Luxury modern peaceful apartment in Lakeside Village (private). The apartment is spacious measuring 75sq m . This is by far THE BEST APARTMENT AREA in Quinta . .Lakeside is situated in the exclusive Quinta Do Lago estate Europes top seaside area with three golf courses, driving range, restaurants, health clubs, a medical centre, a bank and wide open wild areas. You can walk or bike in The Rio Farmosa which is a UNESCO protected bird sanctuary. Swim off the pristine beach and then dine in Oh Antonios over looking the beach as the sun sets. Outside the estate, there are shopping centres, many restaurants, towns and villages to visit and now the new fabulous Conrad Hotel. One can drive into the hills around Loule, drive up the coast to other areas (but you will wonder why you bothered as Quinta is so exclusive and peaceful) and go shopping to Faro (see old Faro). In essence the beauty of Quinta is the ease of getting there, its exclusivity, its safety and its peaceful open spaces, in magnificent surrounding.

Frank was a true gentleman, and a wonderful host. Great communication before arriving, which made the whole process relaxed and faultless. A brilliant property, with all the mod-cons, including great air-con, during some very warm summer nights. Apartamento bem localizado

Apartamento com localização óptima, o apoio do proprietário foi fantástica. O check in e check out foi muito bem preparado. O apartamento está muito bem equipado e tem uma varanda estupenda com acesso direto à piscina. Adorei e vou repetir no próximo ano.

Muito bom

Gostámos muito do apartamento, da comodidade e da localização. O Sr. Pedro, que toma conta do apartamento, também foi sempre muito simpático e prestável. Os únicos aspectos a melhorar são a máquina de lavar loiça que deixa a loiça mal lavada e o ar condicionado do quarto que faz muito barulho e refresca pouco.

We are delighted that Jorge and his daughter enjoyed their stay and they are most welcome to return .The grey mark left on glasses after dish washer is due to the minerals in the local water . Our neigbours all have the same minor problem . We have just had our air conditioning units serviced so all satisfactory now

Excelente apartamento e localização. Ambiente muito calmo e seguro. Piscina sempre com cadeiras disponíveis e com pouca gente. Nadar no lago é uma experiência a ter. Recomendo!

Férias na quinta do lago 07/2018

Eu e minha mulher passamos uma semana de férias excelente .O apartamento é excelente em todos os sentidos. Foi mobilado e equipado com um alto padrão. A sala de estar / jantar era muito confortável. A cozinha era espaçosa e bem abastecida com pratos e utensílios de cozinha, a piscina é magnifica e o Sr. Pedro e sua esposa que estão no bar da piscina são pessoas excelentes. Por isso espero repetir no próximo ano

Amazing apartment and place inside Quinta do Lago

It was a great experience staying in this apartment and inside lakeside village. The apartment is lovely and fully equipped and the view is fantastic facing the lake and the pool. The location of the condominium is very very good and Pedro is a fantastic person and he was always available for every need. Many thanks to Pedro for making this vacations even better. We will definitely coming back next year! In addition even this is prime time the mood overall is very peaceful.

Stylish well appointed apartment!

The apartment is as lovely as it looks in the photos. It is well positioned overlooking the lake and benefits from the communal pool and poolside bar, run by Pedro and his family. From the point of booking the owner communicated with us providing us with lots of useful information about the area and the apartment. We were greeted on arrival and shown round and were assured that if we had any problems they would be dealt with. We had a lovely relaxing two weeks and will certainly return as the apartment was ideal in every way for the two of us. Thank you to all concerned for making our holiday so enjoyable.

A great holiday and a great apartment to stay in

No problems on arrival, the keys were available and Pedro showed us to the apartment. The apartment is spacious, clean and well decorated, just right for myself and my wife. Everything we required for the stay was available in the apartment. We have stayed at Lakeside Village on a number of occasions and we found this apartment to be exactly what we were after. Lakeside Village is a great place to stay, pool on hand, beach just down the road and plenty of restaurants only a short drive away. We have always enjoyed Pedro’s hospitality, it is sad that he is no longer able to host the barbeque night and the karaoke on a Thursday. This has always been a sociable occasion and a great opportunity to meet other residents (one for the management I think). Great holiday – great apartment – thanks! Ian and Sally

Good view, very good Place and people, the apartment was better than photos. Good Place for holiday!

