Un huésped se registró en esta villa el 30 de junio de 2016 y dijo lo siguiente: "Las fotos no enorgullecen a la villa: la villa es irreal". Otro invitado dice el 1 de junio de 2017: 'esta es una gran villa, debes estar orgulloso'
Una de las mejores villas disponibles, propiedad única y especial con mucho carácter y un gran factor sorpresa y es por eso que se llama villa Palacial. Villa Palacial es una magnífica villa de lujo de alta gama ubicada en la tranquila y exclusiva zona residencial de Ciudad Jardín (Garden City) en Costa Teguise con fácil acceso al aeropuerto de Arrecife (10-15 en coche) y a 5 minutos en coche de Golden Beach e instalaciones del complejo, que incluyen la excelente selección de restaurantes, tiendas y supermercados que Costa Teguise tiene para ofrecer.

Fuera de la villa:
La villa se encuentra en sus propios extensos terrenos ajardinados (una gran parcela elevada de 2500 metros cuadrados) y se beneficia de una gran terraza en la azotea que ofrece vistas realmente impresionantes del mar y las montañas. Los jardines contienen un "factor sorpresa" de una enorme piscina climatizada (la más grande de Lanzarote), una terraza con barbacoa, una gran pérgola a la sombra, un área de descanso para cenar, todo rodeado de hermosos jardines tropicales y un inmenso y bellamente decorado muro de piedra con enclaves arqueados que otorga Tu total privacidad. Los enclaves arqueados tienen luces montadas en la pared, agregue eso a la gran piscina climatizada y sus hermosas luces de piscina: ¡puede imaginar que el disfrute de esta Villa no termina cuando se pone el sol! Realmente es una vista maravillosa en la noche!

Dentro de la villa:
Con un tamaño de construcción de 364 m2, el espacio no es un problema en esta villa de 4 dormitorios y 2 baños. Por dentro es todo lujo. La moderna 'cocina del chef' es una delicia para los cocineros. El amplio salón hundido tiene un techo de atrio, con tres habitaciones dobles extragrandes alrededor de la galería elevada. Las tres habitaciones de arriba tienen televisores montados en la pared para su disfrute con acceso a canales de entretenimiento y películas. Las habitaciones también tienen acceso a terrazas orientadas al sur con vistas al mar ya la montaña.

El baño familiar de arriba es de la más alta calidad con un baño de alta calidad, un jacuzzi (no disponible para uso de los huéspedes) y una cabina de ducha de calidad.

En la planta baja hay un comedor separado magníficamente amueblado, que incluye una gran mesa de comedor, así como un cuarto dormitorio doble que tiene su propio acceso a uno de los 2 baños, el baño tiene un elegante gran paseo en ducha doble.

En resumen, la villa es simplemente impresionante. Desde el maravilloso y bellamente iluminado salón, pasando por la cocina de diseño y los lujosos baños, hasta los extensos jardines y la piscina con vistas memorables al mar y las montañas, la propiedad rezuma calidad y sofisticación. ¡No encontrarás otra villa como esta en la isla! Sistema de seguridad avanzado
Villa tiene un sistema de entrada de identificación, así como un sistema de alarma avanzado con detectores de fotos para mayor seguridad. Las puertas de los dormitorios delanteros, traseros y de la planta baja tienen un sistema de entrada de luz sensible al movimiento y 3 focos en el techo lo hacen lucir maravilloso por la noche. Esta villa es única y no hay otra villa de este tipo en todo Lanzarote.

Paquete de bienvenida proporcionado: agua embotellada, jugo, galletas, té, café, azúcar, leche). Servicio de limpieza interior semanal gratuito. Piscina y jardín con servicio semanal. Paños de cocina, toallas de baño y toallas de piscina se suministran de forma gratuita.

Great winter break in the sun!

We were a family of 6 adults and 4 children staying here for 6 nights in December/January. The villa accommodated us perfectly and was within about 30 minutes walking distance of the main square in Costa Teguise. The manager and owner of the property were quick to respond to any questions or issues we had and we would highly recommend staying here if you like a quiet location which is within reach of the main restaurant/bars area. The pool was fantastic - a really good size and it had a wonderful outside area too. We would definitely like to visit again!

