Apartamento SeaStar. A una cuadra de las playas y el bullicioso puerto deportivo ... pero tranquilo.

Es el lugar perfecto, puedes ver la playa, observar las olas y están a solo una cuadra del puerto deportivo más importante de Europa, con sus restaurantes, tiendas y su animada vida nocturna. También puede relajarse en 2 grandes balcones soleados, relajarse en paz. Beba champán mientras se pone el sol y su única preocupación será a qué restaurante pasear esa noche. Nuestro favorito es O 'Retiro directamente al sur de nosotros en la playa o los yates pasan el rato en Aquavite en la Marina. El Thai Beach Bar en la playa de Falesia es ideal para bailar suavemente toda la noche, al igual que Puro Beach (Vilamoura), que está aún más cerca. La playa directamente al sur del balcón tiene socorristas, camas dobles de alquiler, sombrillas de palmera con tumbonas, o simplemente puede tirar una toalla y tomar un paraguas, o bajar a la piscina de la casa y tomar un refrescante baño. Hay un supermercado conveniente en la planta baja que hace lo básico, pero uno más grande, y el famoso mercado de pescado de Quarteira, están a un corto paseo al este a lo largo de la playa. Por supuesto, también hay todo el golf y la navegación. La playa más salvaje e interminable de Falesia está al oeste, para caminatas más largas y menos pobladas. El apartamento SeaStar fue rediseñado y renovado en 2016, por lo que todo es nuevo, las camas son cómodas y las sábanas son de algodón. Ideal para 2 parejas o una familia con 3 niños.

Fantastic February break

The apartment is great. Location ideal, close to shops and restaurants. 4th consecutive year at this time. Would definitely return to this apartment.10 mins walk to municipal pool so ideal for family with competitive swimmers who need to train daily whilst on holiday.

Sea Star Apartment

The apartment was very clean and in an excellent location being just a few minutes walk from the magnificent Marina and its wealth of shops and restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment and would recommend it . Only downside was that the air conditioning did not function properly on occasions. Also several of the tiles on the steps to the swimming pool were broken and had sharp edges.

Perfect!

As a family of 4, this was perfect! The apartment was experienced as expected according to online information. The check-in process and communication with the house manager was superb! Short and easy access to fantastic beaches, restaurants and attractions. We will return to Vilamoura!! :)

Fabulous Apartment

This truly is a fantastic apartment to stay in. Situated one minute walk from the marina with sea views. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean and is very well equipped with everything you need for a great stay. The pool area is clean peaceful and has sufficient loungers. There is a supermarket in the same block and loads of bars and restaurants all around. On arrival we were met by Fernanda who showed us round and made sure that we had everything we needed. A grocery pack was provided which was a very nice touch. Overall a great stay and I look forward to booking for next year.

Great property and so close to the Marina

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was very comfortable with a great view to the sea from the balcony. The location is great and is very central for everything. We would highly recommend this apartment.

très bel appartement et bel emplacement

Très bel emplacement, proche de la mer et de la marina. il y a des restaurants tout autour de la marina, vous avez le choix. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Fernanda et son fils puis Hugh nous a rejoint pour nous expliquer les derniers détails. Parking très pratique et il y a toujours de la place. l'appartement est très bien équipé, nous avons été accueilli avec des fruits, du pain, du vin, .... il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut (sel, sucre, épice, huile, vinaigre, pate, torchon, papier toilette) ce n'est pas la peine d'acheter. c'est super appréciable. Attention cependant aux voisins bruyants, ça résonne tellement que nous avons passé 2 horribles nuits ... nous avons contacté la gérance de l'immeuble pour leur en faire part, puis retour au calme. Je conseille fortement de réserver ici, vous ne pourrez pas être déçus. Vive le Portugal et la gentillesse de ses habitants.

Absolutely fantastic! First class!

We have just returned to Canada following a 2 month holiday at Sea Star Apartment in beautiful Vilamoura, where we were warmly greeted by Melodie and Hugh. A lively and helpful discussion followed on places to eat, things to do and see in the town and around the Algarve, while we sat on the large balcony enjoying appetizers and wine. The beautifully furnished and recently renovated flat was very comfortable and welcoming with Melodie’s delightful decorative touches, all of which exceeded our expectations in every way. We had been left a large bowl of delicious local oranges, bread, cheese, milk, eggs, cake and wine which were so appreciated! The kitchen was well equipped, allowing us to make many of our meals, assisted at times by the propane barbeque. There was great storage in both bedrooms and bathroom which also had a new washing machine. The flat was well situated a block away from the Marina with its’ many restaurants, bars, little shops and just a short walk to the beach. Unfortunately the time of year didn’t allow us to use the beach or the pool! Plans are already in the making to hopefully return to Sea Star again next year. Thank you, Melodie and Hugh, for the opportunity to enjoy your lovely flat!

The reviews I read before booking are genuine. The flat has been completely refurbished, spotless.

The flat is central for everything in Vilamoura and Melodie and Hugh have thought of everything to make for a comfortable, enjoyable holiday even down to lightweight deck chairs and parasols to take to beach which is 5 minute walk. I will not hesitate to book this apartment again when I return to Vilamoura.