The property was much bigger than photos, and had a beautiful View by the lake. The Owner was very Attencious and still contact after, during, and before my stay. The cleaning of the apartment was not the best but I think if they manage to get the cleaning company to go more often the problem is solved. I advise everyone to visit the place and stay in this apartament. It was an incredible vacation and for the next year I will return to the same place.

Very nice place to stay

The owner of the apartment was very helpful in giving directions and info on the surrounding areas and before we arrived The apartment is well-equipped and is ideal situated with views looking over the lake and Pool. All the amenities such as the pool and pool bar with basic lunch menu and drinking alcohol and non-alcohol with available the bar was only a short walk away with bar staff made everyone welcome and were very friendly and helpful , A 10 minute walk away was a number of restaurants given plenty of choice and good service if you wanted to eat in the apartment it was funny equipped and a supermarket not far away car. Sunbeds around the pool with no notice you plenty for everyone involved was the second and third week of July Pool did become busier and a little more noisy with more children arrived Bonus of the apartment in Westfield Terrace Hudson from early afternoon before your party and was bright from first thing in the morning addition of the sun Canopy was good being drawn for sheet or a good feature enabled us to sit and relax out in the heat and watch the Sun set in the evening. Walking to the beach as possible and a pleasant walk through the need to reserve it needs to be done early morning what are you live in the heat from the Sun is not too intense though it was possible to drive to the beach with minimal parking for you If you hired a car the apartment Is ideally situated to visit other well-known areas in Portugal such as Faro Vilamoura Alpafera to name just a few and they can be visited within 1 to 2 hours by motorway of course the roads We would consider visiting again

Excellent apartment at Lakeside

My wife and myself stayed here recently and we were delighted we did. The apartment was clean, spacious and modern with great views overlooking the gardens, lake and pool. Pedro and Sylvia (poolside bar) were very friendly and we really enjoyed dining at restaurant Arco 31 (200 yards from apartment). Frank Lavery (owner) could not have been more helpful and ensured we really enjoyed our holiday. We will definitely be returning.

Perfect apartment in brilliant location

Loved staying here I have stayed in lakeside before most are very old and outdated interior but this is modern and perfect with great views of the pool and lake. Will be staying here again and frank the owner very easy going person and very helpful James 👍🏻

I am an ophthalmic surgeon . I greatly enjoy our holidays in our luxury ,modern apartment in Quinta Do Lago .Great golf ,swimming , bike riding ,walks on the Rio Formosa and eating in excellent restaurants .

The privacy and ambiance at Lakeside Village is very relaxing and we enjoy meeting others at the relaxed pool side caffe/bar at sundown .Our balcony on the top floor faces west , looks across the lagoon and is a very pleasant place to relax in the evenings .Automatic sun awning

We have always considered Quinta Do Lago to be one of the finest locations in Europe . It is an exclusive resort and thus far away from the maddening crowds .It takes us twenty minutes to get from Faro Airport to our apartment .We did not want a property that required a lot of maintenance so we purchased this self contained apartment . We had it gutted and then refurbished to a high quality apartment with all modern facilities as shown by photographs .
We are keen golfers and there are three courses in Quinta . We also love swimming . Lakeside has two magnificent pools and the sea is within 15 minutes walking distance .We also ride our bikes through the beautiful Rio Formosa

Our apartment is situated away from the pool are and is thus quiet . 4 resteraunts within walking distence .

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Lakeside Village is well maintaned with beautiful gardens . It is situated on a large salt water lagoon ( few mosquetos ) on which there are water sports of all types . The large area is exclusive to people staying in the village .The security is efficent so one always feels safe .

Quinta is a huge area and it is advisable to rent a car to get around the estate , go shopping ,visit old Faro and for evening dining outside the location .Regarding eating , we often eat at home on our warm secluded balcony or go to the pool caffe run by the delightful Pedro . This way you can eat and drink well cheaply .

For us , it is home from home,compact ,comfortable and relaxing .Many of the other apartments in the village are dated . Ours is probaley the most luxurious in the village .
