Ancient house but recently renovated in a small Ligurian village, the house is located in a quiet but convenient position, just two minutes from the A12 motorway exit and 15 minutes from Levanto railway station from which you can easily reach the towns of the Cinque Terre with its wonderful paths.
But you can also go to the sea in Levanto, Bonassola or Framura via the beautiful cycle path (bike rental in Levanto), take a trip to the Shoppin outlet in Brugnato or visit the bio valley with "capital" the particular Varese Ligure. If you have a little more time than to say there is plenty of choice for trips to Sestri Levante, Portofino, Pisa and Lucca and Genoa. If you need information we are at your disposal! Appartement au calme et confortable pour 4personnes.

Nous avons pu visiter les alentours de 15min à une heure de trajet en voiture maximum. Proche des cinq terres. Et autoroute accessible rapidement pour aller plus loin. Belle région.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in wundervoller Lage! Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.

Wir haben die Wohnung für fast 2 Wochen gemietet und fühlten uns dort sehr wohl. Die Räume eignen sich perfekt für Familien mit ein oder zwei Kindern. Wie man in der Beschreibung sehen kann, gibt es 2 Schlafzimmer mit wirklich gemütlichen Betten. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und alles ist gut gepflegt. Dank der Fensterläden kann man auch an heißen Tagen die Temperaturen in der Wohnung angenehm niedrig halten. Die Ausrichtung der großen Terrasse ist auch sehr gut, da man dort ab dem frühen Nachmittag Schatten hat. Unsere Kinder haben dort viel gespielt und wir haben fast jeden Abend auf der Terrasse gegessen. Wir haben vor allem die Ruhe genossen. Von der nahe gelegenen Straße ist fast nichts zu hören. Die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und diskret. Zur Umgebung: In Levanto gibt es einen schönen Strand, der auch bei schöne Wetter nicht zu voll ist. Wie üblich, kann man hier Strandliegen und Sonnenschirme mieten, oder sein eigenes Lager aufschlagen. Im Ort Levanto gibt es viele kleine und auch ein paar größere Geschäfte. Wir sind hier überall sehr freundlich behandelt worden. Es gibt zwar viele Touristen, aber auch nicht zu viele. Die vorherrschende Sprache ist also immer noch italienisch. Wer damit Probleme hat, kommt aber auch überall mit Englisch weiter. Mit dem Auto braucht man ungefähr 14 Min und mit dem Fahrrad 25 Min bis Levanto (nicht für Kinder geeignet). Wer gerne Wandert oder Rennrad fährt ist in der Region genau richtig. Die Landschaft ist wunderschön. Familien mit kleinen Kindern empfehle ich den offiziellen Wanderweg der Cinque Terre. Für die Benutzung muss man zwar bezahlen, aber dafür hat man aber auch befestigte Wege. Die 'wilden Pfade' sind teilweise selbst für Erwachsene sehr anspruchsvoll. Ich bin dort viel mit dem Rennrad unterwegs gewesen und bin immer noch völlig begeistert von den gesammelten Eindrücken. Es gibt dort eine Vielzahl von Routen. Ich bin zum Beispiel auch zu den Orten der 5-Terre gefahren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Wie schon geschrieben, gibt es in Levanto einige Geschäfte. Unter anderem zwei Supermärkte, einen wirklich guten Fahrradladen, diverse Boutiquen und Feinkostläden, viele Eiscafés und Restaurants mit guten Preisen. Alternativ kann man auch nach Brugnato fahren (~12 Minuten). Dort gibt es ebenfalls einen Supermarkt und viele Modegeschäfte. Vermieter: Wir hatten ausschließlich schriftlichen Kontakt und wurden sehr gut und zuvorkommend beraten. All unsere Fragen wurden zeitnah beantwortet. Vielen Dank!

REGION A DECOUVRIR

Accueil très chaleureux de Iléana pour la prise de possession de la maison. La maison est très bien rénovée et fraîche malgré la température extérieur élevée,calme, à 10 mm de Levanto. Région magnifique avec possibilité de nombreuses activités et surtout randonnées dans les Cinque Terres.

Très agréable logement avec grande terrasse

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet établissement. Il est idéalement situé, proche de l'autoroute, de la gare et de la plage. Nous le recommandons vivement pour des vacances en famille.

Entroterra Ligure a pochi km dal mare

ottimo posto per scoprire l'entroterra ligure e il passo del bracco. Vicino all'uscita dell'autostrada (pochi km) nel verde, non si vede il mare ma lo si raggiunge con 15 minuti di auto (Levanto). Permette di visitare le 5 terre lontano dall'affollamento. Nelle vicinze ottimi ristoranti con cucina del territorio. L' appartamento è nuovissimo e ha una bella terrazza dove i miei bimbi hanno giocato tutto il tempo.
