STUNNING VIEWS NEAR THE BEACH.

It is an ideal apartment located in the tower of the Ondar Gain complex, in the Mendilauta area, near Arguiñano, 100 metres from the beach.It is a seventh floor with spectacular views towards the sea and Getaria, as well as the mountains surrounding Zarautz.It has two bedrooms, one with a trundle bed and the other main bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms are exterior, with the same panoramic view. It also has an American kitchen with a living room and dining area, all in the same space. A full bathroom with shower and balcony ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner, both in winter and summer, as it has a glazing system that makes it habitable all year round.It has underground parking and a storage room in the same building, accessible from the lift.The complex has a communal garden, with a basketball court and swings.REATE: ESS01179Important note: Check-in is from 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
