2 single beds, to which an additional bed can be added. In a double bedroom it is possible to add a cot. Upon request, an additional single room can be used. The bathrooms are 2, both with shower and one also with bathtub.
