About this property

A spacious apartment with wonderful sea views and off street private parking. Situated a few minutes walk from the large sandy beach and village. A short drive to the Royal North Devon championship Golf Club. This large comfortable apartment accommodates four people in two bedrooms with a family bathroom and ensuite shower room. Bedroom 2 has zip and link beds. The large living /dining room has magnificent views out to sea towards Lundy Island, the beach and cliffs. The living room is equipped with a TV and DVD and a small blue tooth speaker. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, double oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Linen and towels are provided and the apartment has full gas central heating. Excellent base to discover beautiful North Devon.
Unfortunately No Pets allowed. The flat is not suitable for toddlers and is not kitted out for babies. Minimum stay 4 nights. .........

Fabulous

this is a beautiful home overlooking the sea. Everything is great here and we were so very comfortable in the high quality furnishings in bed. The Internet works great. The kitchen is fully equipped and these people should get an award for the number of cutting boards and dishes and cookware that they provide. We really didn’t want to leave and are looking forward to staying again

Wish we could have stayed longer

This property is amazing! Comfy, with all amenities needed. Margaret was lovely and attentive. Would have loved to have tea with her. The view is so spectacular as are the sunsets. Just a wonderful place to stay and relax. We were doing so many things, I missed just sitting and watching the waves. A nice co op is close in the village as well. Just a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend!

extremely comfortable with stunning views/sunsets

As I permanently use a powered wheelchair access is extremely important and this review is from a wheelchair users perspective. A very large and spacious flat with great views of the sea, comfortable beds and a large kitchen. Good wheelchair access from the front but only a pull-in drop-off space for cars and very narrow pavement from the lowered kerb which is some distance away the via road to the entrance. Wheelchair access from the rear (ample) car park was good but fiddly with someone having to access the underground garage area to open the garage door from the inside to allow access (pedestrian doors All have thresholds) Once inside the flat there are wide doorways with ample turning areas. The master bedroom with en suite shower room is NOT accessible to someone in a wheelchair as built in wardrobes are too close to the door way. Access to the second bedroom was very good and easy to negotiate. The main bathroom was easy to access and transfer to bath (bring own bath lift), over bath shower and toilet is relatively easy but there are no grab/hand rails. All in all a very nice comfortable flat.

Atlantic Ocean park apartment

This was a fantastic holiday for the four of us we had an absolutely amazing time. The children didn’t want to go back home the weather was beautiful sunny, warm & some days with a nice breeze. Charlie was great with first point of contact & replied promptly & communication was spot on. On our arrival we were looked after by Steve & Mel & they were fantastic too & we had no issues at all if we had any concerns they were on hand. The apartment was huge to our surprise and it’s lovely clean , very homely & comfy! We had 2 bedrooms our bedroom was big & had en-suite & we also had main bathroom with shower & kids bedroom had 2 single beds lots of space & wardrobe . The kitchen was good size had large fridge freezer & cooker was gas which is what I preferred . We had amazing sea views from our huge lounge with opening balcony & small outside court with table and x 2 chairs that was beautiful watching the waves in sea whilst having my morning cuppa! Rockpool was 5mins away & Westwood ho beech was waking distance took us no more than 10mins we were surrounded by seaside town with lots shops& restaurants. We definitely recommend this place & will return next summer.

Why they chose this property

Fabulous sea views, proximity to Royal North Devon Golf Club and the Westward Ho! Tennis club. We love the walks along the beach and coastal paths. Also the Tarka Trail for cycling and the many restaurants nearby and other resorts in the area.
