Everything in this bungalow needed replacing: EVERYTHING!
I have written to Edwardo the owner for his comments but he has not had the curtesy to reply!
We have stayed in many holiday apartments/villas but this has to have been the worst we have ever stayed in.
On arrival:
The place was dusty and not been cleaned.
One hand towel, two small bath towels, one tea towel ( for a 16 day stay)
Only one bed had been made up for use (no extra sheets for the other two beds)
Sofa was dirty and smelly, including scatter cushions
TV instructions were insufficient to understand, we could not tune it in - we were not even sure it worked because we couldn't use it.
The oven was dirty.. we could not use it because of the fumes.
Cups, plates, dishes:
Six Large plates: only two usable the other four were chipped/cracked
Four Small plates: only two usable the other two were chipped/cracked
Three mugs: only two usable the other one chipped/cracked
Bed pillow dirty and stained/smelly
Outside chairs: only two fit for use
Rooftop terrace:
Was covered in bird muck and had not been cleaned/swept - it was not fit for use
The BBQ was old and rusty, totally unfit for use
The bath was slippy and dangerous when being used for a shower
No cleaning product to make any of this better.
I had to buy cleaning products, toilet rolls, toilet cleaner, washing up liquid, washing liquid - the list goes on.....
I bought mugs, a mat for the bath, tea towels, pillow covers - the list goes on ......
I washed pillows, all of the plates, cups, knives and forks, pots and pans - the apartment!
I have pictures but could not attach......
I had to give a star rating the site would not allow me to continue without:-
I have given 1 star for the hot water supply.
