Fabulous, exceptionellt rymliga, lyxiga City Centre lÀgenhet, nÀra turistattraktioner, restauranger och köpcentra i Liverpool. Bara 5-6 min promenad till Albert Dock och Liverpool One och en minuters promenad till James street station, denna vackra lÀgenhet kunde inte vara bÀttre placerad. VÄr vackra lÀgenhet erbjuds till dig som ett hem hemifrÄn. Vi Àr idealiskt söker kunder att stanna nÄgra veckor i stÀllet för ett par dagar. AffÀrsmÀn som arbetar i omrÄdet, eller fd klapp som gillar att ÄtervÀnda till Förenade kungariket under en tid pÄ Äret. Av sÀkerhetsskÀl erbjuder vi inte korta avbrott pÄ mindre Àn 3 nÀtter. Platsen Àr ganska lugnt omrÄde som motsÀger sin position sÄ nÀra till alla de stora turistattraktionerna. Bara 1 minuters promenad till James Street station, och 15 minuters bussresa frÄn flygplatsen (3 euro varje sÀtt) Inget behov av att trÄl runt Storbritannien i trafiken, kan din familj komma till dig! Du kan vara i centrala London i drygt 2 timmar, Chester i 40 minuter, om du tröttnar pÄ Liverpool som Àr osannolik. Oavsett om du Àr en kultur gam, musikfanatiker, glupande matÀlskare eller detaljhandel kung eller drottning, kommer Liverpool ingen besviken. Needs a bit of work


While well located and Leanne as host was great the property needs repairs to the toilet in the ensuite & the badly cracked tiled floorIt was very hot in the middle of the day (in April) & the air conditioner didn’t work. There were limited windows to open. The property needs a bit of maintenance

Perfect Location, we had a great stay

This apartment is spacious for 2 couples and the location is unbeatable. Parking fab too and communication with the host and getting access on arrival all smooth sailing. Lovely and clean The apartment is lovely but does need a little maintenance in some areas (eg loose floor tiles in en suite could be issue for someone who is unsteady on feet) but this didn’t bother us. The lady greeting us on arrival was really helpful thank you, would certainly stay again x

Spacious apartment

The space was great and clean. It was very cold in Liverpool during our stay and we struggled to keep warm. The small space heater helped, but the radiators in the master bedroom and the living area didn’t seem to keep the temperature up. And, we could not find any extra blankets for the beds. Otherwise, a great location in Liverpool very close to lots of shopping and dining.

The apartment was ideal for 3 friends - very well equipped, clean and spacious. Good location for sightseeing and restaurants. Prompt entry information 3 days in advance, with Manager checking everything okay while there and responding quickly to queries. 2 keys provided too.

Close to city attractions.

We loved the property. Very clean & tidy. Comfortable beds, good water pressure and wifi. The lounge/dining room gets very hot during summer. Fabulous location, close to pubs, restaurants and tourist attractions. Parking is only ÂŁ10 per night. Leanne was lovely giving us clear instructions to get into the building etc.

Short break

Apartment was very well located for many of the attractions, we were able to walk to most of them. Bed extremely comfortable. Shame about the building work and scaffolding, it made it tricky to find the entrance! Apartment was tastefully decorated and we enjoyed the Beatles memorabilia and theme throughout.

Spacious in a city apartment

The apartment was in a great location, just parked the car and walked or public transport to everywhere. The flat is spacious for 2 couples, the apartment is very hot in the summer heatwave.

Great location but unnecessary stress

Location was great. Reason for low ratings, is due to very disturbing communication with the owner few days prior to arrival. She was having a dispute with VRBO and threatened not to hand over the keys to the apartment, even though it was paid in full. In the end everything went well but it was an unnecessary stress.

Great place for tourists

We had a great stay here. Parked the car when we arrived and didn’t use it again until we left. Everything is on the doorstep in walking distance. The apartment is well equipped. Will definitely be back.

A former director of medical suppliers Consolidated Supplies, I worked in overseas health care management for 27 years. I was contracted to a hospital in Abu Dhabi, UAE for many years. I first came to Spain to check out the building progress of the Hospital Director's new villa. A favour that resulted in a complete change of life for me and my family. I now live, for most of the year, in Spain and partly in the centre of Liverpool.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

The location of my apartment is exceptional!! So central. And I am in love with Liverpool! The city is so full of life and there is so much to do. Culture, shopping , and entertainment just about sum it up. There is something for everyone here and I have always wanted an apartment right in the centre of it all. There are pop concerts, orchestras, museums, historical architecture , art including the modern Tate gallery, comedians, restaurants galore, pubs, bars many with fabulous live bands, the Cavern Club , home of the Beetles, events like "the Giants" , football, you name it, Liverpool has it all. What makes it for me though are in indigenous population of Liverpudlians that just make the whole place special. They are warm, friendly and funny. (Even the miserable ones are funny!!)

If you like lots of space, you'll love this apartment. Its over 120 square meters. Larger than most houses. It is light and airy and very comfortable for 2 couples. 2 large beds and 2 bathrooms. Huge new TV. The cooking facilties are great because I live here some of the year and I love to cook. But the location is what makes it 5 star! It really couldn't be better.
