Lovely detached villa very well equipped and decorated, with air conditionning in the 3 bedrooms, wifi
The ground floor consists of two double bedrooms that share a full bathroom, living room with dining area and sofa; kitchen, laundry room;
On the first floor: suite with terrace overlooking the sea.
Relaxing outside with covered and furnished porches with table and chairs, sofa and built-in barbecue, private pool, sun loungers and ping pong table
The chalet is located in a quiet cul-de-sac en loc. Cap d'Artrutx, the extreme point of the south-west coast of Menorca,
At 200 meters from the house there are supermarkets, restaurants.

Ciutadella (the old capital): is a short car ride (7 Km/10'drive). It's rich of history and amazingly beautiful quaint little streets full of interesting shops and stunning buildings. The harbor has many excellent restaurants, bars, night-clubs. Ciutadella is host to the island's largest and most popular festival, the Fiesta de San Juan which takes place on 23-24 June each year.

Activities in the area:
Cala Bosh/Son Xoriguer beaches offer the possibility to practice many water sport activities such as windsurfing, scuba diving and snorkeling, fishing canoe, kayak. But Menorca offers also several rural paths that invite to discover charming corners in the countryside. It is therefore the ideal place for hiking, on foot and by bicycle or riding a horse, as well.

The most incredible and relaxing stay

We had our favourite family holiday to date at Villa Alma! Anna was a great host and made sure we were happy. The villa is just beautiful. The pool is fab and a good size. The perfect villa in the perfect location for a fantastic family holiday.

A magnificent week in Menorca

A perfect stay. Me and friends stayed at Villa Alma for a week from the 10th of June, and had an absolutely amazing time. The villa is perfect for relaxing and had all of the facilities you would need during your stay, and the pool is perfect for those warm afternoons. The villa was in fantastic condition, very clean and tidy. The location is great for chilling out but is also not far from the busier towns of Calan Bosch and Ciutadella (a must visit). Supermarkets and bars/restuarants are also in close proximity to the villa which was very convinient. Anna's and Massimo's hospitality was first class before and during our trip, and I will be recommending them and the villa to anyone that can listen. I will definitely be coming back!!! James

Villa Alma

Family of 5 stayed August 2024. Grandparents, Parents and grandchild (under 2).Anna was very helpful both before and during the trip.There are bars and supermarkets within a 2 minute walk. The villa is in a quiet cul de sacwe were impressed with the location in a quiet cul de sac which seems to be a mixture of villa rentals and private ownership. The pool is the first impression of the villa and it is positive as it is a good size for 5 people. The villa itself is somewhat dated with furniture which has probably been there a number of years. We were surprised to see that the bed linen was a variety of shades but not white. It was probably reminiscent of student bedding. Towels are provided but they are of some vintage and very poor quality. The “beach towels” for the pool were a random assortment of different designs and were also many years old. Wonderful experience for our first stay in Menorca

We spent a wonderful week at Villa Alma, which fully corresponds to the description in the ad. The villa is beautifully decorated, very clean, and offers excellent facilities. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with everything one might need when away from home, including even the tiniest items like beach/pool towels, a cooler box, Tupperware for beach outings, beach toys for kids, and board games. The linens and mattresses are very comfortable, and the villa itself stays cool during the day. The pool is warm thanks to its excellent positioning. We also enjoyed the lovely sunsets from the terrace. Position-wise, the villa is conveniently located close to Ciutadella and its excellent restaurants, the Aquapark, and several beautiful beaches. We rented a car and drove to Arenal d'en Castell, Son Bou, Sant Tomas, and Punta Prima (all about a 40-minute drive) as well as to closer, smaller but equally stunning beaches like Macarella, Son Saura, and La Vall. The driving time is typical for reaching beaches in Menorca since the island is a natural reserve, and there are very few beaches with hotels or villas built directly on the shore. There are supermarkets just 2 minutes away where you can buy items for breakfast, local pastries, and water, and there are larger ones near Ciutadella. Alma and Massimo, the hosts, are very accommodating and excellent advisers. Their restaurant recommendations are well worth following. We are looking forward to return!

Charmante Villa

Die Villa ist für einen erholsamen Urlaub gut geeignet. Sie liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel mit Anbindungen an Restaurants und Supermärkten. Vom Balkon in der ersten Etage hat man einen sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Der Empfang durch Anna war sehr herzlich, sie hat uns alles Notwendige gut erklärt und uns auch hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in der Villa Alma verbracht und können sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Die 7 Tage in diesem schönen Haus waren einfach ein Traum. Man hat alles was man braucht um sich Wohlzufühlen. Die Vermieterin Anna war eine sehr hilfsbereiche nette Person. Die Schlüsselübergabe ging sehr unkompliziert. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder.

