Your own piece of countryside yet only minutes away from vibrant lytham. Large country kitchen with butchers block and dining room with refectory style table. Large lounge with a vaulted roof and stained glass windows and large flat screen TV. Six double bedrooms all ensuite with flat screen TV, treat your princess to our master bedroom with its oak four poster princess bed and jacuzzi bath en suite. All bedrooms are en suite.sleeps 12 in comfort .Ground floor bedrooms and ramp (by arrangement)to accommodate wheelchair users and easy access shower. Dogs accepted by arrangement only. .Ample parking. PERMANENTLY COVERED heated pool is covered at 10pm and opened each morning.enclosure 9ft high 12m x 8m covering our 5m x 10m heated pool (open May to October and Xmas and new year) and 6 seater hot tub. GAMES ROOM Sports area, paddocks ,dog kennel, badminton, table tennis, pool table,rounders,trampoline. 6 hole football golf round our grounds(outside activities seasonal and subject to weather conditions,May to October ). Large separate games room for bad weather days. New for summer Archery . We guarantee that between our fabulous heated covered pool, hot tub, games room, football golf, badminton ,horse shoe pitching, quoits and tennis in the field and football and cricket in the paddock you will not get bored all weekend long. No worries about rain: covered pool, covered hot tub , large indoor games room, covered fire pit, and all weather surface to play sports on. NO GROUPS OF UNDER 30,s. Quiet country retreat suitable for family type groups and their friends for get togethers and celebrations. Complimentary welcome celebration surprise, let us know your celebration. Outside catering contact Lytham kitchen. CCTV in operation. Strictly no outside visiting guests please due to insurance restrictions concerning pool.Only people allowed at the property are those booked to stay. NO OUTSIDE GUESTS. Fletchers Hall

We had a 3-generation family holiday (11 in total) at Fletchers Hall. Superb, quirky building with mixture of old and new. Weather wasn't great so we made good use of pool, hot tub and indoor sports. Large outdoor area was great for footgolf, tennis, cricket and rounders.

Excellent house close to Lytham and the sea

Very nice house, it is a lot better than the photos, large area outside, fields and tennis. Children loved the pool and the games room. Hot tub was great too.

Outstanding Property in Stunning Location

A perfect house for a family get together. 6 en-suite bedrooms, 2 large dining areas, acres of grounds with tennis court, jacuzzi and covered, heated swimming pool + games room. 11 of us were there for a week and never ran out of things to do! A lovely bank holiday weekend

We spent a lovely bank holiday weekend at Fletcher's Hall. It was clean, the dogs enjoyed running around the fields, the kids enjoyed the games room, hot tub and swimming pool. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Fletcher's Hall is positioned in quiet surroundings with easy access to Lytham and Blackpool.

Fantastic Stay

Fletchers Hall is great property .The owners went out of their way the make a great stay with everything well organised. The hall itself is special, dripping with history while having everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is so much to do with the games room, swimming pool and jacuzzi all well used so the rain did not bother us and the TV was never used (nice change). The Location is great easily accessible with plenty to do in close proximity. Many thanks for a great stay, hopefully we will be back soon.

Fantastic weekend with friends

Fletcher's hall was great for our weekend away. 11 of us had plenty of space to socialise together. The house had everything we needed and the pool was amazing, we were in it for hours every day even in October! Jennifer was super helpful and let us know what was on in the local area. The location is lovely and so close to the gorgeous st Anne's. Blackpool was only 20 mins away by car so a great place to use for visiting there too.

Great family venue

Everyone enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere of Fletcher Hall with so much to do. The pool and games room were well used, especially by the children. It was warm and well equipped. The host recognised the occasions we were celebrating & left a few nice surprises. It is close to Lytham & St. Anne’s, which are lovely places to visit. We only had one issue which we discussed with the host, and will hopefully be addressed.

Amazing Place

We finally got to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday and what an amazing place to do so. We all had a fantastic time. The pool & hot tub were well used & enjoyed by all. Impressive place.

Spent a weekend at Fletchers Hall, a lovely place, owner made a very nice effort to decorate (cards, banners, flowers and bubbly) the place for our celebrations. Over all very clean. Pool and hot tube excellent, although the pool water temperature on the Saturday was to cold to use, which was disappointing ,the owner did manage to get the temperature up by Sunday. The kitchen was very well equipped.

Fletchers Hall

We had an amazing stay at an amazing place. We had a long weekend stay at Fletchers Hall which turned out to have everything we had hoped for and much much more. The pool, the hot tub and the games room were brilliant, but what we hadn’t expected was the amount of activities provided outside and the amount of games inside. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful, going the extra mile by providing Prosecco and flowers for us. I would highly recommend Fletchers Hall for both families and singles.

What a fabulous place for a group of friends to gather to celebrate special birthdays - the gifts and decorations were really thoughtful. We chilled in the hot tub and pool. Danced under the disco ball and had a thoroughly wonderful time. Jennifer moved our booking twice due to COVID with no quibbles and kept us well informed in the lead up to our stay. Something for Everyone

Just spent a fun weekend at Fletchers Hall with family and friends. The swimming pool, hot tub and games room were a great hit with all generations!A very well equipped kitchen was waiting for those who wanted to dine in and soak up the relaxing atmosphere. There are lots of places to explore in the local area without having to travel too far. Jennifer was a caring host and added extra special touches for our stay, Bubbles and balloons for a Birthday and a 'spooktacular' halloween hut with fire pit and marshmallows for the younger ones. A great weekend and would recommend staying at Fletchers Hall. Thank you Jennifer.