“Best villa by far.” 5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 8, 2014 NEW Beautiful spacious villa in quiet residential area 20 minute walk from the beach. The garden and pool are so huge that you really don' t need to venture out. Perfect for all ages. We were a party of young children, parents and grandparents. The decor and equipment was first class. It would be difficult to beat the tranquility, beautiful views from the balcony of the volcanic landscape and fantastic pool. Amazing pool

Very spacious property with a fantastic pool and outdoor space. Full range of International Satellite TV channels went down well. The kitchen was very well equipped. Character in abundance with a truly stunning entrance and lounge area. 25 to 30 minute walk to centre and beaches which suited us well as we love to walk and a very quiet and relaxing time in the villa. Pram hire for our 4 year old did prove essential. Villa manager was very quick to respond to minor maintenance issues.

Fantastic holiday

Great location, magnificent villa with a private, not over-looked, very well maintained pool. As other reviews have stated air con units are not working and even with the small electric fans at night with some windows kept open it was difficult to sleep, but luckily only mosquito bite between us! If the air con units could be fixed this would be a perfect villa. However, we weren’t particularly bothered as we could snooze in the day by the pool if we needed to catch 40 winks. Both the pool and property managers were quick to respond to any queries, they were friendly and efficient, we felt very supported. Agreed that some towels were old and sun lounger cushions stained but this a rental property and both were clean and it meant that we didn’t have to worry about using them by the pool as the red dust gets everywhere. We paid for the pool to be heated in August and it was worth every penny as we could swim day or night and make the most of the beautiful pool. I was concerned before we got to the villa after reading some of the recent reviews, but I can honestly say that we have had the best sunny family holiday here that we have ever had and we can’t wait to return. Any maintenance suggestions that we made were accepted and will be acted upon, we couldn’t ask for more. Loved it, what a glorious holiday. Thank you for sharing your villa with us Alex.

This could potentially be A Luxury Villa, but over priced and not Luxury at the moment.

Too many issues to list! But briefly: On arrival looked as if it had been vacant for a few years, however initially had a Wow factor on entering the Villa but from that moment, it was evident that it’s not managed very well, tired and in need or repairs and updating. Although linen was clean, towels were old and thin, stains to pillows and duvet inside covers. The pool area and patios were unswept and unkept, sun-bed mattresses were stained and very old. Glasses and cutlery not adequate amounts for number of guest, Sofa old stained and smelly. I don’t know if the owner is aware of the condition of the Villa and maybe the management company is letting him down, I did bring complaints and concerns to his attention, I also felt there is a safety issue in the kitchen where the gas bottle stands exposed to work the cooker and also if there is a VV license to rent property as not evidence of one. Linen change charged extra at the middle of a two week stay, no clean included. Extra charge for pool to be heated although no point as there is no pool cover . I felt the owner was offended by my email and not excepting of the issues.

As property owner, my priority has always been to ensure that guests enjoy their holiday in our unique and very large and spacious villa- as evidenced by many reviews (many 5*), including from a guest who departed this property the very day this guest in question (stayed from the 2nd -15th Jan) arrived. About 2 days after arrival, there was a deluge of text messages, including of illegally taken photos of the personal effects of villa owner. Aided by a spouse or partner, opened private drawers and cupboards, videoed and took photos, sent to my WhatsApp in several messages! 1. TV does not work, no hot water - incorrect as confirmed by villa manager who attended villa-manager lives 3 miles from villa. 2. Front windows dirty- incorrect, front windows have film coating for temperature control of the inside of villa in summer and winter and to ensure privacy - meaning one cannot see inside of villa from the front windows - does not mean window is dirty. 3. Provided only 6 sun loungers - there are 8 loungers in villa, 6 were laid out, could have made use of the other 2 left under the pergola 4. Took photos of what she could see- not as someone on holidays, but on an inspection trip-aiming to provide a report on a property. 5. Sunbed cushions and linens- There are more than 48 towels, 11 beach towels, several bed linens-used and new, in this property. While guest was correct regarding cushion covers and asked for these to be replaced immediately with new ones, her review is a blackmail and not fit for purpose. Guests can call on the villa manager (English Mgt. Company), lives about 3 miles from villa, to provide new towels, linens or coffee maker, or guest can purchase new ones and get full refund. She did not do this, but sent abusive text messages, used the word 'stupid' twice, bragged that she lives in a very decent house in the UK, that towels provided are only good for her dogs. Notice that there was a guest in the villa the previous week who had a completely different experience! 6. Complained about the pool- pool in this property is a fantastic delight, very large, illuminated, a new pool with a pebble tech design by a UK company. Pool manager is English, never had any complaint about pool not being clean enough -if this was the case, could have alerted the pool manager who visited to clean while guest was in villa! Did guest talk about the wow factor of villa, the fantastic pool, tv in every room, etc.?!

