Atlanta Breeze disfruta de una posición privilegiada en el sendero de la costa suroeste, ubicado entre Carbis Bay y St Ives. Todas las atracciones de St. Ives están a 15 minutos a pie, incluidas sus playas de arena, tiendas, restaurantes y galerías de arte (incluida Tate St Ives). Wonderful place to stay, clean, comfortable and homely with a lovely walk down to the beach and great views. Owners very welcoming to greet us. A definite 10 out of 10. Didn’t use the shared pool purely because we were out and about but a lovely welcome extra. Would definitely return.

Christmas 2019

The property is excellent, with fantastic views of the beach. You can walk to St Ives in about 10 minutes, a bit steep on the way back. The swimming pool was a great success with all the family. It has a Smart TV, which is great if you are good with these new things. I did find the oven very frustrating to use. You do get instructions but not the easiest oven I have ever used. All in all a fantastic time.

Our stay at Atlanta Breeze.

House was very clean, well refurbished and had all the amenities we required. The kitchen had every thing we needed for our stay, which made self catering a delight. The location was perfect for us, a ten minute walk to the nearest beach, and the same to stroll into St Ives. There was lots of info left by David the owner, we could peruse regarding Cornwall and the sights- this information helped us to plan our 5 day vacation. David was not there for out check in, and we were slightly confused that there were two properties on site, Atlanta and Atlanta breeze, we realised this when the key lock combination given to us by David the Host, did not work. The only other discrepancy in the listing is the private pool- it’s attached to the owners building and not to the rental, this meant we had to walk outside to the front of the property to access the pool- which we could only use until 7pm- this was a bit disappointing as we were out on excursions every day, which didn’t leave much time to use the pool on our return- One of the main reasons for renting this particular property for our stay. Overall the property was lovely, and even with the slight disappointment on the usage of the pool, we would stay there again.

Wonderful place, nice pool!

Thank you very much David & Dawn. We enjoyed wonderful 2 weeks at Atlanta Breeze. The house very nice, clean and very well equipped. Especially our little daughter enjoyed the pool each day. It is good place to visit Cornwall.

Beautiful property, stunning views, and lovely owners!

We stayed for 3 nights at the Atlanta Breeze and could not fault a thing. From driving up to the stunning house with beautiful views of the bay and sea, it was breathtaking. The cottage had everything we could need for a family of 4.. it is well suited to a family of 4 or 5 people, including a bedroom for 3 single beds and a perfect spot in the main bedroom for a cot (inside the walk in wardrobe). The cleanliness is top notch, and we didn't need to bring a thing(other then our own beach towels and cot bedding). The owners dropped in to say hello and they are so welcoming and friendly. It felt like home from home. As professional photographers we were gutted not to take them up on their shoot, but with only 3 days we tried to cram in so much around st Ives and local sites and walks. We will be back though. The added bonus of a private indoor pool was amazing and perfect size for a chaotic 7 year old and 1 year old. The local beaches are the best we've been to in cornwall and we have seen a few. Our boys loved them so much. Thank you for making our Mothers day weekend even better with your beautiful property.

We stayed here late September with our two young children and can’t fault the location, property or hosts. David and Dawn have gone the extra mile to ensure your stay in St Ives is perfect. We’d love to return to St Ives and plan to stay here again.

Nice annex to the main property with great views of the sea.

Walking distances to a number of beaches and the old center of St Ives (where parking your car is a nightmare during summer). Swimming pool is a great plus, with a little disappointment with our daughters that it is situated al the other side of the house. Clean and complete, with large tv, all the kitchen wear you need and a garden. Small point to think about is the size of the bed in the master bedroom; for people of 1,90 meter on the tiny side.

Fabulous St Ives

An experience of excellence. David and Dawn could not be more welcoming and the house is immaculately clean, practical, warm and beautifully equipped. You can walk into town and to all the lovely beaches. The views form the house are sublime and the swimming pool is a welcome luxury. We would recommend this great little place to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay over the new year. The property was in a a perfect location, very clean and homely. Breathtaking view

We stayed in Atlanta Breeze over Xmas . The accommodation is very well thought through and very comfortable with breathtaking views of the bay . It is also only 10 min walk from St Yves . And the kids enjoyed having use of the swimming pool too . I truly recommend it .

amazing place

Thank you very much David & Dawn @Atlanta Breeze. The property was spotless, the pool was awesome the house had everything available and David & Dawn were very helpful with good knowledge of St Ives. The property had all amenities provided as if you were living at home. We took our 7 month old baby with us without no hassle. We would happily return in the future.

Great house, lovely pool!

We enjoyed a wonderful long weekend at Atlanta Breeze this autumn. It's a short walk to Porthminster beach (took us about 15 minutes but that's with a fairly slow toddler). The house was comfortable, very clean and had up to date decor. Its very well equipped too, and well stocked with essentials in the kitchen. Lots of DVDs and a few good games to try out too. There are also fabulous views from pretty much every room. We used the pool every day - it's a great pool for playing, warm, easy access, and a great view. It's not really the right size for swimming lengths but we all loved it! Thanks to the hosts!

