White Pearl Beach 1 is 100m from the beach being an enclosed oval gated development in a peaceful location. It is a few minutes walk from the Don Carlos hotel, Nikki Beach Club, shops banks and restaurants. It is 5 minutes drive to the Santa Maria golf club and there are tennis and water sports within easy walking distance. The beach is a long safe bathing beach with golden sand, unspoilt by development with restaurants and sunbeds at both ends. The floral gardens are outstanding with mature palms and trees providing shade and the three pools with sun loungers and parasols are great for relaxing. The adult pool is heated in the cooler months. The apartments have marble floors throughout and are air-conditioned. They are fully equipped with internet TV with BBC/ ITV/ Sky and Wifi. The complex is gated with 24 hour security and CCTV and there is underground parking.

The apartment was a great disappointment, much below standard. Never wish to return.
Great discomfort in apartment rented, shabby contents threadbare inadequate bedding,no loo roll/soap on arrival! This caused my sister & I to investigate rentals generally In Andalucia. It appeared that not only is the proprietor currently unlicensed to operate in Andalucia but the apartment failed most, if not all, or the regulations laid down in the Andalucian Holiday Property Rental Laws of 2016. We would not recommend the apartment, any other properties the proprietor may own or your organisation to anyone. However the location is delightful.
Bearing in mind most of our guests are returning clients, the accurate and recent photos on the website, and the other reviews you make think this review is not a balanced one
We are disappointed this rental was not enjoyed
We were contacted 5 days into the rental primarily because it was cold and 'the air con was not working'. We replied the same evening with instructions how to operate and the site staff attended in the morning. There was nothing wrong with the aircon and the clear instructions in the guest folder had not been followed. Our cleaner also attended the next morning with additional blankets.
On the two occasions we were contacted, midway through the stay we responded immediately. Had we been advised soon after arrival of any problems we would have addressed them earlier
Dirty bed linen
Spent all of our first day washing all the bedding as it was dirty and full of stains. The apartment was very tired , with very old uncomfortable mattresses. The terrace was all overgrown and encroaching into the seating area. Contacted the owner who offered no form of compensation at all and assured us terrace issue would be resolved, still wasn’t when we left. Very disappointing that we spent day one of our holiday washing. I would go back to the apartment block as the location was fantastic and travel their regularly , unfortunately I wouldn’t ever book through this owner again.
Sorry this holidaymaker was disappointed, the others in July and August had no problems and all rebooked for next year. No issues were reported on arrival day but on the next day. The cleaner was sent in immediately to sort out any issues and reported that there were none outstanding. The gardeners were asked immediately to cut back the plants.
A payment was asked for an extra fan which was immediately refunded. No other contact was made with us so assumed all issues were dealt with.
Very good location and accommodation
We had a fabulous 2 week stay in the White Pearl Beach apartments. The location, gardens and properties were very good. We had a week in a two bed apartment and a week in the penthouse, which was amazing. The weather was brilliant mostly in the high 20's and there is an abundance of restaurants and bars to frequent. Two very good supermarkets in the local square, which were only a 10 minute walk away.

The apartment is extremely spacious with a lovely terrace overlooking the immaculate grounds. On arrival we were lucky enough to meet the owners who were very obliging and allowed us to leave our luggage well before check-in time. Everything we needed was supplied and the apartment proved to be the best we have ever stayed in. It was lovely to leave the beach and in minutes be back in quite literally an oasis. I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone.

Excellent location within beautiful, well-maintained complex. Reach the pools within a few seconds. Heated pool is a massive bonus, especially for children swimming in slightly cooler months.

Two lovely beaches with beach clubs, restaurants, facilities, etc a five minute walk away.
Grocery shops within five-ten minute walk. You don't need a hire car. We've been to this area for several years now, and have found this appartment and location the best so far. In future years we'd consider hiring a car to do more activities like golf, water park, zoo/animal attractions, etc. For a family with young children, or couples wanting to relax by the sea or pool, a car isn't essential.

Two bathrooms with baths and showers - great for cleaning off after trips to beach and pool.
Dishwasher, washer, dryer, plenty of space for clothes. Owners provided travel cot at no extra charge. There are two sofa beds, so convenient for sleeping a family (we are two adults, two children and a toddler). Easily space for a baby or child in dressing area, lounge or master bedroom.
As previous reviewers have mentioned, it is probably the most self-catering place you will have stayed! Yes, it would be helpful to have a few cleaning products in the property and basic cooking essentials. Had my baby still been crawling, I would have needed to clean the floor on arrival.
Not 100% wheelchair friendly. There are a few steps (this was manageable with a pushchair).
Having said this, I feel the benefits of the property far outweigh this comparatively small inconvenience. We would stay here again and recommend this appartment to our family and friends. It is useful to know beforehand that you need to bring/buy: hairdryer, basic cooking and cleaning products, a few dishwasher and laundry tablets, extra linens, including tea towels.
The owners were quick to respond to queries and very easy to book with. Thank you for a fantastic family holiday!
100 metres from the complex is Playa Perla Blanca, white fine sand. It is a long beach and unspoilt with a restaurant/hammacas at both ends. It is open for long walks and there are water sports and restaurants.
Malaga airport is 45 minutes by car. There is also a €5 airport bus to Marbella and a €20 taxi to Elviria. There are shops and restaurants within a short walk as also are tennis courts and water sports. The well known Nikki Beach Club is a few minutes walk