Séjour très agréable

La villa de Anna se situe au cap d’Artrutx, tout près de la mer, au calme dans une impasse. Elle est aussi très proche de la marina cala en Bosc (1km), et de sa très jolie plage. On peut s’y rendre à pied en longeant la mer, on passe devant le phare d’Artrutx où les couchers de soleil y sont magnifiques ! Il est préférable de louer une voiture pour profiter de toutes les magnifiques critiques de l’île. La jolie ville de Ciutadella est à 10mn en voiture. La villa est très agréable et facile à vivre. Elle très bien équipée, et d’une propreté irréprochable. La piscine est également très belle et parfaite pour les fins de journées après la plage. La climatisation est un vrai plus. Anna est adorable, très réactive, et se déplace au moindre besoin. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de nos premières vacances à Minorque, et nous reviendrons !!

Excellent property in great location

I have recently returned from Anna’s villa where myself and my family spent 2 weeks. Anna met us at the villa and check in was easy and hassle free. The villa it’s self is very well equipped and the pool is lovely. It is a short walk to the marina and beach and there are a few restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Anna was really helpful before and throughout the stay. Thank you

Great stay - lovely villa

Spent 2 weeks at this lovely villa at beginning of June, very comfortable and plenty of space for our group (4 adults and one child) both inside and out. Location is very peaceful, few minutes walk from supermarket and a couple of bars and restaurants in Cap d'Artrutx. Easy 20 minute walk to the harbour / beaches at Cala en Bosc which has lots of shops / restaurants / entertainment. Easy access to Ciutadella by bus (about 2 Euro) or taxi ride (about 15 Euro) which we visited a few times. Anna was a very helpful and friendly host and very easy to contact both before and during our stay. Had a very lovely time!

Lovely property

Situated in a quiet road, the villa has a wonderful secluded location with several supermarkets and a few restaurants very close by. The villa was very clean and had everything suitable for a family of 4+ . The main resort with a wonderful marina is a 15/20 min walk away with a huge choice of restaurants.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful and spacious villa with four adults and our two children (6 and 3). The villa had everything we need with plenty of outdoor space and a fab pool. Such a beautiful location near the sea, short walk into town/beach. A few restaurants a stones throw away. We loved 2 Rocks Restaurant for great pizza and watching the sun set. Such a quiet area. Booking and communication was great. Would highly recommend and hope to be back.

Lovely villa in a quiet location

Met by the owners on arrival at the lighthouse who showed us the way to the villa in a quiet culdesac. Great first impression arriving to the villa all lit up, pool lights on and nice decor. Everything you need is supplied although a bigger kettle would be nice. There was a problem with the toilet whilst we were staying but the owners checked straight away and informed us what had happened. The area is really quiet but there are a couple of bars, supermarkets and a resaurant just around the corner and a lovely walk (15 mins) into Cala n Bosh where there are lots of bars, restaurants, a harbour, shops and the beach. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this villa and would recommend to our friends and family.

Hemos pasado una semana estupenda, en una casa muy cómoda y nueva, sin que le falte un detalle: piscina, jardín...Cerca de Ciudadela y de muchas calas. Los dueños son muy atentos y amables.

Beautiful villa!

This is a villa well worth visiting. It is a great family home, perfect for us and our 16 month old twins. Rita arranged for high chairs and cots at no extra cost, and we were greeted when we arrived even though it was very late at night. This is a great villa. The swimming pool was perfect as a break for us and great to play around in with the children. There are beautiful small beaches very close by and a number of restaurants which are family friendly. A short drive away are more restaurants, numerous stunning beaches and the old city which great to visit and eat in. All in all a great holiday!

Lovely clean villa

The villa was lovely and clean on arrival, we were very pleased. Great service from Anna and Max who welcomed us on arrival despite it being early in the morning. The villa had everything we needed for our stay and the pool was perfect. The location was good and quiet with a number of supermarkets nearby to get supplies. The restaurant La Oca ( the goose) just around the corner was also really good with fantastic food available. The walk to the marina was about 2km which was taking us about 25 minutes with the kids in tow, a little bit longer than we anticipated. The walk along the coast was however enjoyable especially at sunset with the roads relatively quiet. The range of restaurants available in the marina made the walk worthwhile and we had a number of good meals and no bad experiences. Overall a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday and this villa provided a great vase for this and comes highly recommended.