Amazing!

Wow! What a place. Have just returned from a fantastic holiday in St Ives where being able to call this beautiful house 'home' for a week has been the icing on the cake. It's beautifully presented, exceptionally clean and every little thing has been thought of, really making it a home from home. Situated between the beautiful beaches of Porthminster and Carbis Bay and a pleasant stroll into St Ives it really is in the perfect location. The swimming pool was a huge hit with our two young children; it proved the perfect end to every day. Our only disappointment is that the summer holidays are already fully booked for next year! Many thanks David and Dawn, we will be back!

Perfect

We had a wonderful time. Atlanta Breeze was perfect- a good size, spotlessly clean, very well equipped and homely without losing a sense of luxury. Dawn and David were the perfect hosts- there if you needed them, but so respectful if you just wanted a quiet week. The swimming pool was a highlight and our toddler absolutely loved it. The location was also perfect- 10 mins walk in either direction to two stunning beaches, and short drives to the wonderful Minack theatre, Lands End, St Michael's Mount etc. Also a fabulous farm shop within about 10 minutes. Apart from the bath plug being a tiny bit small so that the water eventually trickled out, we really couldn't fault it. Even the weather was great. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much (and hello to Jack the cat!).

Perfection!

Exceptionally clean and comfortable accommodation which is beautifully furnished and decorated throughout to a high standard and well equipped with everything you may need. Thoughtful touches show attention to detail and give a personal feel. Lovely garden which is a delight to sit in and appreciate the stunning view which can also be enjoyed from every window and the fantastic pool - the sunrises are breathtaking! Ideally located with St Ives a short walk away in one direction and Carbis Bay in the other as well as endless places to explore only a short drive away. We have had an absolutely perfect week and can't wait to visit again. Thank you so much.

Great property, great location with stunning views.

Atlanta Breeze was the perfect place for our stay in St Ives. The accommodation and facilities were first class with everything we needed. Situated on the costal path over looking St Ives bay with a short walk into the town. Thank you Mr & Mr's Bright we loved your house and enjoyed our stay.

Atlanta Breeze - The Bee`s Knees !

We have been coming to St Ives for many years and this is the best property we have stayed at. Very high standards of furnishing ,exceptionally clean and tidy, fantastic facilities [swimming pool] , great location between St Ives town and Carbis Bay, and stunning views ! And finally, no racing around St Ives to find a very expensive parking space, oh and the owners even organised brilliant weather for us !

Simply perfect

i could talk forever about this beautiful, spotless and perfect property. David and Dawn (the owners) are so warm and welcoming. The house itself has everything you could possibly need, right down to washing powder and dishwasher tablets! It is pristine and all fresh and new. I have OCD and couldn't fault anything within the house or grounds. Comfortable beds, lovely bedding, stunning surroundings and a lovely heated swimming pool. I miss having the view of the bay from every window as we did at Atlanta Breeze. I really cannot fault anything about this place. It's simply paradise. We look forward to returning again and again

Super location, great property very well maintained and equipped, great hosts.

The fact that this was our fifth stay at Atlanta Breeze, says it all. The boys, as ever, loved the time spent in the great swimming swimming pool (twice a day). The cottage is great, very well equipped and always more than meets our needs and expectations. We loved sitting out in the garden, eating our meals outside and the boys had great fun with the football. David and Dawn are great owners. We cannot recommend Atlanta Breeze highly enough and look forward to our return visit next year.

We are Dawn & David Bright, and we are proud to offer Atlanta Breeze via VRBO.

We moved back to the UK in 2008 after living in Stockholm, Sweden for three years. Like so many others before us, this was our chance to jump off the corporate career ladder and make the break for a better, more balanced life in beautiful Cornwall. With our two children Alexandra (16 at the time) and William (12) we bought Atlanta - a lovely family home with an annex perfect for a holiday cottage. And an indoor pool!

After a total refurbishment, 'Atlanta Breeze' was ready for holidaymakers in May 2009. The cottage has been a huge success, with many return visitors every year. Over the winter of 2016/17 we undertook a further substantial refurbishment, updating most of the furniture and decor, and during the lockdown of 2020 we replaced all the kitchen appliances. Our returning guests have loved the changes. We look forward to welcoming you to beautiful St Ives.

We just love St Ives!

Atlanta Breeze is in a perfect location. Far enough from town to escape the crowds in the summer, but near enough to easily walk to and from the beaches and town.

We are in a totally secluded and peaceful location on the South West Coast Path. Just a few houses, very little traffic and fantastic views across St Ives Bay.

And no problems parking - our drive easily takes four cars.

St Ives is awash with lovely holiday properties, but not many can claim to be unique. Atlanta Breeze, however, is a truly unique destination that we are very proud to offer.

So what makes it unique? Well, it is the combination of the exclusive location on Hain Walk (known locally as 'Millionaire's Row'), the private indoor swimming pool, the lovely spacious gardens, and private off-road parking for two (or more) cars. We are so lucky to live here, and love to share the facilities with our guests, many of whom are now becoming friends after many holidays in Atlanta Breeze.
