Beach House on tilava ja viehÀttÀvÀ viktoriaaninen talo nÀköalalla Crooklets Beachille. Se on myös monia muita kauniita rantoja ja kallion kÀvelee lÀhellÀ. Talo on lÀhellÀ pientÀ rannikkokaupunkia Budea ja kÀvelyetÀisyydellÀ kaupoista, kahviloista ja ravintoloista. Voimme tarjota linkkejÀ monenlaisiin aktiviteetteihin ja vapaa-ajan vaihtoehtoihin, jotta vierailustasi tulisi erityistÀ, kuten surffausta, adrenaliiniurheilua, taidetta ja musiikkia, terveys- ja kauneushoitoja ja monia muita. Buden erinomainen 18-reikÀinen linkkikenttÀ on kivenheiton pÀÀssÀ talosta. Beach House on kotoa kotoa ja erinomaisesti varustettu, jotta vierailustasi tulisi mukavaa ja nautinnollista. SiellÀ on ilmainen WiFi, HD-taulutelevisio, jossa on BT-urheilu ja DVD-soitin. SiellÀ on erillinen pelihuone, jossa on pöytÀtennis ja lisÀleluja sekÀ lapsille tarkoitettuja pelejÀ. Kiinteistön takana on BBQ ja istumapaikat ulkona, sekÀ suljettu yksityinen piha. TÀmÀ talo tarjoaa 3 suurta kahden hengen huonetta, 1 kylpyhuoneella varustettu makuuhuone ja 3 kahden hengen huonetta, joissa kaikissa on pesualtaat. Olohuoneessa on mukava oleskelutila, jossa on puupoltin, joka johtaa ruokasaliin, jossa on iso ruokapöytÀ. Bude on pieni kaupunki, jossa on paljon tarjottavaa, ja Devonin ja Cornwallin herkuttelut ovat molemmat saatavilla. TÀmÀ on hieno talo kokoontumiseen olipa kesÀ tai talvi.

A wonderful property, just perfect for our entire family of 7 adults, 3 kids and a dog. Perfect location almost on the beachfront and a small walk from the main town. Great facilities and comfy spaces. Will absolutely be coming back!

Great New Year Stay

Fabulous place and great host. We spent a great few days at the property with family and friends. Loads of room, really well equipped and fab location for the beach and great walks with the dogs.

Wonderful venue for my Mums 80th Birthday.

We had a wonderful stay in Bude . Jo the host was really supportive and helpful. I was with all my elderly relative's so the house was perfect for all our fun and games . We used all the local facilities so didn’t even need to cook. Views looking at the sea was wonderful . We will be back

We liked our stay at The Beach house and loved it being so close to the beach, great location- and the pool going in twice a day. Jo was very helpful and accommodating.Thank you! They only thing I would say that it all looks a bit tired an that if we had been 12 if would have been tight squeeze in the lounge to all sit together and it is more suited for groups with children as bunk bed ( which we did know about)and the 6 Th bedroom with small single beds, which isn't shown in the photos and I had to inquire about...

Summer Surf Bude 2023

We all loved our stay at Beach House and Games Room with Table Tennis was a real winner with younger members of family. Position to beach was fantastic and having backyard to put wet suits, bikes etc very helpful. In short everything worked out well but did find one oven cooking for 10 was a bit more difficult and two would have made a big difference to the time it took to for mealtimes.

Perfect 70th birthday weekend!

We stayed at the Beach House as a group of 9 adults and 3 children for a long weekend to celebrate a special family birthday. The house was perfect with everything we needed for us all from age 6 months to 80! The kitchen was wonderfully equipped, the bedrooms had plenty of space. The dining table fitted us all around, and the close proximity to the beach was fantastic for accessible walking. There was room for all the shoes, the coats and the food & drink that comes with a large group! We had an amazing time in a fantastic location and would love to make a return trip!

Perfect family holiday house and location

Beach House exceeded our expectations, it has a really welcoming atmosphere, spacious, comfortable and light with jugs of fresh flowers. Jo was so helpful in providing a cot, high chair and stair gate and there were lots of toys and books for the little people in our party. The older children and adults enjoyed the table tennis table and barbecue and appreciated the really well equipped kitchen which made cooking for a big party easy. The location is great for the beach and walks into town and we enjoyed watching the surf from the house and flying kites on the green outside. Highly recommended!

Perfect house

Wonderful Property with fantastic views , A short walk from the bars and cafes in Bude either along the coast path or road . House has everything you need lots of kitchen equipment etc which was great as we cooked a lot . Beds were lovely and comfortable and a log burner was super snuggly in the lounge . Everything was fabulous ! ( a basic sweeping brush would be useful .) We would Recommend to everyone but then it would get too booked up !!! Thank you

Our Solstice break

Everyone loved the house , the children loved exploring the big house.! And of course being so near the beach! Our temporary home was warm, comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. We loved the old photographs, paintings, pictures and decor. It was a cared about house. We all wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you for making our stay such an enjoyable one. As we were leaving, we met the ladies who clean and set the house up ready for the next lot. They we're so lovely. We would like thank them too, for doing such a wonderful job.

Perfect Bude Beach House

We are a family of 5 and stayed at the house with another family of 4 for a weekend last spring. It couldn't have been more perfect for us. As it's an old victorian house it has large rooms and high ceilings which gives you the feeling of space even when there are many of you. We only used 4 or 5 of the 6 bedrooms with adults in two doubles and kids in others. The place is clean and well maintained and is just a lovely holiday beach house. There is a pub at the end of the row but most importantly the beach is a short walk accross the grass and car park. You can happily put on a wetsuit and carry your surfboard/s for a surf and then walk back for a shower. It's a couple of minutes walk to Crooklets which has a good beach break or walk along to Summerleaze just the other side of the bay. We went in March and so it was pretty cold in the evenings so we lit fires in the woodburner which kept the place good and warm. As you can see from the picutres on the site the living room and dining room are front and back (as in most victorian semis) the kitchen is then at the very back. The fire keeps the downside area nice and warm without much trouble. I would think that we could happily have had another family with us. The kids loved the house and spent a lot of time playing table tennis in the room adjacent to the garden. We didn't really use the back garden because it was March but did sit out on the front when the sun shone. We're thinking of going again which reminded me that I should leave a review (sorry it took me so long!).

We booked to celebrate a 60th birthday

We had a fab time. We went with our children and grandchildren. The location was fab for beach. Great house well equipped for toddlers and teens. We absolutely had the best time. I will definitely be returning for another family holiday. Host was great with communication and very helpful.

Life's a Beach

A spacious well-equipped property close to some of the most beautiful beaches in Cornwall. There is a good mix of double and twin-bedded rooms, sleeping up to 12 people. The backyard and small front garden are both dog and child proof. There is a range of activities locally for adults, children and dogs.

My family and I recently stayed at the Beach house near Crooklets beach. The house was well equipped and with 11 people and two dogs staying was not too overcrowded. All in all a lovely holiday was had by all.

Bude Holiday

The owner from start to finish was accommodating and easy to get hold of. The location of the property is fantastic; others have commented on the buildings in front of the house however we didn’t feel these distracted from the ever changing beautiful view we woke up to each morning. The house is so well equipped you couldn’t ask for more; beds extremely comfortable and overall stay was fantastic. If we are ever this way we again we will definitely return.

We have owned the Beach House since 1984 and have enjoyed many happy times there as a family and with friends over the years.
There are photographs in the house showing the timeless appeal of beach holidays from times gone by.
The artwork inspired by the house and it's surroundings adds to the character of the Beach House much of it painted by the house's owner.