Property with character

My husband and 3 young children stayed at this property for 2 wonderful weeks. The house has all you need for a self catering holiday as well as being pretty near restaurants, shops etc. Alex was very attentive to our requirements and also very interested in what could be improved in the villa for future visitors, which was very little. The pool was lovely, but a bit awkward to get in an out of. I suggested to Alex that it would benefit from hand rails. It was also very windy while we were there and the pool was open to the elements as it was directly in front of what appeared to be an open gateway. The breeze seemed to come straight through the gateway directly onto the pool which made it very cold on ascending from the water. Blocking up that gateway might be a good idea, Alex. The house has a lovely veranda with some shading and seating for about 6 people. I would suggest that more seating be made available directly outside the kitchen windows which would be sheltered from Lanzarotes winds. Inside, the house had amazing features. The huge sitting room with plenty of seating and soft lighting was very cosy after a day out sightseeing. The bathroom was huge with plenty of character with its lighting and darker tiles. The bedrooms were of similar decor. This house is not typical of any you will find anywhere else. With its dimmed lighting and darker colour schemes it is nothing like any house I've stayed in before. That said, I do think that certain areas would benefit from brightening up a bit. Personally I found it a bit dark but that is down to my personal taste.

The guest agrees that property has character and completely unique - you may not find another property of this design in the whole of Spain - its an amazing property and massive. The pool has steps for going in and coming out and so hand rails are not necessary. Also guest opted for a non heated pool and so I can understand the cold - pool is heated by a massive 26KW heat pump and guest elected not to pay for pool to be heated. The guest is correct about the wind and I have actually decided to block the middle gate to make cleaning of pool easier(wind pulls leaves from garden into the pool occasionally). With respect to seating, the property now has 12 sunbeds, 6 chairs for seating outside and a new parasol and 4 chairs - to make sure guests have a wonderful stay in villa Generally, I think the review was OK although I note the comment about colour schemes - which is purely personal as the guest appreciates. The most recent guest to holiday in this villa made the comments below "Hi Alex Thank you very much for allowing us to rent your villa, we had an absolutely fantastic holiday. It is a very beautiful home, the pictures on the site really don't do it justice, we all felt very privileged to be able to stay there. We had a fantastic time and everyone made good use of the pool, the weather was also fantastic. It has a really homely feel and we were all able to relax immediately. We had a power cut this morning so were not able to wash the floors before we left but tried to leave it in the standard we found it. we were very sad to leave today. Thank you once again, I know we would all really love to do it again. Kind Regards Ceri"

With a little investment, this villa could be great

The villa is dated/worn, but that didn’t bother my family. It is spacious & has a good size pool. Unfortunately, it: 1) isn’t adequately equipped for large groups; 2) needs maintenance work; 3) furniture/equipment needs replacing. Our recommendation is to invest. Outside furniture needs to be augmented. The bench table isn’t big enough for 9 to eat comfortably. No poolside furniture. 4 sun loungers for group of 9. This was resolved by the lovely manager in 24hr - but bed pads dirty & damaged. One balcony had elderly table & 2 chairs, the other had no furniture at all. The outside furniture is too sparse to be able to relocate. The kitchen isn’t adequately appointed for large groups - needs new cutlery, & more mugs/glasses to avoid constant use of dishwasher. It needs bbq tools, trays, serving dishes & more pans. 2nd fridge recommended to support groups of up to 10. Each bed needs a bedside table per person. Wardrobes containing personal clothing should be locked. Pool access is awkward & made worse as bars wobble. Concrete has aged & cracked - a different attachment mechanism is needed. I already knew air-con inoperable - owner said not req’d due to breeze. We found it was needed in July. External gates inoperable - but guests need to park closer to villa for convenience with grocery shopping. Power supply v unstable, despite minimising usage. Alarm went off - but guests cannot interact with system. With a small outlay, this villa could live up to its potential.

