The house and property were fantastic-it was beautiful and spacious.Jane was awesome to work with. The only bad thing was the management company was very stingy with basic necessities like toilet paper and garbage bags. We only had 4 rolls of toilet paper for 9 people for 5 days and one extra garbage bag.

We had such a great stay! The house was amazing, had everything we needed. We spent so much time in the pool. So nice to have the other pool and slides and splash park for the kids too. Overall an amazing place and location, would recommend to everyone!

This was a great place to stay for a family vacation. It was clean and well maintained inside and out. Jane, the owner was a great communicator, accommodating to questions and request. This was our families first time to stay in a vacation rental, we typically stay in hotels. We did not cook or eat at the house, but the kitchen looked like it had all you would need if you wanted to do so. The only downside for us was the location. Though it was supposed to be a short drive to Disney parks, with SO MUCH TRAFFIC in the off season, it still took us 25-30 minutes. We were not expecting this amount of time to get to and from Magic Kingdom. Overall the property was great, the owner was fabulous, and the place is clean and spacious for a large family vacation.

We spent 10 days in this beautiful house. The house was well equipped with everything. We had 2 young children in our group and there was everything for them (high chairs travel cots kids plates cutlery). The house was amazing and had everything we needed. Really enjoyed the pool and the whole area was so well kept.

Perfect location

The house was located in perfect proximity to all the area attractions. It was also a just short walk to the pool and waterpark. The activities within the house kept our family of multiple ages busy when we wanted a resting and relaxation day at the house.

The property was exactly as listed by Jane. She communicated very clearly all expectations and we are so thankful for such a wonderful stay for us and our family. We had a fantastic stay at this home. Every step of the way, the owner, Jane, was communicative and helpful while providing information and helpful tips to local attractions during our stay. The home was spacious, very clean and organized, well stocked, and comfortable. Also, the private pool and spa tub were an added bonus! Pool towels are included, so no need to pack those. The home is a very short walk to the resort pool, water slides, and spray park as well as to the game room and market, which serves breakfast and lunch options. Also, you can’t beat the very close location to the Disney parks! I would absolutely stay here again!

Best VRBO ever

the house was located in the best area, the whole family loved the house and surroundings. Jane was amazing in her communications and suggestions of dining and entertainment. If i ever visit Kissimmee again, this will be the only place i ll stay, even if i have to change my dates to make it work…this place was heave for 10 people. Kitchen had dining utensils for 30..we just loved.

Awesome stay!

The villa is well laid out and extremely well stocked. We cooked and everything we needed was available including storage containers, pans silverware, glasses, cheese shredder, and pizza cutter. The most well stocked villa we’ve ever stayed at. The pool is beautiful with an awesome spa. King bedrooms upstairs were great and kids rooms are adorable.

Amazing Property & Location

The Vacation House in Windsor Hills was amazing and exactly as advertised! Our group of 11 (8 adults, 2-3.5 yo, & a 1.5 yo) had a great time during our 13 night stay at this property and didn’t want to leave! The pool & spa were a great way to end the day after a day at WDW. The host (Jane) was extremely helpful & very prompt to reply to my questions during the 14 months leading up to our stay. There was a minor maintenance issue with the washer while we were there. We called Maintenance & they arrived promptly & had the problem repaired within 2 days. Jane contacted me to apologize for any inconvenience caused by the washer, but it really wasn’t a problem or inconvenience. The property is located in close proximity to the WDW Parks, but the traffic can be challenging at times, especially around park closing. We would highly recommend this property & Windsor Hills.

Fantastic in every way!

The house is beautiful, it was immaculately kept and the view from the pool area is awesome. Clubhouse has some decent food for a quick meal. Very close to Disney. Traffic to and from the park was brutal a couple times but that’s the price you pay for being close to the park. Don’t think you could do any better if looking for a house close to the park. Jane is great to deal with.

Great home and location for large family

The home and location were just as stated on line. We paid extra for the pool to heated during our stay and it was perfect. The home is within easy access to shopping, groceries, restaurants, and theme parks. The home had lots of glasses, dishes, and cutlery. The downside to our trip was it there was not enough essentials in the home. There was 6 adults and 3 children in our group and we stayed for 9 days. We only had the 1 roll of toilet paper that was on the dispenser in each bathroom, only 2 garbage bags, no dish washing tablets or dish clothes, not enough towels, no cleans supplies to wipe counters, no paper towels, only 1 little hand soap in each bathroom, no washing machine soap even though we were expected to wash towels before we left. We had to purchase all these things for our 9 day stay. It seemed to be stocked for a 1 or 2 day stay not a longer stay.

Business Trip at Orange County Convention Center

Owners and Property management company were awesome as we booked for a convention last minute. We got lucky those specific dates were open because it is very booked in the future.Great value with three king bedrooms so lots of room we used and three other rooms. Lots of cool fun things in villa to entertain adults and two very cool themed kids rooms and game room.

Great Stay

Property was in a great location, very convenient to get to Disney attractions. Lots of room for us, 6 adult children, and 3 grandchildren. Jane was very communicative leading up to and during our stay. We've stayed in the area using VRBO before and this was the best of any we've stayed at. If we do the family teip to WDW again I'll definitely try to book this one again!

Great for a family

This house was a great find for a big family like ours! Plenty of room, great pool, and great location. For future renters, be sure to bring your own toilet paper and garbage bags. This was the first rental we've rented where that hasn't been provided beyond the partial roll left in the bathroom and the single garbage bag in the can. Location was great for visiting all the theme parks and close to lots of restaurants and stores. Our kids loved the game room with the pool table.

We live in Dorset, UK and have 2 grown up daughters of 28 and 30. The States and Florida in particular have been our holiday destination for almost 40 years and we have had some wonderful times there. We decided to buy a lake front home on Windsor Hills (after much research!) as an investment, because it is one of the best locations in Orlando and the nearest to Disney World. So as family holidays go, this part of the world takes some beating!

WINDSOR HILLS is consistently voted top resort of the area. It is a private, guarded, gated community and the nearest to Disney World and very close to other attractions.

We have been careful to price our Villa to reflect that, also the high standard of furnishings and accommodation and the tranquil location overlooking the beautiful conservation lake (with no rear neighbours!) and just a couple of minutes walk to the clubhouse. Our guests agree, it is a perfect location.

You are also literally minutes away from everything: Disney, Animal Kingdom, Legoland, Sea World, Universal Studios (Harry Potter), Water Parks, supermarkets, shops and numerous restaurants catering for all tastes. So whether you just want to relax or be thoroughly entertained everyday, it is all here!

The Villa truly has the best position on Windsor Hills overlooking the stunning tranquil conservation lake, filled with water lilies and birdlife. With views like these, from the villa, pool or decking after a busy day.....well, life doesn't get much better!

It is an immaculately clean, extremely spacious home, airy and beautifully decorated by interior designers. The Villa is also just a couple of minutes level walk to Windsor Hills Clubhouse and all the resorts free to use 5* facilities. The children's themed Disney Castle playground is a minute's walk from the villa in the other direction.

The Villa is luxurious in style and maintained to the highest standard by our local manager and his excellent team of cleaners, housekeepers and maintenance workers.
