Stone cottage on the hills of San Fermo, among the most beautiful and rich in the province of Bergamo, just 8 km from Lake Iseo. The cottage is located in a typical hillside village, surrounded by nature, crossed by the Guerna stream, where fishing competitions, canyoning are organized, and you can immerse yourself in the crystal clear waters, with small natural pools. The house has 2 bedrooms on the first floor for a maximum of 3/4 people, a kitchen, a living room, and a micro bathroom on the ground floor. There are all the accessories and linens to provide the most comfortable and peaceful stay possible. In the village served by public transport, there are a bar / restaurant / pizzeria, 2 small well-stocked supermarkets, a pharmacy, hairdresser, tobacconist. Hiking trails start from the village

Mücken haben uns verrückt gemacht. Schwierigkeiten beim Parken, weit weg geparkt zu Fuß gelaufen. Der Kühlschrank zu klein und zu schwach. Das positive ist das kleine See in der nähe mit tollem wunderbaren Wasser. Perfekt zur Abkühlung. Perfekt zum Abkühlung

Nicht zufrieden

Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung adrara San Rocco war absolut unzumutbar. Die Wohnung und das Bad waren so dreckig, dass ich davon ausgehe, dass nach den vorherigen Besuchern niemand geputzt hat. Alle Flächen und Möbel waren verstaubt, an den Wänden waren Spinnweben, hinter dem Sofa lag ein zerbrochene Spiegel und neben dem Bett war ein Berg von Haaren. Der Boden des 1. Stock besteht lediglich aus einfach verlegten Holzdielen und einer Glasplatte. Das führt dazu, dass wenn sich eine Person im 1. Stock bewegt, der Dreck von der Decke im Erdgeschoss fällt, was vor allem in der Küche und im Essensbereich sehr unangenehm ist. Vom Bad gibt es leider keine Fotos, welches mich davon abgehalten hätte die Wohnung zu buchen. Es war so klein dass mein Mann Probleme hatte sich darin zu bewegen und es gibt auch keine sinnvoll nutzbaren Ablageflächen. Es gibt auch nicht unbedingt einen Parkplatz in der Nähe. Ich musste am Straßenrand parken und hatte direkt am nächsten Morgen einen Zettel von Anwohner an der scheibe. Wir hatten die Wohnung für zwei Wochen gebucht und sind nach einer Übernachtung wieder abgereist. Wir hoffen immer noch auf ein entgegen kommen der Vermieterin um einen Teil unserer Mietkosten zurück zu bekommen. Bzw. Zumindest unserer Reinigungpauschale. Wir würden die Wohnung nicht mehr buchen

Mi spiace molto per Stefanie, che evidentemente ha prenotato una casetta non adatta alle sue esigenze. La casa è esattamente come da fotografie e descrizione on line. Parcheggiare al lato di una strada, è da incivili così come raccontare di aver trovato sporcizia ovunque, la casa è sì rustica e viene perfettamente pulita ad ogni cambio ospite, Ho recensioni che lo confermano.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Abstrichen

+ wunderschöne Umgebung + authentisches italienisches Leben + check in völlig unkompliziert + gutes WLAN + gemütliches Häuschen mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht + nette Nachbarschaft + ein kostenloser Parkplatz ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt - sehr enge Gassen, die nur mit kleinen Autos befahren werden können - man hat vom Haus aus keine Aussicht auf die Berge - Außenbereiche sind eng und verwinkelt. Draußen lässt sich nicht so gut entspannen

Très bon séjour au centre de la Lombardie

La location est très bien située ce qui nous a permis de rayonner sur la région: Lac d'Iseo (Sarnico est à 15mn en voiture), lac de Côme, Bergame, Vérone. Elle a de plus l'avantage d'être dans un cadre calme, un peu en altitude (400m). Elle est bien équipée, idéale pour 3 personnes. Accueil très agréable de Silvia.
