Villa de luxe avec belle vue panoramique sur la montagne et la mer, située à l'extrémité du cul-de-sac, à la périphérie de Karsiyaka. Village situé sur la côte nord de Chypre, entre les montagnes de Besparmak (cinq doigts) et la mer Méditerranée. Il offre une vue imprenable sur les montagnes et la mer sous tous ses aspects. Vous obtenez un véritable aperçu de la vie chypriote, sans hâte et insensible aux complexes hôteliers. Wifi haut débit fourni gratuitement. De nombreux équipements sont encore à portée de main: marchés, boucherie, boulangerie, barbier, magasins et cybercafé accessibles à pied. Le fer à cheval est la plage la plus proche pour la baignade qui dispose d'un restaurant de plage et se trouve à 5 minutes en voiture. La plage de Denizkizi au sable doré dans une crique, où vous pouvez vous asseoir et vous détendre, ou louer un jet-ski, faire de la plongée sous-marine ou essayer n’importe quel autre sport nautique disponible. Beautiful villa, stunning views. The villa is well appointed and was spotlessly clean, with fully functioning air con. Lovely swimming pool which was regularly maintained. The villa is located in a peaceful position, but close enough to be able to visit a number of excellent restaurants and attractions in the surrounding area. There is a very good selection of supermarkets close by. Excellent communication from the host - all arrangements made by the host ie transfers and car hire, were brilliant. The property manager was also very helpful.

Peaceful location

Villa is located in peaceful hill side location but within short driving distance to several supermarkets and restaurants (car hire is essential). Villa is well equipped with lovely swimming pool. Michael was extremely helpful in arranging airport transfers and car hire for us. The property manager, Jan was very helpful with local recommendations and was very responsive in quickly resolving an issue with the aircon which was greatly appreciated.

A pleasant stay

This was a lovely Villa to rent, very clean and spacious. The location is good for nice views and in a fairly quiet area (although we did travel early July) The nearest shop was 30 mins walk away, so car hire is essential. The pool is great and JAN is a great help we would book this villa again

The villa was nice, however it wasnt the easiest to get to as the owners car is parked in the drive which makes you think the villa is occupied. The pool was smaller than I expected however still of decent size.It is in a quiet residential area so wouldnt recommend for children as the neighbours complained to the owners about the noise that our children were making during the day. The villa does not have alot of privacy as the neighbours can hear and see you clearly. The overall stay would have been better if not for the complaint.

I am very disappointed with the rating you have given my villa, bearing in mind that we have done for you a lot before your arrival and during your stay in the villa such as arranging your airport transfers and car hire free of charge, my property manager has visited you the following day to your arrival and gave you Meet and Greet session at no charge, arranging for you the Welcome Pack, providing you with the information on the villa, direction from the airport to the villa, location of the villa, etc. I understand your frustration at not finding the villa easily. The company I use provides drivers who know the villa very well and there was no issue in the past of finding the villa. Yes, my car is parked under the car port. This is my home, so I have to leave my car there. I am left with the assumption that your low rating relates not to the villa itself, but to the complaint raised by my neighbours which arose because of the continuous noise made by your pre-teen’s children all day long, for which neither I nor the villa is responsible. I have let the villa to guests with children on numerous occasions over the past 10 years and this is only the 2nd time my neighbours have felt it necessary to complain. (Incidentally, when you are in the pool area my neighbours can hear guests if they are really loud, but they can’t see them. Your claim that there is not a lot of privacy is incorrect. I am sorry my pool did not meet your expectations. Again, I usually get compliments o

Gorgeous villa in a great location with plenty of room for 5 adults Everything we needed was available at the property and the lovely Jan visited to ensure everything was in order and answer any questions. A huge selection of supermarkets and restaurants etc within a short drive and many beaches, sandy or rocky, depending on preference but worth snorkeling in the rocky beaches, loads to see. From the villa, few minutes drive to the foothills (or a brisk 40 minute walk - we timed it!) is the amazing ruined Sinai monastery and lovely walking trails in the hills. Further afield there's loads to explore, the abandoned city of Verosha now open to the public and well worth a trip. Airport transfers and car hire were fabulous with no hitches at all - a great service offered by Michael. Would definitely stay here again.

We been 5 adult family, stayed at villa for 2 weeks. The villa was nice and enough for 6 people. It wasn't easy to find the villa, also for taxis. Villa is located in peaceful hill side location and nice cool wind most the day and sleeping night without air-condition. Next day lovely jan visited to ensure everything was in order. She was available for anything you need to sort it out. Car hire is essential, not supermarkets nearby. Mr Hudson the villa owner he arranged all taxis transfers and car hire for us and no issues. He always responded any email and texts quickly. Pool was great and always clean (twice a week) .we loved the quiet and air waving, especially afternoon sitting by the bbq table. Very thanks to jan and mr Hudson for helping us to have nice holiday. Definitely we will come back again.

