Our family loves Tracey's home. It feels like a home away from home,her house has all the amenities you need to make your trip perfect,she makes everything so smooth and easy. Perfect location from the parks and restaurants. We have stayed here twice and can't wait to go back.

My family and I had an absolutely amazing week here in Florida and the Villa was fantastic. Everything you need, great location and Tracey was very helpful with tips on the local area etc. Beautiful area too. Very safe and clean. Wouldnā€™t hesitate in recommending this Villa to others.

Spotless Home Close to Disney!

We had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well stocked and even had an air fryer. The home was clean and very well maintained. The pool was wonderful, and the back yard was lined with mature plants that created a barrier between neighbors on all sides. We would definitely stay here again!

Short Stay- Great Stay

We packed a lot of laughter, love, adventure, and excitement in this 2 night stay! The house was a fantastic place to stay! Everything was just as pictured. The pool was fabulous! The beds were comfortable !! There was a gracious plenty hot water for us all!! The house was easy to get to and easy to navigate to the places around town!! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and canā€™t wait to do it again!! (Weā€™re already planning!!)

We enjoyed our stay, first time ever booking a home in orlando and Tracey's home was fabulous. Loved the area everything was in close proximity, kids loved all the rooms and games that they had to offer. Tracey makes everything so effortless for your stay.

Extremely helpful host - never before have we received so much information ablut property and local area before out visit. The child friendly welcome - toys & furniture (high chair, bed guard, strollers, travel cot).Don't want to praise too highly as it may not be available for our next visit.

Great stay

Place was perfect for a family vacation near Disney. The house had lots of fun activities for the kids including a dress up box and puzzles. The only thing Iā€™d mention is that there no toiletries at all or kitchen condiments including salt or oil, so you need to be prepared in bringing that stuff when you arrive. Otherwise it was great and Iā€™d happily stay there again!

Great stay

The property is so well furnished and our son loved it. The pictures on here do not do the property justice. We loved the pool and paid the extra for heating which was well worth it. Weā€™re close to Disney and universal and were able to uber there easily. The best thing about this property to me was how communicative the host was. We ended up extending our stay 2x and even though they are not in this time zone they always were quick to respond. The entire experience was lovely and we will definitely stay here again in the future.

Family spring break

The property is exactly as advertised and was very clean. Tracey was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Very communicative and friendly. I had a family of 6 stay at the house, teenager, pre teen, toddler, my husband and I, and nana. It fit us all very well and we loved being able to swim all day and night. We stayed in late March and heated the pool, highly recommend if you plan to swim after the sun goes down. The game room in the garage was an extra bonus to keep the kids entertained. Very quiet neighborhood and always felt safe. Very close to a Walmart and food, shops, etc. It was a quick easy drive to Disney, and Universal was about a half hour away. I would definitely come back with my family!

Wonderful Staycation

We had such a great time at Mickeyā€™s Den Villa! The home is very close to Disney. This villa is very clean and comfortable. Tracy the owner added so many magical touches. The neighborhood is very quiet and we enjoyed being outside in the pool. We did have the pool heated and it was so good! Communication with the owner is excellent! We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Lovely for family trip to Disney.

Very well equipped house from the kitchen accessories to the toys and books to keep the kids entertained. There is lots of room, it could easily accommodate two families. Relatively quiet neighborhood, when first entering some houses aren't as well maintained so we were a little worried but this one is great. Biggest positive was the communication from booking onwards, A. Very close to Disney parks and can avoid major interstates to get there, which was a priority for us. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Spot to stay!

We really enjoyed Traceyā€™s property! Everything was clean and tidy and how we expected it. Beds are super comfortable and we slept amazing every night. The pool with the heat was fantastic and my wife described it like being in a huge bathtub, though keep in mind the heat is only on during the day, so if you swim in the morning itā€™s a little cooler. Just a few notes, you will need to bring your own shampoo and body wash,. We were not used to that at all, we have stayed in properties all over the US and this was the first time that happened to us. No big deal but keep it in mind. Also, the pool guy will come on Tuesday's to check the chlorine, we didnā€™t know about this and it wasnā€™t in the handbook and caused us quite a scare, for a few minutes, but again no big deal. Either way, fantastic property, especially if traveling with children.

Fantastic find!

I canā€™t say enough about this property and the owner. Itā€™s a lovely, well-stocked home with a Disney touch! Kids and adults will have plenty of space and entertainment with lovely modern amenities. Tracy was lovely to work with and communicated with me throughout the stay. All my questions were answered and we had no issues. The beds are comfy too! We will be staying here if we can, for upcoming visits!

Kissimmee rental

First time using Vrbo. Was great. We requested early access to the property and almost right away we were able to get in early. Communication with property manager was excellent , no issues there. The neighbors were so friendly, neighborhood was quiet and clean well kept. Location was just 7 minutes from rental property. Walmart was a bit crazy almost every time we shopped. I will say, maybe a bit more toilet paper rolls and paper towels could have been provided with a family of five.but thatā€™s about it.

Booking and check-in communication with owner was great. They checked on us (via email) the duration of our week long stay. House had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable - which was great given that is not always the case with staying away from home. Location was close to everything: Disney, Sea World, Discovery Cove, great outlet mall (Vineland), local Walmart, and just over an hour drive from Cocoa Beach. Would stay again.

Disney trip

Tracey the property owner made us feel right at home. We had to scramble because our previous reservation at another home was cancelled the day before our departure by property owner due to ā€œnatural disasterā€ and Tracey went out of her way to make sure she could accommodate us. Everything was perfect.

Great Disney vacation house

The house was great for our family of 4. Could have easily had a few more people. All of the Disney touches were nice. It was an easy 15 minute drive to the Disney parks. We didn't make use of the pool or game room, but they were nice. We'll definitely consider staying here again on a future Disney vacation.

Spring break get away

My family and I had a great stay. The location was amazing. The neighborhood was fairly quiet. There is a neighbor that has a big dog and was barking around 11:30 pm if you have light sleepers just be aware. Over all a great stay. Also if you have more than one teen that is adult size the twin beds are a bit small and all on wheels. We loved the home over all. It was clean and perfecr for our stay. Epcot was 10-15 mins away. There is a Walmart down the road as well.

Very nice house and location

This house was perfect my husband and I for our month stay in Florida. Are children and grandchildren visit for a week and it was perfect for all. The pool is great (we had it heated). We all enjoyed it. The neighborhood is nice and not much noise. Very nice for walking and the grandkids loved the play area. We would definitely stay here again.

We are an English family who have fallen in love with America. We first went to Florida for our honeymoon in 1991 and have been back almost every year since that date. We bought our home in 2005 because we wanted to own our little piece of 'Disney'!

With two small children at the time of purchase, we bought toys, beanies, games, books and DVDs so that guests didn't have to fill their suitcases with things to occupy little ones. For guests, it always seems that other people's toys are more exciting than their own!

Our guests tend to be people we know, personal recommendations and repeat guests. In fact, many of our guests have returned three and four times. Reasons given include the location of the villa, its amenities and the help and advice given by the owners :0)

Indian Ridge Oaks is a blend of holiday and residential homes with community facilities and wooded walkways. It is a respite from the neon lights and busy traffic of the resort hotel areas.

We love Indian Ridge Oaks because of its close proximity to Disney. For years we stayed at many villas where, once we went out in the morning, that was it until the end of the day as it was too far to nip backwards and forwards. But at Indian Ridge Oaks, we are close enough to pop out for breakfast, come back to the villa for an hour and then head out again. Quite often we get to Disney early, come back to the villa for lunch and an hour of peace and quiet and then go back to the parks.
