Quiet beach front property

Spent 3 days here, off season (mid march) absolutely loved having the beach to ourselves each morning. Apartment was comfortable and quiet, views are unbeatable.

Beautiful view

Stunning view of the ocean. This property was lovely. We were welcomed by Fernando and provided a list of nearby places to eat and visit. If in the area, I would look into staying here again.

This is one of the most remarkable short term rentals we’ve been to. It was perfect for our family. Gorgeous in very way with an absolutely unbeatable view. Fernando was one of the nicest hosts and kindest men we’ve met. He went above and beyond when our luggage got lost and brought us his own family’s clothes and bathing suits so we could fully enjoy our time. We loved staying at Fernando’s place!

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage direkt am Strand mit grandioser Aussicht.Die Wohn- und Schlafräume sind gemütlich eingerichtet. Bäder und Küche sind allerdings in die Jahre gekommen.

Großartige Aussicht

Sehr großzügige, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Lage direkt am Strand von Costa Nova ist unschlagbar, die Aussicht von der Terrasse einfach großartig.Äußerst freundlicher Empfang von Marquinha, Kommunikation mit Jose problemlos.

Perfect stay in Costa Nova

La estancia ha sido estupenda y hemos disfrutado mucho en Costa Nova. El apartamento es perfecto, las vistas a la playa de Costa Nova increíbles. Fernando ha sido un excelente anfitrión, muy pendiente de todo lo que pudiéramos necesitar y le agradecemos muchísimo todo lo que ha hecho para que estuviéramos muy confortables aquí.

Bel emplacement mais équipement médiocre

L'appartement est très bien situé. La terrasse est très appréciable. Le propriétaire est vraiment très gentil. Néanmoins, concernant l'annonce contrairement à ce qui est note il n'y a pas de garage contrairement à ce qui est noté, la baignoire à jets ne fonctionne pas. Les appareils électroménagers fonctionnent mal. Cela reste agréable mais à mon sens bien trop cher par rapport à l'ensemble global et les autres locations que l'on a pu avoir.

the guest lost the house key. he was not careful and because he called his attention, he has now written a comment that does not reflect reality. in addition to the key, he still left the house and did not leave the safety of the sun protection equipment (parasol), leaving it open on a windy day, which could have caused a accident. it just broke and spoiled. however the guest noticed it with a wire and said it was fine.

wir wurden sehr freundlich mit Obst und Wasser von Fernando begrüßt. er ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und steht jederzeit per WhatsApp zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist traumhaft gelegen, mit großer Terrasse direkt am Meer. Wir waren im August dort und konnten jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer genießen :)

Tolle Wohnung mit sensationellen Meerblick

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung . Strand vor der Haustür. Parken kein Problem. Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei komplette Bäder, Küche mit allem Komfort und ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten für bis zu 4 Personen. Wir waren zu zweit und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter war sehr aufmerksam , umkompliziert und immer erreichbar. Wir können das Appartement bestens weiter empfehlen und würden gern wiederkommen. Viele Grüsse Jürgen

best 10 days Ever

Fernando was a great host, and looked after us on our arrival. The villa had the best view ever, overlooking the beach and sea. We enjoyed the local area, restaurants and the local fish market was great. Thanks you for a great 10 days in your villa. Tim and Diane

Perfect location at the Ocean

This beautiful apartment on the coastline of the North Atlantic Ocean is the perfect location for a wonderful holiday. The terrace is overlooking the beach and facing the ocean. All day sunshine fills the whole livingroom through the big windows. The apartment is very spacious, and has two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. We had a wonderful time at this apartment. The owner was very nice and hospitable. Fernando did everything to make our stay unforgettable. Our only remark is that the amenities are a bit dated, but that didn't influenced our stay. We will certainly go back to this fantastic apartment.