Superb villa in an unbeatable situation

Unbelievably Great

Fantastic Villa and even better people to deal with. Both Michael and Wendy were so attentive and it really was an absolute pleasure to deal with such nice folk. The description given on villa listing doesn't do it justice, it's fabulous and so homely and the pool is incredible. The Villa is superb, location is so relaxing and the weather we had could not have been bettered. We are already planning when we can return to Michaels's Villa.

Lovely Holiday

This was our second stay at Abbey View Villa and again it was a wonderful holiday. Michael organised airport transfer and hire car which all went without a hitch, and is prompt with responding to any queries or changes. Jan the property manager is always on hand if needed. The villa has all the amenities you need for your time in the sun, including an excellent pool that is well maintained throughout your stay. Beautiful setting in a quiet location perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

Home from home

Lovely spacious immaculate villa with a well maintained clean pool. The villa had everything required for a relaxing holiday and is in a very peaceful location. Any queries put to owner and property manager were answered straight away. Short drive to Suna’s Beachclub and great restaurants. We hired a car (Cyprus Pines), but used a local very reliable taxi (Kings, their number is in the house information) for nights out. Looking forward to my next trip to Northern Cyprus.

Lovely villa with a great pool

We recently enjoyed a two-week family holiday at the villa and had a great time. The villa is spacious and comfortable, in a quiet location, and equipped with everything you need. The real plus is the outdoor space with a fabulous pool and barbecue area. We spent most mornings sunbathing by the pool, then visiting a beach club in the afternoon and enjoying a barbecue at the villa in the evening. There are so many restaurants and supermarkets within a few minutes drive it's hard to know which to choose.We tried a good selection while we were there and had fabulous meals every time. We can definitely recommend the villa for a relaxing holiday.

Beautiful Villa

We stayed for a week in August at Michael’s beautiful villa. The villa is just as the pictures, with fantastic views of both the mountains and the sea. It really has everything you need to make it a great stay. Rooms are a good size, the air conditioning works well and the bathrooms whilst basic are functional and clean. The pool is of a good size. A car is a must as the area is a little quiet but Michael sorted car hire for us at a competitive rate and it was delivered to the villa on our first morning. We found both Michael and his property manager Jan to be really helpful both before and whilst we were there, sorting transfers, car hire and being flexible with check out. Thank you both for helping making our stay so enjoyable.

Loved it. The whole process was smoothly organised by the owner who is always very prompt to reply to any questions or concerns. The villa has the most outstanding views and if you are after peace and tranquility this is the place to come. A car is essential for being able to explore the local beaches and find good restaurants with a seafront location. The villa itself is spacious with a wonderful swimming pool and views of both the sea and mountains. Very sad our holiday had to end so quickly.

Wonderful villa

We have just returned after two wonderful weeks in this lovely villa . The villa is beautifully furnished so this really is s home from home very comfortable and relaxing . The villa is in a nice quiet location with wonderful views to the sea and the mountains .there are many restaurants near by some within a short walk away . Not too far from kyrenia and dozens of beautiful beeches nearby . There's a super swimming pool to cool down in and the villa always seemed to have a lovely breeze in he evening keeping the mosquitos at bay !!. I'd certainly recommend this villa to anybody , both Michael the owner and Wendy who sees over cleanliness of the villa on your arrival were both very attentive and helpful throughout the booking and during outstay should we require anything . As for myself I shall return to the villa soon for another relaxing holiday :))

Stay at Villa

Villa was lovely, spacious inside and rooms decent sizes. Seperate bathrooms is always appreciated! It’s set with amazing scenery of the mountain and the view of the sea. The other villas surrounding are equally lovely and very private. It’s a quiet area, some villas are still being built but not that you hear much work. You’ll hear tons of birds which is nice. The swimming pool was superb to swim in and gets the sun hitting from early morning. The evening is tranquil and still feeling the warmth of the sun and air. We drove from the south to north and found directions on sat nav worked perfectly. The sitting area is nice outside with the BBQ. The book of information set up is good to read and find local amenities and sightseeing. Jan was a great help on our first day and supported if we needed anything else. Communication and support from Michael was appreciated before we came and welcome package was welcomed after being delayed by 1.5hrs!

Great villa in a peaceful location

Villa has everything required for a peaceful, relaxing holiday which is what we were after. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The kitchen etc is very well equipped for 6 people (although only 4 of us). Although the villa has air conditioning throughout, the sea breeze through the open windows kept the rooms cool at night. The pool was a great size and a perfect temperature and is kept spotlessly clean. Plenty of places and 2 parasols to find shade if required, which was great. The owner (Michael) organised airport transfers and for a hire car to be dropped off and collected at the villa at the beginning and the end of the 2 weeks which all went seamlessly, which we appreciated. Jan the Property Manager was a great source of local information and on hand if required although we didn't have any need to call her until the day we were leaving to confirm the airport transfer. A hire car is an absolute must - although there is a good bus service on the main road into Kyrenia (We saw them constantly) , it's a fair walk from the main road to the villa. There are no shortages of supermarkets around a 10- 15min drive away with smaller shops in between. All in all we had a great time and would definitely recommend the villa for the peaceful location, the fact everything is organised for you and help a phone call away if required and the quality of the villa and the pool.