Review unfortunate: Reluctantly allowed this reservation in the first place as web site, probably in error, discounted rental far beyond what was normal or acceptable. Implication was that their stay in the villa (an adult charged less than £30 a night), was subsidized by owner. Guest requested for extra 4 sun loungers a few hours after arrival and these were provided (am informed they cost up to 100€ each). Had over 12 of these in the villa, but some guests allow their children to jump on them and as a result break them and we have to constantly replace. This is a top quality, unique and spectacular property and the very features this individual failed to appreciate are the very features many guests have appreciated and rated the villa 5* many times for, including the spectacular pool. There are two lounges, two six-seater dining tables -one old and one ‘modern’ (brought from the UK), 5 TV sets, lower seating area seats up to 12 at a time, upper seating area seats at least 6 at a time and previous guests have asked for the ‘older’ dining table not to be disposed of-as it is a very good old table. The pool can be accessed via front and rear doors and from walkways to the right and left of property (that is without going through the rear or front doors)! Apparently, you blame the owner when you set off alarm –notice that guest pack provides information as to what guest should do if alarm is set off accidentally. In addition, blame power supply failure on owner! As you may have observed with the sun loungers, we take immediate and very swift action to address any genuine concern raised by any guest as we want guests to enjoy this unique and special villa. Villa is nearly 1.5M€, recommendation to invest is not required as villa is constantly renovated- has a dedicated villa manager. We rent villa out so that guests can enjoy the spectacularly spacious and unique property – do not make a cent of profit! A guest stayed in this from from the 17th to the 26th of July-the guest just after the one whose review I have responded to. The guest rated villa 5*

Preis Leistung passen nicht zusammen. Von außen ein super schönes großes Haus, das einen tollen Pool hat und mehrere Terrassen, davon leider keine mit einer windgeschützten Ecke. Innen sehr in die Jahre gekommen,keine einzige deutsche Information. Das Haus ist für 10 Personen ausgelegt hat aber z.B. nur 5 unterschiedliche Weingläser , die wenigen anderen Gläser alle trüb, kein einziges Tablett mit dem man die Sachen raustragen kann ,Blechbesteck ! Alles in Allem zu einem solchen Haus nicht passend. Der angekündigte Willkommensgruss fehlte auch und keine einzige Rolle Toilettenpapier für den Anfang, am schlimmsten waren die Auflagen der Liegestühle ( völlig zerschlissen) Nach dem Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer ob wir evtl erst um 13 Uhr statt um 10Uhr ausschecken könnten wurde uns mitgeteilt das normalerweise jede weitere Std 45€ kosten würde. Da hat man sich aber zum Schluss doch entschlossen den etw. längeren Aufenthalt zu gestatten ohne Zuzahlung! Wir waren eine Familie mit 5 Personen von 24-80 Jahren und fahren schon seid 20 Jahren nach Lanzarote bis jetzt waren wir auch in günstigeren Objekten immer zufrieden

On arriving at the villa it was amazing and lived up to the pictures. We had a couple of minor issues that were sorted with one phone call to owner.. I cannot rate the owner enough as he has been so accommodating and extremely cooperative before and after our stay . We loved our time at the villa and definitely going back next year .

Will not disappoint

We had a lovely week in Lanzarote. We were a party of 9 and the villa is so grand that sometimes we couldn’t find each other! The heated pool was an absolute winner!

Palacial by name and nature

A beautiful villa in a great location, car is essential, but only a five minute drive to Costa Teguise with great beaches, fantastic restaurants and plenty of Supermarkets. The property is generously sized, we were a party of 8 - 3 couples and two kids, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The villa is nicely furnished and the pool is a great size. Facilities were plentiful, we had a few gripes, the welcome pack was not there, which was a pain, we could only get one TV to work in the dining area, and there was a charge of €30 to get the manager to explain how to work it, the pool was very cold, but the €70 pool heating charge was excessive, as was the €35 per room per week air con charge, which we did pay. Also, we felt the €65 cleaning fee was excessive, however, when you look at the total price paid for such a lovely villa, it was reasonable. I would suggest the owner increases his prices and does away with all of the extra charges. Having said that, the owner was sorry about the lack of welcome pack, and has said he will refund the cost which is fair enough even if it was annoying that this sort of basic had been missed. I think the thing that upset us the most was the fact that although coffee filter papers were supplied, there was no coffee filter itself or cafetière , and we had to fashion one from a used fanta bottle!