Home from home apartment

We spent the last week of August in this property with our two oldest grandchildren - 15 and 10 yrs old. We had a great time and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean and spacious apartment with all the facilities on hand to make the holiday go smoothly. Melodie and Hugh we're very helpful and friendly and were on hand for any queries before and during the holiday. The accommodation was one of the best we've stayed in as it was very comfortable and had a relaxing feel to it. It was just a few minutes walk to the marina and beaches where there were plenty of restaurants, take-aways and shops. The swimming pool area was great and we had no problems finding sunbeds at any time during the day, which is surprising considering it was a busy time of year. There was a very handy cafe adjoining the complex and a small supermarket too. I would certainly use this place again should I go back to Vilamoura.

Magnificient flat and place !

Avons passé une semaine à Vilamoura, appartement magnifique, endroit idéal pour des vacances avec ou sans enfants (piscine de la résidence, plages, marina...). Melodie et Hugh ont été parfaits: très prévenants et accueillants avec nous. Les enfants auraient bien aimé rester une semaine de plus tellement c'était bien.

Excellent apartment - beautiful location

We have just returned from a week staying in Melodie & Hugh's apartment in Vilamoura. A most beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in a really stunning location it has everything you would need. Situated only a short walk from the beach the apartment block also has a great swimming pool with adequate sun loungers. There is also a supermarket just around the corner and the famous marina is only a few hundred yards away where you can access any number of amazing restaurants and cafes. I would have no hesitation in recommending Melodie & Hugh's apartment for a holiday in Vilamoura and am so looking forward to returning there again. Perfect.

Lovely apartment in a perfect location of Vilamoura

We were met by Melodie and Hugh and shown round their lovely apartment which has been renovated inside the last few years so everything in it is pretty new. It's a great apartment in a great location , very close to the marina and one of the many beaches. The balconies of the apartment look out to the sea,an ideal place for breakfast or a drink in the evening. Melodie had left us wine, fruit , water , cheese etc which was very thoughtful. The pool area wasn't too busy and we were always able to get a sun bed. The Apartment block itself looks tired and needs painted as does the area around the perimeter of the pool area. We had a brilliant week and the apartment really is excellent

Lovely apartment great location

The apartment was in a nice quiet residential area but just a stones throw from the Marina with loads of restaurants and cafes and a short stroll to the beach. We had everything we needed for our stay and enjoyed drinks and a couple of meals on the large balcony. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment and Vilamoura to friends and family

beautiful apartment in central location

Have just returned from a lovely week in this beautiful apartment. Everything is to a high standard --tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean , perfect to relax and enjoy Vilamoura . We were met by Melodie and Hugh and shown around the apartment , they were friendly , welcoming and informative and had left us milk , water , wine , fruit and cake ! The apartment was large and comfortable with big balconies , one with a lovely view of sea and a lovely swimming pool which was like a private pool at times as we had it virtually to ourselves on occassions! It was abit cold initially but we soon acclimatised !The apartment isjust a few mins walk to the stunning Marina with its abundance of shops , restaurants and bars . We had some amazing food every night -- spolt for choice! Vilamoura is lovely , the Marina is fabulous and the beaches are also amazing . Theres lots to do if you want to get out and about but its also perfect for relaxing and recharging the batteries in lovely surroundings. The central location means a car is not a necessity unless you want to explore further afield as everything is close by . Lovely Apartment, beautiful place - very happy!

We stayed at Melodie & Hugh`s apartment at MarinaMar in Vilamoura last week. Perfect Apartment for 4 people, really central location with the beach and the marina just a minutes walk away. The apartment is beautifully furnished and felt like a home away from home. Vilamoura is lovely, plenty of options for eating out! Would definitely recommend and will be sure to visit again.

Wonderful apartment in an excellent location. Beautifully decorated with excellent amenities.

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at this wonderful apartment. It is beautifully decorated with excellent amenities. It is in a superb location - close to the beach, shops and restaurants. It has two great balconies, although if my children were younger I might have been a little concerned about them being out on the balcony. The communal pool was great and definitely welcome given the Atlantic Ocean was a little too rough at times for my six-year old daughter to swim in. I would highly recommend this apartment and found the owners to be extremely welcoming and helpful. Will definitely look to return in the future.

The apartment was perfect - had everything and the location to the marina and beach was perfect.

From the moment we arrived, Melodie and her husband made us feel very welcome - they were waiting to greet us with Portugese cake and had left basics for us to use during our stay. The apartment was spotless and had everything you could imagine you'd need - the rooms were generously sized, the balcony the full length with plenty of seating areas and the all important table and chairs for early morning coffees in the sun. Only a five/ten minute stroll to the beach and marina and all the beautiful restaurants and bars. Would definitely return and recommend to friends.

Fabulous holiday spot . Enormous balconies!

We would highly recommend this apartment for people who want to be near the beach , marina , shops and restaurants. While still enjoying a peaceful spot to relax on the balcony after a day enjoying the fun filled area around ! Boat trips , tennis , swimming ,all a few steps away. Thank you to our hoasts for a most enjoyable stay x

Sun, sea, wine. Wild open beaches and countryside. The food tastes great, just try a local orange....you will never eat a supermarket one again. The Portuguese actually like the English too.....

Location. You are right in the centre of all the beaches, restaurants, sports and buzzing nightlife of a major up-market resort....yet the flat itself is end of corridor and private.
