La propiedad consta de una sala de estar de planta abierta que incluye una chimenea victoriana con una nueva cocina moderna con electrodomésticos incorporados y un baño moderno (situado en la planta baja). La cabaña se beneficia del doble acristalamiento completo y del nuevo sistema de calefacción central, todo instalado en los últimos años. Arriba hay 2 dormitorios 1 doble y 1 individual. Hay un gran jardín trasero privado bien mantenido con muchos asientos al aire libre. El estacionamiento está directamente afuera de la cabaña.

What an absolutely fabulous cottage. Just what we needed for a few days away in the half term.Well equipped, comfy beds, lovely shower.Close enough to Lymington to walk there for shopping and restaurants.15 min drive into the forest for a beautiful traffic free cycle ride. 15 mins drive to the beach for a walk.We'd definitely stay again.

Lovely cottage with a beautiful garden.As mentioned the stairs are steep but we managed with no problem (we are in our late 60's and early 70's)Opposite the common so good for a walk and easy access to Lymington. Excellent communication from the owner.Would definitely recommend On street parking with plenty of spaces.

Brilliant stay here, perfect location for the places we wanted to visit. The cottage was well equipped, very clean and smelt lovely. Parking was on road just outside no problem at all, instructions on how to access cottage all clear! Actually couldn't fault it!!

Pretty Victorian Cottage

Very comfortable little cottage, conveniently located, in a quite residential area, across from common land. Walking distance to Lymington, which is a charming town, which boasts a smallish but varied market on a Saturday. 20min drive to coastal walks, and forest walks. Cottage was very clean and charmingly decorated. Beds were comfy Garden also nice, but didn’t get time to sit out as we were so busy! We had 5 days there. Perfect to see and do everything in the area. Host was very friendly. Delicious lemon cake was waiting for us when we arrived

Beautiful quaint country cottage. Tastefully decorated incorporating the pictures and ornaments you would expect in a traditional cottage. It was spotlessly clean and could not fault it in anyway. Our dog Roxy loved the garden with plenty of nooks and crannies to explore, it was also well maintained and mature. The host was the best host I've ever dealt with. Good location to Lymington town centre. Highly recommend this cottage. Ex

Lovely & quaint cottage.

I stayed here with my son over Easter & we loved our mini holiday in the quaint little cottage. Its beautifully presented, is well equiped & had everything we needed. A real home from home.We really appreciated the milk & lovely bscuits, what a treat!The garden is a real bonus, has some lovely seatng areas & is so pretty & very peaceful.Yes the stairs are steep but they've in character with the cottage & we were warned beforehand. If you need the second bedroom please let the owners know before hand, otherwise only the double bed is made up, unfortunate that I didnt!I look forward to another stay.

Charming little cottage

We were very lucky with the weather which helps but we love the area as there is always something to do. The cottage was spotless and has all amenities (apart from washing machine no space ) and there was a very nice cake awaiting us as well as tea ,coffee and milk . Parking was fine on quiet street and the garden is a delight. The owner kindly reminded us about the steep stairs but we managed as we did with downstairs bathroom. Overall highly recommended for a relaxing stay in New Forest.

Excellent cottage

Loved the cottage, so quaint, clean, warm, cosy, it was beautiful. The stairs are a bit scary, but if you take your time and duck you are fine, part and parcel of the cottage. Only downside the 'village' not really there. A car ride to get anywhere, but it didn't spoil it at all. Was so sad to leave the cottage. Beautiful, just loved it. Thank you .

Little Haven

This is a beautiful & homely Victorian cottage. It's very comfortable and has a superb garden. We were suprised to find milk, juice & 6 cupcakes on arrival 😋. This was very welcome. Pennington is well placed near to Lymington but it takes 25 to 30mins walkto reach the quay

Lovely little cottage

We very much enjoyed our 3-night stay at the cottage. It was spotlessly clean inside with a well-equipped kitchen - handy as we like to cook in the evenings. Lovely garden too. Good location for visiting rivers, coast and New Forest.

Mick & Linda have always loved the New Forest area and purchased the cottage and used as a second home for many years. We could not think of a lovelier area to spend time whether a day out or holiday.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We chose the Pennington/Lymington area as it has the best of both worlds the property being within the New Forest National park but only minutes from the sea and the lovely Georgian town of Lymington. The property looks out over common land ideal for dog walkers with large play area for small children yet local shops and a pub are less than a few hundred yards away and within a few minutes drive all the unique shops, pubs and restaurants around Lymington are there for all to enjoy.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The property offers a very tastefully and comfortably furnished living space being fully modernised with all new double glazing and,central heating system. It also retains some original features being a Character Victorian cottage. There are both coastal and forest walks with many other outdoor pursuits on the doorstep. Also easy access to many other attractions in the surrounding area. Parking is no problem directly outside the property.