Beautiful Villa

We stayed at Villa Palacial in June 2018. We were a party of 7 adults, 1 teenager and a young child. The Villa far exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful and had everything you needed and more. There was plenty of space for everyone and we did not feel we were on top of each other. You walk in to a galleried walkway and gorgeous staircase. All wooden floor and stairs from the front door and also around from the kitchen area which lead down to the huge sitting area with a beautiful chandelier. The kitchen was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The bedrooms were again spacious and two of which had their own private balconies. The upstairs bathroom again did not disappoint it was again very large and beautiful. There was total privacy but fantastic views of the mountains. The pool was great perfect for smaller children as was not too deep. There was plenty of space outside and loungers for everyone, whether you wanted to be on the terrace quietly reading a book or down round the pool you could take your pick. The Villa had Wifi which kept our teenage daughter happy and in touch with her friends back home. The amenities were not far away, 20 minute walk or so down to the beach and the square with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and bars. Alex the owner kept us updated and sent us a text the night before. We only required to contact the Villa Manager once and he was helpful and easily reached. In the information pack we were provided with a telephone number for Miguel, the taxi driver. We arrived later on the evening when it was dark. We were hungry and unfamiliar with our surroundings. One text to Miguel and he arrived within 5 minutes and dropped us at the square and pointed out to us helpful places on the extremely short trip to the square. We did use Miguel a few times after that and he was always there to pick us up and take us wherever we wanted to go. We would definitely stay at Villa Palacial again and thank you to Alex for allowing us to stay in this beautiful Villa in such peaceful and tranquil surroundings. This Villa will not disappoint.

Spectacular villa in beautiful Costa Teguise

I spent 5 days at the villa with 4 friends and thier two children. Beautiful property, very family friendly. Maintained to an excellent standard. Luxurious decoration and furnishing throughout the villa. Extremely clean and well equipped kitchen. Quiet location and just 10 minutes to local amenities. Looking forward to coming again and staying at this fabulous villa.

Holiday like a Rock Star!

Our extended family of 7 (Mum, Dad, three boys 18,14,11 and Grandparents) had a fantastic week at Villa Palacial. The property can only be described as a Rock Star’s Villa. The individually designed, spacious villa is maintained to a high spec in a beautifully setting, with well-tended gardens and terracing overlooking a large pool. The layout gives pretty much total privacy without losing any of the views out towards the sea, or inland across to the local extinct volcano and distant mountains. The villa is in easy reach of Arricife airport (15 min drive) and the main areas of Costa Teguise (Beach, Restaurants, Shops, Supermarkets) are barely a 5 minute drive away or a 20 min walk. We hired a car for our stay. The Villa was clean and tidy when we arrived. Entering through the door, you step onto a galleried walkway to the kitchen and dining area, passing the sweeping staircase to the bedrooms and overlooking an enormous rotunda lounge area. The large chandelier reminded me of a medieval banqueting hall. The pool is a good size and fine for smaller children too. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to self-cater if you choose. The large dining area has two tables and a long sofa. The bedrooms are all spacious, two of the upstairs bedrooms have their own large terrace balcony with wonderful views. The upstairs bathroom is huge. All are well appointed. The owner Alex kept us in regular communication, sent through directions and lots of helpful information in an email, and called us the night before our holiday to wish us well and remind us who to contact in the event of anything we may need during our stay. He also texted straight after our holiday to make sure everything had gone to plan. To answer some of the other reviews; the neighbour’s dog could be heard barking some mornings but it wasn’t an issue, it was only for a short time and not a problem. We didn't need AirCon in February. Never heard a Cockerel. We didn't use the dishwasher. We paid for pool heating which was great on a sunny day, we had a few cooler days with a strong wind and the heating only just took the edge off. We were warned by Alex that the Wifi was slow and to hire a WiFi box if needed. We were happy that the slow Wifi forced our teenage sons to re-engage with the family and it was very welcome. Most bars and restaurants have free WiFi so they still got their Social Media. Highly recommended and would happily visit again. Cheers!

