DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS PLACE. Filthy, smelly, old, mold, musty, pictures shown on site are at least 10yrs old. The host will not reply to your messages. I booked almost 3 weeks ahead of time, and I’ve tried in several occasions to get a hold of him to no response. I finally got a response from him the night before my departure but even that was incomplete. I had no info and no way of knowing where to go once I arrived to Mauritius . Upon my arrival I tried contacting him by phone only to find out that the number he gave me was not correct, so I emailed him only to get a reply six hours later, by that time I had to book another place to stay, and thank goodness I did. And this person refused to give me my money back. The whole experience with these people was a nightmare…

Inexactitude de la description et saleté inclus dans le prix

Les plus: :A notre demande ils ont changés le réfrigérateur, internet fonctionnait bien. Les moins : sofa du salons fini( faut mettre des coussins car on touche à l'armature du sofa. Nous avons payés pour 2 chambres et deux salle de bain, une salle de bain n'était pas fonctionnel car la toilette coulait, les matelas des deux chambres complètement fini et inconfortables. Sur 2 garde robe seulement un qu'on avait car le deuxième il m'était les serviettes ainsi que les draps. Sur les photos ils montraient des meubles , mais lors de notre séjour il n'était plus là. En arrivant l'appartement ÉTAIT très sale il a fallu laver les armoires ainsi que la vaisselle et les chaudrons, il avait de la nourriture sécher sur la râpe à fromage, armoire et ventilateur de cuisine avec de la graisse . Le prix demander pour cette appartement devrait être maximum $20 cdn par jour ou rs 650 jour vu l'état de délabrement de plus la terrasse montrer sur la photo était inutilisable car tous les drains était bouché et quand il a pleuvait l'eau montrait de 15 cm sur tout la terrasse et prenait presque trois jours à s'évaporer de plus la terrasse quand il ne pleuvait pas était sale vu le traffic de jour qui passait devant. je serais TRÈS gêné de louer cette appartement . Les photos sur le site datait de plusieurs année

very disappointing

Het appartement heeft, anders dan de fotos doen verwachten geen zicht op zee. Je zit aan een drukke weg met uitzicht op de parkeerplaats van het publieke strand. De Wifi in het complex is de wifi van het kiprestaurant naast het complex en je moet op het balkon gaan staan om verbinding te krijgen. In ons geval was er 3 dagen geen Wifi. Verder kun je tijdens de openingstijden van het restaurant niet buiten zitten vanwege de vetlucht die er hangt. De parkeerplaats heeft een open riool met indringende stank. Appartement was ook niet schoon. Niet aan te bevelen.

appartement très fonctionnel

totalement conforme au descriptif. spacieux, fonctionnel. On se sent comme chez soi. idéalement situé, proche de tous les commerces et restaurants. C'est un peu bruyant la journée, mais pas dérangeant car on préfère profiter de la plage, la nuit tout redevient calme. notre séjour a été très agréable dans cet appartement.

Appartement très bien situé

Un bon rapport qualité prix. L’appartement a une situation idéale, à deux pas de la plage et des commodites. Cependant, il ne dispose pas réellement du wifi (accessible seulement sur la terrasse). Il est situé sur l’axe principal, donc quelques nuisances sonores mais rien de très important. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour !

Lovely apartment

LOCATION The property is a minute walk to the beach. Cross the road,go through the beach car park and you are on the sandy, most popular beach of Mauritius. There is a restaurant overlooking the beach and lots of food stalls selling delicious Mauritian food at very reasonable price. AMENITIES The property is located above a row of small shops, comprising a bakery, a taylor, a diving school, a cash point, a fast food place, a taxi rank and a bus stop. With a wide range of restaurants within minutes walk. A 6 minutes walk will take you to a supermarket ideal for a self catering holiday and a chemist on the way passing several fresh fruit and vegetable stalls on the roadside. The flat itself is very attractive with its own balcony overlooking the beach car park. There are 2 bathrooms which are useful if there are 4 or 5 people in the apartment. The place is very clean and tidy. Customer service was A*. Any issue we had was dealt with immediately and in the very polite manner. To give it a 5 star rating the cooker would need to be upgraded and the water pressure of the showers would need to be attended to. We would definitely recommend it and we will be staying there again end of 2016.

We have a relative who looks after the apartment and acts as our agent, he can arrange for Taxi transport to the Airport and advise on other services. He is very reliable and his support and assistance are very much appreciated by our clients .
We will ensure that all our clients have all the necessary advice on Tourist facilities and ensure that they enjoy their holidays as much as we do.

We love the North part of the Island of Mauritius which has the most beautiful beaches and scenic views.

Pereybere beach is considered the very best beach for swimming as it is well sheltered within its beautiful turquoise lagoon, mirror like sea and very soft powdery sands.

Mon Choisy beach, Trou Aux Biches beach and Grand Baie Resorts are all nearby. They offer a variety of activities to suit all ages.

The Apartment is located on the busy main road in a very desirable and safe location just opposite the Beach area and one minute walk to the sea. The Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Pharmacy, Supermarket, Cyber Cafes etc. are all within easy reach. The Building has a Night security Guard on duty for peace of mind.

When we first saw the Apartment we immediately fell in love with its prime location.

We are very happy to share our beautiful apartment with others for a very reasonable price.

The property is a very large apartment, measuring 120 square metres / 1291 square feet. It can easily accommodate 4-5 people. The Apartment has Air Conditioning and Fans in each bedroom. It also has a very large wraparound balcony where the Guests can sit and have their meals and drinks in comfort while watching the resort's movements.
It is just opposite the beach and in the centre of the resort where access to Restaurants, Supermarket, Public Transport and other holiday activities is within easy reach.
The Apartment has its own private Car Park and the building has Night Security.
