Maison située dans un paisible quartier de villas prÚs de la plage, à 8 minutes à pied du centre historique de Cascais et de la gare ferroviaire avec de trÚs bonnes connexions avec Estoril (5 minutes), Carcavelos (15 minutes), Lisbonne (30 minutes) et bus réguliers pour Sintra. Le port de plaisance de Cascais compte de bons restaurants et bars. Nous vous conseillons les restaurants le long de la route vers Guincho, et plus particuliÚrement Furnas do Guincho et Monte Mar (peu coûteux, excellent service et ambiance, et fantastique vue panoramique sur la mer). Location de vélos gratuite à Cascais, longue piste cyclable à cÎté de la cÎte de Cascais jusqu'à la plage de Guincho. Grande variété de plages : Carcavelos (surf), Estoril, Cascais et Guincho (surf, kitesurf et planche à voile). Il y a 8 excellents clubs de golf prÚs de Cascais, dont: Estoril (27 trous), Quinta da Marinha, Quinta da Beloura, Penha Longa (27 trous), Oitavos.

Rare find with AC and 3 bathrooms. Short walk to coast and shops. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms and spacious living room. Would 100% stay again.

Extremely clean and spacious apartment with everything you would possibly need for a wonderful stay in Cascais! Fernando was an absolute amazing host and was so helpful with all my questions. He gave great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Very spacious, clean and modern apartment, we were 8 adults and felt very comfortable. Very well situated, 10-15 min walk from the center of Cascais, beach, train station, etc

Fabulous modern apartment in beautiful Cascais

Fernando our host was extremely welcoming and helpful. The apartment was beautifully decorated, well equipped, immaculately clean and walking distance to the town and beaches. Cascais is a fabulous place, with easy day trips to Lisbon and Sintra. Highly recommend!!!

Great location in cascais

Great, modern property that is easy walking distance to everything you might want to see in cascais. Quick walk to grocery store, historical center of town, beaches and train station. Facilities in the apartment are excellent with comfortable beds and great showers. We had a wonderful time.

This place was perfect for us! Clean and in a great location.

This house was perfect for our family. We traveled with our 18yr old and our 16yr old. We were able to have local family over for a wonderful dinner with plenty of space to spare. Our host was fantastic and met us for an easy check in process. Thank you! We really enjoyed your home!

Very good location within easy walking distance to the marina and seafront in a nice quiet area. Marie Jose and Fernando's son Miguel met us at check-in and was very helpful giving us information about local restaurants, a lovely market etc. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. It was perfect for our 4 day stay in Cascais.

The property was ideal for family group including two teenagers, as it allowed younger members of the group some independence, with easy access to town and beach facilities, as well as excellent public transport connections, with bus and train stations a short walk away. Great home and location

The six of us were going to use Cascais as a starting point for day trips to Lisbon and nearby communities. .Our plans quickly changed as we settled into this beautiful property. The home was spotlessly clean, spacious and ideally located with a 10 minute into the heart of Cascais. Our hosts recommendations for dining were spot on and the local history was fascinating. This all added up to a great vacation in Cascais and if you are considering visiting a stay at Fernando's and Maria's would be highly recommended. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Great Location

We spent two lovely weeks in this very clean and comfortable apartment. The apartment is spacious with lots of outside areas for catching the sun at different times of the day. The owners Maria and Ferdinand were lovely people and made us very welcome. Booking the apartment was very easy and everything was as described on the listing. The apartment is very centrally located to all amenities. Bus, train, shops, restaurants and beach were all a short walk away. We also took advantage of the transfer service which was very reliable. We will definitely return to Cascais and this lovely apartment.

Great Apartment, Great Location

A spacious and well located apartment in a quiet area, close to "downtown" Cascais but with its own neighbourhood even closer, with a good selection of local café/bars and a few restaurants (try O Mastro) for a more Portuguese feel. The listing description is accurate and, if anything, undersells the appeal of the property. It was very clean and well equipped and felt like home. The owners , Fernando and Maria jose, were very friendly and welcoming and a pleasure to deal with from initial enquiry to saying goodbye at the end of a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday. The transfer they organized was also excellent. We would happily recommend this property and would love to return ourselves.

Wow! Absolutely Perfect

We were a group of 7 aged 18, 19, 20, 48, 56, 69 and 72. Mainly family. We were in Portugal for a family wedding up north and then spent 6 days in Cascais on holiday and visiting other family and friends. A holday abroad can easily be spoiled when your accommodation is bad. Lilewise it can be great when you spend it in a perfect place like this. Everything was as expected or better. I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to anyone and I will definitely wish to stay here again. Thank you â€ïžđŸ‘đŸ‘Š

About the owners
We live in Cascais. We have 3 sons and 2 grand children. My wife and I are from Cascais and both work.

We love Cascais because of the fantastic facilities in the area and where we always feel like being on holiday There are some beautiful beaches and downtown and the marina boasts a great range of bars and restaurants. There really is something for everyone here. The area is easily accessible with Lisbon airport less than 30 minutes drive away.

Unique benefits of the property
The property is just 5 minutes walk from the sand white beaches. We provide beach towels.