A wonderful villa full of character and warmth

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at Villa Pallacial. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space if required and plenty of areas for families to sit together; especially beside the fantastic pool which Alex has recently had reduced in depth which suited my niece who wanted to build her confidence in water. Needless to say the kids were in the pool everyday and thoroughly enjoyed their time. Like other reviewers we also sat around the dining area for any evening tv/movies as the rear projection tv screen in the living room is out of the ark now technology wise and a black and white grainy image was best we could fine tune. We tried to hook up the DVD so we could have a family cinema night all snuggled in on the vast sofa.....sadly picture was good but this time no sound. Shame as the lounge area would have been nicer to settle into on an evening but the kitchen and dining area was more than adequate. I'm sure Alex will look at getting an updated TV for the lounge that works in due course. As some other guests have said yes there are the occasional dogs barking but this is a residential street and last time I looked our UK neighbours are allowed to have dogs also, so these odd barks or Cockeralls heralding the dawn of a new day were not a nuisance; we found the neighbourhood to be quiet and very secure. Perfect central location for all the islands attractions and a nice walk (15min to closest beach Playa Bastion with a fab restaurant) or 30min walk into Costa Teguise itself. Off road parking was a bonus. Though I adore cooking I cant say much about the kitchen as we ate out most days/nights, though a pool of water was found each morning near fridge and freezer so these appliances could be looked at being replaced. As others mention the dishwasher badly needs replaced (top drawer falls off, if you open bottom drawer be sure to hold onto dishwasher at the top otherwise it tips) but you know it did the job we needed for the odd plate and cup but probably would have driven us mad if doing a full plates, pots and pans wash. Would we come back to Villa Pallacial; we most definitely would for the space, comfort, the pool, location and security of the property. Thanks Alex for letting out your property. Thanks Gavin I am pleased that you and family enjoyed your stay in villa Palacial (Palatial). I note your observation regarding the very large TV in the second lounge-one of the 5 TVs in the villa. This huge TV has an inbuilt cinema effect functionality, with impressive sound system. We will attempt to fix foggy pictures(I thought this was due to the poor reception brough about by the heavy rain in Lanzarote in July), but if unsuccessful, will replace with a new TV in September, although 5 TVs are not really needed I guess. My priority is to ensure that guests enjoy their stay in the villa and the villa management work hard to achieve this.

Beautiful villa, wonderful pool and surroundings.

Just returned from 2 week stay at Villa Palacial. Party of 8 for 1 week then 6 for second week. We all had a great holiday, children loved the very large pool whilst the adults enjoyed relaxing on the loungers. Villa and garden very spacious, secure and private. Well equipped kitchen if cooking but we ate out most days. Always plenty of hot water for all to shower. Nice walk to bars, restaurants and beach or short taxi ride. The large TV in lounge requires attention and not watchable which was a shame but we all sat in the dining area where the TV picture was perfect. Will certainly be visiting the villa again. Thank you Alex.

Villa was impressive but the hidden extras wasn't

The pool was lovely but as stated in advert largest heated pool , but if you want this to be heated yes you can at an extra cost which is sent to you after you have already paid your balance in full by the owner not owners direct . Also if the gas runs out in the kitchen while you are there you have to pay for the replacement which is not stated in the advert. ALso air conditioning has to be paid at a extra cost , We were not aloud to use the Jacuzzi it was stated in the paperwork in the welcome pack when we arrived. The exercise room was just a exercise bike ,

This reviews derives from blackmail and comes after decision by owner to refuse the request (via many text messages from Lisa) for compensation for bogus complaints. These complaints were dismissed by Owners Direct, and consequently, Lisa decided to retaliate by sending in a malicious review! Notice that Lisa(guest) says'villa is impressive' but took issues with the so called 'hidden extras' which she claims were not provided on the site-this is frankly nonsense!. Pool heating, over stay, ac use are optional extras and are not free of charge. No guest is forced to over stay in villa or use ac-if these are required, they must be paid for-see notes below from the web site on optional charges - the so called 'hidden extras'-that Lisa referred to in her review. BOOKING NOTES "If pool heating is required, a charge of £70 for the week is applicable regardless of group size. Any over stay is charged at £35/hr and needs advanced confirmation. Air conditioning is charged at £35/room/ week(3 rooms have split ac units) . Jacuzzi is only available by prior arrangement and is £50/week - to cover water use due to very large size, otherwise not available to guests". 'AC USE, POOL HEATING AND OVER STAY ARE ADDITIONAL CHARGES IF REQUIRED'. It is either that Lisa did not read the information on the web site or failed to understand them if she did read them-she should have asked for someone to help her understand basic information. Is it not duplicitous to say villa is 'impressive' and then rate same villa 1 * because of so called lack of information on optional extras? Web site says categorically that Villa does NOT have a fitness or games room! This is the villa a guest says 'feels like the Beckhams'! Same villa a guest who stayed in villa immediately after Lisa rated 5*? This response is because OD suggested a response was necessary, otherwise, would not have responded to this nonsense. Villa commands a 'wow' factor any day. A party of 8 from Liverpool checked into villa on the 1st of July -they could hardly contain their excitement when the front door to villa was opened for them-its an impressive piece of property and deserves guests who are able to appreciate quality, value and read information on rental conditions and prices. Good to know that a guest read this review yesterday(4th of July), discounted it for what it is and booked the villa right away. Apologies for lengthy response!. OWNER .