Great old school Hoilday

Northern Cyprus is an absolutely fantastic family holiday, slightly more untouched by tourists than its southern counterpart it’s abit like stepping back to the holidays of old. Good food and drink for a very resonance price, friendly people and just enough old ruins and days out to be fun without boring the kids to death. The villa is lovely, really homely feel to it and very spacious for a family of 5. The pool and outside areas are good and get the sun all day, with a few adjustments to the positions of the sun beds. I’ve been booking villas now for 10 years and this one was one of our favourites. It’s location needs a car to get anywhere. We had some building works going on around us but nothing which ruined our stay. Two points (personal views) which I raise as a point to the owner Michael (who’s comms were exceptional). I didn’t like being charged on a meter for electricity, I’d rather you just add £50 onto the price of the villa rental and not worry about usage - it’s a holiday I get electricity bills at home. Also the welcome pack again just add £15 onto the villa rental and put a few little goodies in the fridge, milk, bread A BEER ! We arrived late and I had to drag my three boys round a supermarket at 12 o clock. Great villa, great location great hoilday Thankyou

Beautiful villa ideal for a relaxing family holida

This a beutiful spacious villa with fantastic views in a quiet peaceful area. We spent a week here, and would have loved to stay on for an other week. We will defiantly be back. It was our first trip to North Cyprus, so did not really know what to expect. We were advices to hire a car from the north and we used a company that picked us up from the airport and took us to the villa, then had the car dropped at the villa, and after the week, picked us up to take us back. Fantastic service and so easy. There was no hassle getting over the boarder, just showed passports, and straight through. There are plenty of restaurant around, and the food is lovely. We did not have enough time to travel round to see as much as we would like, as we also enjoyed relaxing and getting a tan around the pool. Would recommend reading up on what to do and see in advance, as it is a fascinating place, and as I said we will be back to explore it further. We went over in October and the weather was lovely 27-32 C, with a nice fresh sea breeze every day, and although there is air conditioning in the villa, we did not need to use it as it gets cooler in the evening. Would highly recommend the villa, and the owner is very friendly and helpful. When traveling to North Cyprus it’s like going back in time, and it’s a beautiful, interesting place to visit. Lovely and relaxing, and with the views from this villa you could relax by the pool for hours. Thanks for letting us stay in your villa Michael. We will be back

Wonderful relaxing week

I have to be honest and stay that i didnt realise the villa was in the TRNC when i booked so the lead up to the holiday was spent doing internet searches to check the area out. No seriously bad reviews of the Kyrenia area found so far so good but still apprehensive. The flight to Paphos was uneventful and a hire car was picked up, google maps set up, with an excellent digital GPS position provided by Wendy, and off we went. The trip to the border took approx 2 hours on nice dual carriageway with a half hour stop for a drink en-route. The border crossing involved our passports being scammed and me purchasing a weeks worth of 3rd party insurance for the hire car. This cost me the princely sum of 35TL for the 7 day stay. Border negotiated we were in the TRNC and what a difference. the roads were not as good there were speed cameras everywhere but and it is a big but the drivers to the north were courteous and seemed to obey speed limits and rules of the road, unlike some european countries i have driven in. They also drive on the left in cyprus so no different from home. The drive from the border to the villa took about an hour. The villa itself is situated in a quite rural area with stunning views of the mountains. It is well presented inside and the stone flooring throughout help keep the villa cool, i only turned the aircon on to see how it worked. The pool was a tad chilly for the rest of the family but was used by myself on several occasions. The beds are quite low level but comfortable and there is plenty of seating for the family. The local area has a multitude of restaurants to eat at with 1 within walking distance. there are also plenty of local supermarkets that are open until late. The only complaint that i have is the neighbours have dogs that tend to bark day and night, not all the time but on several days it was at between 2 and 3 in the morning. And if the bedroom windows are open are open you do hear the local mosque calling the faithful to prayer, first call being at 0515! On the whole though we had a great week eating at great restaurants ( sliver rocks, Benjamins, Flippers, Canos ) and staying in a wonderful villa. I would thoroughly recommend the villa. The owner and his agent were helpful at all stages

I am pleased to learn that you have enjoyed the holiday in North Cyprus and for recommendation of the villa. I hope we can serve you again in the future. As for the prayer early call, one has to expect to hear, sometimes, the call since North Cyprus is a Muslim Country. However, you will not hear it if the windows are closed since the village mosque is far away from the villa. As for dog bark (not barking all the times as you mentioned in your review), the next door villa has been rented temporally and the tent will be moving soon hence this issue will be solved. I have no control on the dog bark but again you do not hear the bark if the windows are closed.

I love to sit outside by the pool at night having wonderful dinner and sometime with the lights off and star gaze with a cold drink. I also enjoy the views of the mountains with the various weather systems changing in the early mornings. I am also lucky to have very friendly and kind neighbours who have all made me very welcome.
