Thank you for your feedback and unfortunately I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay. Yes one of your party had a three hour delay and the other person could taken a taxi to collect the keys prior as organized for you. We accommodate you by arranging a person to give you the keys at early hours of the morning .. the parking again someone damaged the garage gate that day it was fixed on Monday so you had one day without the garage I offered you to pay the parking for you The apartment was cleaned from the photos I received from Lia … I will change the shower curtain which you are right The apartment is located in front promenade and the only cafe is below the apartment is ice cream shop which open until July /august at midnight..other months at 9/10pm Yes you did damaged the over extractor which was installed recently We decided not to recharge you the €60 to replace it as you did not have car park for a couple days Again thank you for your feedback

Hi Lisa Thank you for your feedback and we would be happy to supply further bath towels for your arrival next year. Just reminder us Unfortunately bed mattress are slightly harder as most guests prefer a harder mattress. What we can do for your next visit is get a mattress topper for front bedroom to make it more softer We look forward to having you both back in Quarteira in 2024 Joe

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry you did not have a nice time in Quarteira The beds now have mattress toppers which make Moore conferrable. In the winter we will add adjust the living area and put new furniture for your next time you return to Quarteira The appliances explanation are in the apartment and we guided you to switch the oven as requested We are on call for any issue you had and we are pleased to help.

Thank you Marta for your feedback and yes we have put up the voltage so it accommodate the extra electrical water . It will not have any issues with that now. The apartment is for 4 pax but we do accept up to 6 people if you have children. The is a separate room a patio which was closed off for the extra people. During your stay you have not reported any issues to us to we could dealt with … but the Hob is new and electric for safety

Thank you Philip for your feedback as you were 2 people we just made one bedroom up and we did leave the bedding in case you wanted the other room made up. We leave towels for one week and you have a washing machine to wash the towels . We look forward in having you back Regards Joe/Monica
