Shannon grew up in Raleigh, and Brad is originally from Pennsylvania, and moved to Wilmington as a child and spent his formative years by the water. The North Carolina coast has always been a special place for us, and we believe the beauty of the dunes and seagrass, the wide stretches of golden sand and the soft beat of the waves is unparalleled. Carolina Beach is experiencing exciting growth, with a brand new boardwalk and many unique and hip shops, bars, restaurants and bakeries. The area is perfect for families, and the condo is located right beside the boardwalk with its amusement rides and fireworks every weekend in the summer. We're also a short drive from Fort Fisher, the NC Aquarium, the ferry to idyllic, historic Southport and other attractions.
